Ready for the tournament so these are RT boxes and um 355 Phil birdi this so we got to start off strong he started on the back nine it doesn’t matter we’re starting number one we got to get birdie to keep pace that work is that

My drive not the great I kind of snap hooked that thing we’re in the high Ry grass 177 to the flag good size green Josh is going to um come through like a champ right here yeah I’ve never hit a bad shot from this location right here I

Guy who had a ticket to go to wil chamber 100 point game he stayed home to study for a test later that guy was living in LA and he had season tickets to the Lakers and he was planning to go to the game that Kobe scored

81 he gave those tickets away cuz he was getting ready for some presentation I work the next day the two highest scoring games in NBA history the guy no showed both of them same guy so if you’re a like a top player what you do

Is you make sure that guy has a ticket for your game and just doesn’t come and that’s you have a good opport just career it that maybe is too right I think you’re in the Fairway cuz I’m not very long oh grass it’s all grass good ball I got it

Another 4T pass I don’t mean anything by marking this it’s a good part we’re hitting it close but just not not close enough I have the new uh Odyssey ai1 Putter today in case you’re wondering I did put a little got on it I drilled that in myself it might be going 20%

Closer but they haven’t fell to um to give Phil a challenge we got to we got to start hitting it closer to the pin okay this is this is too much I feel like that’s like a rebuke a little bit no Hey listen I was on the

Wrong side of the bunker eighth hole long par 4 we’re down like three so Phil pars these next two so if we can kind of chip away at that here we’ll be all right we’ll be in Striking Distance fire away my man let’s do it right now oh I think they’re right there

Greens are pure I’d have to say these greens are rolling pretty good yeah they are we’re not we’re not doing right by them we’re rolling good putts they’re just not dropping for us but they will no if it comes back we’re good great speed great speed I just just

There’s a green over there that was Matt Fisher ninth hole we have about 400 yd pretty straight away so not too much trouble here don’t ever use that tea again no that tea is curst did not go left that thing is flying yeah I think we’re in a good spot

There yeah it’s rolled up on that hill right yeah it’s just above the bunker we’re a good spot oh we’re actually in a good spot here just go right at these bunkers 13 like9 to the flag you’re going to catch a little flyer again and we got a good

Chance here so let’s get one over this one really I love the look of this all right I’m I’m used to hitting into the backs of stadiums that are under construction most courses I play or construction yeah construction I’m going to hit my son that’s a flyer that it’s short short

Give us at least six shots so we’re really two ahead that’s how I see it I totally agree but like I’m starting to wonder if maybe that Phil melson is like really really good at golf he’s not that good don’t don’t let him fool you right now

Yeah but he he makes you think that by consistently shooting good scores yeah what sometimes he he shoots a high score so hitting the back nine here I’m one I mean we’re one under three shots off the lead we can get him okay we can get him

I’m having trouble aligning here good architectural design because it makes you like really focus on your alignment at least that’s what I’m going with give me a hard time dude just make it I’m going to I’m just going to go up over the highest point that I can find and

Then try to drip it down in there yeah I love it oh I hit it so hard oh I hit it so hard it’s all right yeah great line it’s a little early in the round for like make or break stuff but you got to put this close or in

Oh I I’m playing well it’s just we’re right there on the on the edge par again 11th hole 446 long par 4 pretty pretty straight away so Josh is going to have to hit a a good one I I would love to hit it into Short

Grass you got it it’s been what is that uh carry the six it’s been 45 minutes since I hit it in Short Grass but I I agree with you that I it may be a lack of focus but just like aiming we just have fun out yeah aiming

On this course has been a little bit uh a little bit of a mystery for me you can’t do that in golf H this guy what am I Doing should be good there kept it closer to the car path can’t see the Tracer in real life where’d it go just down on the right side for real yeah nice apparently my ball hit that tree way up there and Ricochet it way back here we have 195

Left you hit that tree that’s like 60 yards up probably right and it bounced back here at least you actually might have hit the flag stick and bounc back that’s a possibility yeah but we got a shot we got an angle we got a shot you know we’ll be all right something high

And soft oh I tried to cut it I’ve overcut it I heard no tree little left oh short of the bunker short left okay I hit it here in the bunker so we’re going to Josh is way right a little bit so long long say way right a

We got another par five coming and a short Par Four and we’re playing 16 we’re playing the par three that’s in the stadium that’s crazy it’s kind of been in my head I’m excited about it Stadium hole is just a couple holes away few holes away yeah do it 12’s par three

Playing at 152 for us today again we we need birdies a a lot of them but is this place spectacular or what the Grand Sands are up nearly up we could feel the atmosphere feel the vibe of the tour coming here Waste Management Phoenix Open it’s exciting

Times I got a back pin and I’m going to try to not go long okay I think the wind is helping a little bit yeah you’re the Man no that’s another shank dude I’m just I’m having a time right now I’m just having a Time Phil Mickelson is in my head you know what that’s the same ball I shanked earlier because I picked it up and brought it back over here the ball

How many feet are in a yard three okay this is like 54 54 ft okay we got about 210 left to the flag so we got a good chance just can’t screw anything up just off the heel and not coming back and I hate that that’s not bad drawing a little too

Much I saw bounce we’re okay all right had a good number that four iron pin high this is makeable this little bunker shot we can do it we just got to flop it on Let It Roll in that is nice 4 feet all put it in Josh oh so good go in get

In great shot hey a birdie it’s been 2 months 14 long par 4 461 Phil did not Eagle that last hole he does not birdie this hole and he even pars the next par five so we got some opportunity here to catch up this is a tough one

Though great ball nice thank you sir very nice reaching the Fairway I think it’s I think it’s in Fairway yeah yeah that is a sharp looking ball the little laugh get I hit it really good yeah land kind of between those Stakes 180 is the flag with the slope a little uphill here

Going into the green we got a great drive on the left side of the Fairway so Josh is going to put this on and we’re going to get another birdie and we’re we are actually in birdie mode now if I’m not mistaken just little right little curling

In h okay it’s all right the aim aim was not you know Exact wow wow sit down should be good sit down yes it getting better yeah yeah it’s should be pretty close yes see made all right got a chance another 20 25-footer here it’s not bad with the six iron that was dead was dead straight dead Straight come on a i hitting it hard trying to get it there all right yeah that’s a tough hole Yeah Yeah tough hole it’s a hard hole is uh your second shot was fantastic and from the Fairway I thought we had ourselves like a legit

Yeah well coming in to that hole with a six iron that ball is just going to release pretty good so you got to be able to hit it farther off the tee that’s why they’re professionals yeah and why they’re giving us so many strokes in our

Match today thanks Phil yeah 15 is a great hole here par five short got water all down the left hand side and we’re hitting to an island green so we can either go forward or lay up but we need a good drive first which Josh is going to take care of for

Us no I’m sorry so long ball that was that was the worst one of the day that was maybe worse than topping no I don’t know is that still in oh I think I got lucky did I hear it hit the tree yeah I think I got lucky and

Hit the tree and it kicked in yes okay lucky my ball hits this tree we’re right here Josh is going to lay up to like a little 160 shot going at the waist management sign and then I’ll go for like the island perfect just trying to get the best

Angle you know take the bunkers out for that third shot all right it’s pretty good here we go three-wood up there well I saw it bounce let’s see so bad well we got one that’s safe all right we’re taking Josh’s mine skipped in the water I don’t like contributing

When you go after a driveable par 4 with water at the green and you get it on the green that’s that’s the challenge you did it you did the hard part you really did that’s what counts yeah I think so yeah now we are you know riding down a

Par which hurts a little bit well we don’t have to write down a car down just all right last hole here at the stadium of course at the TPC Scottdale 18th hole par 4 got water left it’s not in play really from these tea boxes so I think we’re good let’s finish strong

With the birdie and N I think Phil’s going to beat us today but you know I think we we gave it a good good run for our money right yeah I think we did and we’ve had more fun than he had he was probably super concentrated yeah lame

Yeah pass those too yeah I’m near the cart path over there I think pretty good it’s car path only today so I’m just trying to be a good friend you’re a good guy yep okay all right Josh we’ll take your ball yeah car path only it’s a good vibe we
