Okay everybody let’s welcome clicks GC to live Golf Las Vegas we have a lot of new faces up here today let’s welcome I’m gonna get it right K samoya our captain Martin kimer bandemonium and Adrien morun welcome guys thank you well the clicks have a completely new

Team a new look Martin tell us a little bit about this off season and what your hopes are for the cleaks this year it was definitely a little bit of a up and down uh winter I would say cuz we really had no idea who was joining the team

Obviously we knew Richard and me are going to be on the team for 2024 um it was fairly uh quickly I think the decision was fairly quickly made by Li that um uh Baron and GM are not going to be on my team anymore um and then it was just a

Matter of yeah trying to um see what kind of personalities what kind of player could fit richer than me and ALS I think the personality is a bit is the big thing you know the team spirit what kind of um players that we know could could be beneficial for us

And and for the league and then when when KH when he qualified in uh in Abu Dhabi in December um I gave him a call I think the other guys were still playing when he when he qualified CU I I met Kal only a couple times before but our

Background is very similar you know with a European tour we have the same manag and uh really made sense for us um besides his playing ability um that is you know for me who’s been out on tour for many years Richard has been out for many years it’s nice to be inspired by

Younger guys by guys who play different kind of golf what we learned and that’s why you know when Adrian when when that was a possibility that he joins the league and joins maybe even our team um I was very ex excited about that that person that player that the kind of

Personality that he brings to the team um you know he was quite unfortunate not to be picked for the Ryder Cup uh last year um in my eyes he would have deserved to be on the team he did everything right but obviously there only 12 spots at the end of the day um

And I’m very glad that he’s part of the team and that we can do something something special this year and and hopefully 2025 too yeah with two two new really strong players on your team do you have high hopes for the clicks this year yeah I think we started already

Last week with with a great team spirit you know that is obviously it takes some time especially for Adrian you know he as you know you know he he just signed last week the contract so he was just thrown in into the lift world so you

Know you you got to give the the guys some time you know to get used to the new format the new people new faces new kind of goal obviously you still play 18 holes but it’s it’s still a different way of playing and it takes maybe a

Couple tournaments that they get used to for KH and for Adrien so um we definitely have uh High Hopes we have big expectations um because we know what what kind of golf we can play and I definitely think that we can compete Tyler Adrien last week was your very

First week on live would just like to kind of hear about this Whirlwind experience particularly for you since I think you joined on Tuesday and showed up Wednesday um so I’ll start with you ad yeah to be honest it was last last couple of weeks were quite stressful for

Me uh I wasn’t planning on you know I didn’t know what’s what’s going to happen I was uh actually stuck in San Diego preparing for my first pga3 event and then suddenly I’m going to you know Mexico playing my first Le event uh so

It was a lot of a lot of things was uh you know happening at the same time but at the end of the day I really enjoyed my first week uh we had some you know issues with uh uh you know fo foot poisoning as well so it was an ideal

Week for me in terms of uh feeling well on the golf course but last couple of days finally I can feel like myself and hopefully I can play my best golf this week and I’m just excited to be you know those guys in one team uh competing uh

Every week uh but as I as I said like uh last week was completely new experience for me but I really enjoyed it and kie you had a really cool story to get here winning the lip golf promotions event and tell us a little bit about what your

Journey was like getting here and what your first week on live was like last week yeah I mean uh the Abu Dhabi tournament was kind of a dream come true to get a spot here and uh you know then Martin called me and and it was a bit of

A long way to to see if I really end up in the cleeks but really happy to be part of the team and um yeah last week I was you know really looking forward for the season starting starting uh opener and uh and uh it was great to Great to

Get the season started there and it fulfilled I think all the expectations and maybe even Beyond so um it was it was super super weak last week um didn’t really play my best but I think as a team we had a good spirit and and um got

A got a decent start for the team um so really look forward for a new week and uh let’s get the clicks running and going you know fast forward Richard you continue to be a standout you play Such amazing consistent golf you had an incredible hole in one last week what is

The secret soft uh I think just follow the time I think um for me uh yeah you know last week yeah it was a great start for me personally on that level but um yeah um you know more so for the team I know you know we had a

Good um first day on on Friday uh I think on on on on Saturday we just you just didn’t perform individually and obviously that hurt us as a team um but uh yeah you know I’m I’m just glad to be still playing on live um it’s the best

Decision I ever made at 49 to uh two and a half years ago when when I first joined so uh um yeah I love being on the clicks I’ve been pretty much a click now for most of my time on lid so I don’t want to be anywhere else um this is

Where I belong and uh yeah I I think this year we’ve got a we’ve got a great setup with with K coming on board um and and then Adrian and we know what we all know what Adrian can do he’s he’s world class um so I think he’s have a great

Year and we’ve got got this guy to my right here he’s just you know you can’t say enough about mine so yeah his CV you know speaks for herself so uh you know I’m just the old man of the group and uh you know always at the top of the leader

Board always yeah I’m just I’m just kind of sweep up and make the coffee that that’s my job this year so um you know but yeah I’m just excited I think I think we I think uh I think the clicks could be the dark horses this year I

Really do and um I don’t think it’s going to be very long before we’re uh we’re in there down the stretch and can you walk us through your hole in one last week it was pretty incredible uh yeah yeah obviously you don’t expect it um obviously you’re just trying to hit

Good shots and obviously there is that element of luck involved and it just happened to go in and um yeah and kind of like I think my caddy kind of threw me on the bus a little bit he kind of said oh you’ve won a car as well we kind

Of all look around for the car and and everybody kind of like all right thanks for that so um yeah you know it’s just one of the obviously you’ve got to hit a good shot but um yeah there’s also that element of luck but nice to have it so

Um uh yeah it it was just uh just an exciting moment so uh glad to do it how many Hall in ones do you have that’s my 11s now so uh but you know it’s probably all the rounds of golf I’ve played I probably should have that

Many so we’re in Las Vegas this week during Super Bowl week do you guys have any experience playing in Las Vegas or at this golf course and what are your kind of off-site plans this week on The Strip we’ll start with you colie I was

My first first trip to Vegas so um yeah very excited to be here um lot of bright lights and and screens all over the the city so um yeah we went to hockey match yesterday saw the nights win and um yeah we’ll see there’s lot of activities here

So don’t really no what what else we could do this week um so a lot of plans for the other guys also uh yeah it’s great to be here my friend is’s going to join me later this week and uh he’s going to also enjoy the the new Vibe of

Of the live tour so yeah really looking forward for for the week and you have you had a chance to check out the golf course at all and what do you think about it I’ve seen nine holes I’m going to see the other nine this afternoon so

Um yeah it’s nice old old traditional um Tre L course which I which I like um mean condition so yeah can can’t be any better great Martin add any experience playing in Vegas at this golf course yeah I’ve been in Vegas yeah I’ve been

To Vegas tell us about it a few times um we had a yearly trip with my friends this you know every time around Christmas time six or seven of my friends we came here because I used to live in scotdale which was a 5H hour

Drive and we St correct now we went to many shows we gambled a little bit but I’m not you know I’m not a huge gambler but I like the shows you know I like to go to a couple concerts um the vibe Vegas is you know for two three days is good

But after that you know it’s it’s a bit much especially for Germany you know we’re very we’re more of a cal calici side um so when we played the golf course yesterday that kind of golf I really like it’s a very old school golf course it’s in great shape but I think

Scoring will be very low this week CU it’s fairly short greens are perfect um not much rough so I think it’s a golf course where there’s green light pretty much in every hole I haven’t seen 18 holes yet but I’ve seen the the back nine and we’re going to play the front

Nine later so um it’s definitely a gol course where you where you should not hold back you can really go at a lot of flags um chipping around the greens is not very tricky so I would expect you know very low low winning score this week Great Richard any experience here

And what do you think of Vegas uh yeah I’ve been I’ve been here before but many uh many movs ago now um yeah the golf course yeah it’s it’s kind of um that’s kind of course I feel like can can do well um obviously there are some holes

Where you if you do hit it long it’s advantageous but uh I think just keeping the ball in play as well is is going to be um is going to be key too um it gives you a lot of um even for me it gives me

A lot of Chances with the short irons which is hopefully one of my strengths um as as Martin has just said yeah I I expect the um the scoring to be very low um but yeah you know we’re loving Vegas it’s my wife’s first time here so we’re

Going to go see uh a couple of shows uh we’re going tonight see at the bagio and then I think we’re going to see the cir dislay Michael Jackson at mlay Bay on Friday so uh yeah she was on the slot machines last night has a big high

Roller two cents slot machine but she won $120 in one spin so it was it was my $20 that was in the machine so I took the money uh which kind of didn’t go down too well but uh you know she did say hello to me this morning so we are

Talking again um but yeah you know it’s like M just said you know I you you know we’re we’re sort of quite a quiet couple um um you know we like our sort of you know our own company in that respect sometimes but uh yeah Vegas is great

Just to see it’s it’s not somewhere that I would you know it’s my kind of town but it’s it’s fun too um there’s a lot to do so uh um yeah it’s we’re just excited to be here Adrian I saw you cutting it Loose with the chain smokers

Last week I have a feeling Vegas is your type of town so have you ever been to Vegas before what are your plans and any experience with this golf course uh I have been to Vegas once uh during Thanksgiving in college uh it’s my first

Time playing golf in Vegas uh I love the golf course it’s a great setup great conditions uh so I’m excited for a week in terms of the Town yeah I enjoyed being here to be honest it’s it’s like a huge playground for everyone uh yesterday we went to David Copperfield

Show on Friday we’re going to see Adele so it’s a lot of things to do and I’m really enjoying my time here so yeah very very exciting times excellent thanks guys Adrian can you kind of talk us through how you developed a a golf career uh growing up in Poland just to

And maybe some of the challenges you face yeah it’s not easy you have to go abroad you know there’s no competition there’s very little uh golf knowledge you know not the many golf courses we have only 25 golf courses in entire country so since early age I had to go you know traveling

Around Europe competing with guys from you know UK Germany France Italy all of these uh countries played the national you know events and then uh I had to make a decision to go to college when I finished my high school in in in Poland and that was uh the

Main uh thing that helped my golf career you know to to get better to when I got to college my uh obviously first year was quite tough getting to getting used to stuff and stuff like and you know getting the language and culture and everything but

Then after that it was just much easier and my my golf game got much better you know competing with uh better guys than me you know trying to beat them every single week uh that’s what helped me the most and that’s when I realized I want

To go pro you went to East Tennessee East Tennessee yeah how did you pick how did that School come about um I got a couple offers uh when I was 18 and I picked this college because I knew a couple of guys on the on the team it was

Quite quite European team uh so uh we knew we knew each other and I think that helped my decision and Cy almost a similar question obviously there have been a few finish Pros but are were there certain challenges growing up in terms of developing your career in

Finland well yeah I mean kind of I think similar a bit similar situation as as aan had has in Poland but um we’re maybe a bit bit more more ahead of them so we have more courses and little more players and and maybe a little better

Knowledge um and then m co was the guy that first got to the tour so he kind of opened up the the door and the way for us um so so he kind of showed us the way um and then you know after that there’s been more and more Pros that have have

Been able to make their ways to the the European tour and then one one guy we have now on the PJ tour and Me Now on the live so I mean I think we’ve done pretty well for a small golfing Nation um so yeah you know we have challenges

With the weather courses everything so you got to you got to travel a lot you got to go somewhere warm play and practice so um so yeah there’s a lot of challenges but you know I think it’s also an advantage like once you go home during the winter you you have to take

Some time off you have to recharge you have to do your physical work um so you don’t on the course all the time I think it’s also one of the advantages advantages or at least you have to have to think that that’s that’s good for you

And your game U so um so every time you come out you’re you’re feeling fresh and and and kind of you’re ready to ready to play and eager to play I think you have the the hunger every time you go out and and uh I think that’s one of the

Benefici I I got from you know still based in Finland and living there so um but yeah it’s been a it’s been a fun to see how how you had a make go open up the door and and now we we have more and more Pros out there what do you do

During the winters like how do you how do you keep your game sharp well I mean the trackman simulators have helped a lot now nowadays but you know back in the days it wasn’t that easy um you just had some indoor holes and and some Dody

Pting greens so um you don’t really get your game game you know forward it doesn’t doesn’t grow much there so uh you have to travel a lot we we spent a lot of time in Spain and and uh now when I when I go to Europe and we play spend

More time in Dubai and and better places a little bit in America also but yeah you have to just travel you don’t you can’t CW your game back back in Finland during the winter can I just say that I think someone in their 30s you’re not

Allowed to say back in the day you know that I’m near one of these team yeah but it’s still 20 years ago I think it’s it’s you know more than half my life ago so yeah no I did want to ask you I think you’re playing with uh TAMU in the proom have

You is is he a guy that you kind of I don’t know how much of a hockey fan you were that did you know him did you grow up like I said we we’re a small uh golfing Nation but also a small uh sport Nation so we all the athletes pretty

Much know each other uh at least in some some level so and was a big big golf golf fan golf guy so uh I know him know know him well through through golf um we play we played a little bit back in Finland and and yeah it’s great to have

Him here he lives you know in La so uh it was a short drive for him to come over here so so it’s good to good to play some some goal with him today and then one last question for me uh for Martin just in terms of like the new

Lineup you talked about it the you know Richard said you guys are the dark horses did you feel like after the first two years it’s it’s almost nice to maybe have a reset and kind of start a little bit you know with the with a change of

Pace with the new faces and all that and kind of get a new start for the season and how how excited are you to to have that new start I mean you know the first year that was obviously very uh very difficult for a lot of players for a lot

Of I mean everybody who came out you because you you never know where where this is going you know obviously you had hopes and you had um there was there was a plan behind it but there were so many obstacles that that live and we had to

Take um and there was so much movement especially in my team you know there were so many different players every week especially the first year um then last year it was it was more more consistent um but we have not really performed as a team last year you know and uh

Um I was I was happy for GMAC you know that that he found a place in the in the league um in Brooks’s team um but we have to hit the the reset button you know we we we don’t really look back you know I don’t see the last two years as

As a failure and know not at all because those are all little steps to success I guess um and now with a with a new lineup that we have you know we all get along as as people um we all play good golf we know what we can do on the golf

Course but again you know for for khen and Adrian is is a new it’s a new scenario know it’s a team element involved and it took me also probably all 22 season you know to get used to that team environment that you play practice rounds with with

Guys pretty much every week you know I was more like a lonely lonely Rider back in the day you know I did my own thing 7 7:30 in the morning I played my practice rounds so now it has changed a little bit um but definitely also in a very

Positive way that you can feed up each other you can you know especially last week I was we played the practice SE together and KH played many years on the Asian tour and we were around the greens chipping and I had my technique how to

Chip from that b graphs and but I was never really happy the way it came out and then you know he showed me one of the techniques that he used back on the Asian tour cuz they used to play on that grass all the time and that helped me

Quite a lot in the tournament so those little things things I would have never experienced back in the day when I was would when I played on my own so um and that is a nice team element that is um helping me and also inspiring me you

Know being out here for 15 17 18 years whatever it is you know to to learn still different different ways of playing golf and um seeing the game in a different way Martin where are you with your Fitness now but not only that with your

Gain we can we see 100% Martin in kimer this year do you think um maybe not 100% but uh I do have my issues like I I think we all have I think we all have yeah um but obviously coming back from a surgery I didn’t realize how difficult it is to put

Everything into place again you know I was searching for my for my grip for probably six seven eight months you know just to feel comfortable standing over the ball and believing the way it feels and the way it looks everything is that I can produce a good shot so so there

Are still I mean my my body got affected quite a lot from from the wrist injury um I have shoulder issues you know low lower back left side issues so the whole left side is is uh obviously affected by it but you know I’m I’m doing quite a lot everything I can

To to be in top form but you also see the facts you know after surgery especially you know talking to the doctor there were only 10% of people who were coming back from that kind of surgery playing pro playing proper golf again you know the the percentage is so

Small and I I think I’m I’m that part of the 10% so the do has done a good job I’ve done a good job over the winter last last winter to to get the mobility and strength but it is of course you know it’s very frustrating that I feel

Like the tournaments I’ve played so far I’ve not been 70% you know I’m still around that 65 70% Mark and it’s frustrating that you can’t put everything into it but I feel good enough you know I’m moving forward and it’s just a matter of time that the body

Knows what it has to do and everything will adjust accordingly um you know I still feel like I have five six seven good years ahead of me um but it’s also a lot of mental you know you just you just need to let go of the negativity

That happened to me the last few years and focus on what’s in front of you and that is that is something that I that I look forward to to have that kind of mindset um instead of yeah looking back over the things that didn’t work out for

Me I’m just going to say is that a difficult thing to do because your CV is so incredible the achievements and everything is it tough to believe that your best years might be ahead of yourself you’re still a young man relatively well compared to Richard so uh compared to Richard I’m young yeah

But um it is it is my expectations are high that’s and I think this is something I need to work on you know that’s obviously I don’t know really how to approach it I have my ways um but that’s obviously fairly intimate and very personal how you get along with or how

You get about the way of playing golf my expectations is to win every single tournament because I’ve done it before you know I won two three four tournaments in a row um back in the day I won Majors um you know we we played rder cup so I have all the the

Capabilities is not not a question um it’s just trying to let go of the past and knowing what well knowing what you have done in the past but see see the bright future that is still ahead of me because I have still so much to achieve you know

I wouldn’t have sign up for live if I wouldn’t be passionate about the game of golf and I wouldn’t put in the time and all the effort and the hours and sacrifices if I wouldn’t believe that I can I can win the golf tournaments and I

I still believe you know that I can play on the top level um but it takes a little bit of time and I’m I’m fine with that I’m working on the things that I need to work on and I’m I’m very happy the way it goes Adrian can you just talk about

Outside of the financial aspects of joining live what you thought in the process what are the things that pushed you over the top to come to live I think the most important thing for me was the schedule uh last two years I had a really great years you know in my career

But to be honest I wasn’t enjoying it as much I was just constantly on the roads we didn’t have a proper home uh just parking you know from hotel to hotel airport to airport so uh I was sitting with my with my parents and my girl friend during the Christmas I was just

Saying like yeah great I had a great year but I I didn’t really enjoy it you know I I remember times when I when I won in Italy uh waking up on Monday I said okay great I won the tournament but then I have to start all over again you

Know go to the new course get my routine going again and where’s the joy you know so I think one of the most important things was the schedule and uh having more time to enjoy life with my family and and friends are you where you based at now

Are you going are you based out of Poland or no I I’ll be based in Dubai I have been well I have been last two years if you can say that maybe like two months a year but now I’m planning to spend more time there yeah and Martin

The whole idea of on the final round going to all four scores count what’s your feeling on that I think that is what the team aspect should be you know that is what the team is about I also think that it has to be more team orientated you know it’s in my opinion

It’s still more in on the individual side side um you know when we talk about price money and stuff like this I think it would be more exciting for fans if we go more team um even maybe have the last two rounds count all four scores I don’t

Know but it’s a good way um I think we are heading into the right direction there’s a lot of movement going on on on on Sundays um and as I said you know this is what what a team is about you know when you play for Real Madrid or

Black B Munich you cannot say seven players were good and four are you know that doesn’t work you so when it comes down to that it should be all all players should count and I I like that way of playing you’re going to be back at Pinehurst this year yeah think it’s

Your your last part of your exemption can I just talk about going back there I mean it doesn’t seem like it’s 10 years ago but it is 10 years ago I W I I looked at some footage here last night you know I I like

To see me playing that way you know I need to remind myself sometimes how I played golf back then the way I played golf the way I swung in the golf club I know you can’t really and that’s what I said earlier you know you shouldn’t look

Back but sometimes looking back to those moments is is quite beneficial um it will be definitely a very strange feeling going back again I haven’t been back since I won um you know with with everything happened the last 10 years um I I heard the golf course has

Changed a little bit the surface of the greens have changed which you know that was obviously my my key to success uh in 2014 that I I enjoyed the greens a lot and I ped really well um I would I would use that week as you know pure enjoyment

Also kind of celebrating my win again in a different way because I didn’t really have time what Adrian said you know we never really had time to celebrate properly because when I won the US Open the next week you know we had the tournament in Germany um and it was in

My hometown and it was so overwhelming that you didn’t even have to enjoy what you have achieved so going back there there were a lot of good memories I will hopefully stay in the same hotel in the same room go to the same Starbucks every every morning I do my same whole whole

Routine Adrian one other thing obviously didn’t make the Ryder Cup last year but um Rory’s talked about out the fact that he like to see certain players be able to play even though they’re un liveed like John RAM and I’m sure you would think at the time he didn’t know about

Ter but I’m sure ter would be in that group as well do you feel like you should be able to play on the Ryder Cup if you’re playing well enough yeah I think so I mean it’s always it’s always has been my goal uh obviously didn’t

Like went I was treated last last time but uh you know if it’s if it’s possible in the future to play in the r cup and if I’m good enough uh I would love to be on that team um so I just work you know

Hard on my game play my best and then see see what what can happen Richard and Martin you’ve both been out here for a while now doing the live thing the fans here in Las Vegas have never experienced Liv golf before what’s in it for them when they come out what’s

Different if they’ve been to a PGA Tour event uh well I I think you know OB the you know suddenly for the uh for the fans it’s uh yeah they’re going to see like you know like they do on wherever they go play they’re going to see some

Of the best players in the world play I think they can get probably a little bit closer to us a little bit more sort of um player to Fan interaction for them this week um and just everything that comes with with a tournament um that Liv put on you know that the entertainment

Afterwards I’m not too sure who who we’ve got playing this week um but uh you know we’re we’re at a we’re at a great spot um and they’re just going to see some of the best golfers in the world playing at the highest level and um and for me that you know they’re

Just they’re going to love it so uh you know if you’re a golf fan what’s not to love about Li so yeah I I think the the biggest benefit is for fans that they don’t need to spend all day on the golf course to see their favorite player you know if

They want to follow Brooks Phil whoever it is you know they’re going to see them within that 4 and a half hour time frame they just need to sit sit on one ho and and you know you’re going to see all 50 four players I think that is quite cool

For fans they come out here at 10:00 and they they can be back at the casino table at 3 you know so um I think that that’s that’s a huge benefit that that live has that you don’t need to spend um yeah 12 12 hours in the golf because to

See you play play do you find that they’re understanding the team format even though the team doesn’t play together you’re scattered all over the course does it are you developing fan bases yeah I think it still takes a little bit of time time and that is also

You know that we all need to work on you to make it more understandable for fans what that whole team aspect is all about but you know what people also underestimate you know all the work that that has been made over the last four five years to make that happen you know

It’s so hard to cover all the bases and it’s still a startup live and we all need to work together to make it more understandable for fans around the world not only in in the United States also you know in in Europe and in Asia um to

Make them understand that this is a team format and that’s why I was talking about earlier that um in my opinion it has to be even more about the team that people understand who’s on the team how does it work properly that we are very different than than than yeah all all

The other tours around the world and then as the newcomers last week was there anything that surprised you um John was saying yesterday that he he was surprised that everyone was on the Range together and 2 minutes later it was empty you know CU was there things like that that you

Experienced I mean I think the the the relaxing relaxed WIP is the the biggest difference like once I started my week you know getting ready for the tournament everyone comes and you know says hi and congratulated me for being being on the tour here and uh you know

Um then you know the music of the course um and also in the tournaments and uh you know there’s some fins fins around following me so I mean it felt like it didn’t really feel like a tournament round to me which I think it’s also a

Good thing but it could be also a bad thing see you got to be got to be focused well well enough to play play some good golf but I think you know I really enjoy the the the relaxing Vibe and and I what I spoke to the the fins

That followed me they they also enjoyed the the atmosphere and the and the engagement with the with the players and and the and the Pavilion and everything so I mean I just just enjoyed my first week and and uh hopefully the all all the tournaments are are you know similar

To that so um yeah these guys know more about it so um but yeah yeah I mean I think from players perspective it’s it can’t get much better in my opinion Adrian yeah it’s definitely more chilled Vibe uh as you can say but um it also

Reminds me of college days a little bit we had a lot of tournaments you know played uh shotgun start or 36 holes in one day starting you know from different Halls so I think it’s like elevated College feeling a little bit as well uh which is nice you have the team
