Which Golf YouTuber is the best golf instructor? Who will help you the most with your swing.
We will talk about some of the biggest names in YouTube Golf Instruction in this video including Rick Shiels, Danny Maude, Piers and Andy, Chris Ryan and Clay Ballard to name a few.
Our evaluations criteria is about Subscribers and views but also about the content provided and type of content.
We will discuss each of their YouTube Channels and tell you which channel we feel is the best to improve your game.

Who are the best online golf instructors well  I’m going to tell you my number one leave your   comments on who you think is the best you might  recognize most of these names but I think you

May be surprised at my pick also later on I’ll  give you one smaller Channel that I think will   help you so I’m talking about golf instructors  here who actually dedicate themselves to teaching   golf swing improvements I’m not talking about  golf entertainment channels which I love by the

Way although Rick Shiels is pretty entertaining I  love good good Bob does Sports is gold with Perez   I love the Chasing Scratch podcast but this  video is about golf instruction only. So no   hate mail on that. Criteria wise I’m going to  just look at the numbers for each channel the

Content and qualifications let’s start. Me and My  Golf began in 2011 on YouTube Piers and Andy have   lots of great content and because they are tied to  TaylorMade get a lot of tour pros from TaylorMade   on their show that stuff is gold they’re closing  in on a million subscribers at 926 thousand,

224 million views and have 1567 videos, Both are  PGA Pros they might have a few too many TaylorMade   product reviews and such for my liking but still  a lot of good solid content let’s look at Chris   Ryan from Chris Ryan golf Chris Ryan’s Channel  also started in 2011 he has amassed 406,000

Subscribers at this point 95 million views with  his 1416 videos. Chris seems like one of the most   competent coaches online his videos are always  very good and in-depth my only negative is his   videos need a little more action. Danny Maude is  one of the Giants in the YouTube golf instructor

Game, also starting in 2011 Danny has 1.17 million  subscribers and 159 million views Danny has only   350 videos but he is putting more out lately he  is actually a current PGA head pro at Canterbury

Golf Club in Kent. Danny mod is a very likable  guy and knows how to teach the golf swing what   I like about his channel most is it is just golf  coaching and tips he is not overly trying to sell

The golf brand training aids or getting involved  in other non-teaching YouTube Endeavors. He sticks   to teaching so it is a great source for fixing  your swing. Rick Shiels is the big dog of YouTube   influencers Rick also began in 2011 I’m not sure  what happened in 2011 but it appears all the

Golf pros in england got together and decided  YouTube was going to be a big deal Rick has a   massive 2.74 million subscribers and 756 million  views he has put together 2,238 videos Rick has   a great personality and it comes through in his  videos just a super likable guy that you would

Want to play 18 holes with he does have some great  teaching videos but he has definitely strayed from   teaching to being a YouTube influencer Entertainer  love him but he will not be my number one pick   spoiler alert. Clay Ballard top speed golf. Clay  must have attended the same meeting as the UK PGA

Pros as Clay joined YouTube in 2011 as well Clay  has 675,000 subscribers and 152 million views his   channel has 1,232 videos. Clay sticks to golf  instruction videos and they are all quite good   the only thing he tries to sell on his videos is  his top speed golf lessons which I have taken and

Have good things to say about. Clay has also  appeared on golf pass from Golf Channel and   is a highly thought of teaching pro here are the  honorable mentions. Sean Clement’s Wisdom in Golf   around since 2006. Worldclass golf Craig Hansen is  great. Art of Simple Golf Alex Foley. Saguto golf,

Tom Saguto. Eric Cogorno, Peter Finch although  more influencer now and there are many more.   Before I tell you who the best instructor is  I want to give you one other golf YouTuber   you will know for sure but you may not know he  has a channel check out Padraig Harrington’s

YouTube channel he calls it Patty’s golf tips he  is genuinely trying to pass on his wisdom and tips   to make people better at golf I don’t think he  needs to do this for the rest of us but he wants

To if you’re a North American you may need the  transcript on so you can understand what Paddy   is saying. And the winner, in my humble opinion,  is Danny Maude. I know Rick Shiels is the big dog   on YouTube and I love watching his channel but  it just isn’t quite a golf instruction Channel

Anymore. I really like Me and My Golf is well for  instruction but for me it is Danny Maude, Danny   is the best at constantly turning out entertaining  quality golf instruction content I recommend going   to his channel and looking for videos in areas  you were struggling it is a great Channel. I know

There is going to be some heated debate on this so  leave some comments on Danny Maude or others I may   have missed and let’s start the conversation.  One thing that I know will help your game is   good crisp contact check out this video to see  Bryson DeChambeau’s favorite drill to accomplish this
