Racing you know is a feudal organization it’s a feudal society where the people in charge are pulled from from a very very narrow slice of society and that slice of society has shared norms and values which aren’t always in step with you know what the real world is all

About so so you know I do think it’s got a problem culturally not not you know kind of the the groom level but at sort of assistant trainer trainer owner level and the people that kind of keep the sport running come from a very narrow slice of
