Stop Relying on Spiked Shoes in Golf



It seems that the tides are turning in the golf shoe industry.

Once considered a staple in every golfer’s gear, spiked shoes are now facing stiff competition from their spikeless counterparts.

The argument, as Tim Markison points out, is that modern spikeless shoes like the one he helped create, can provide just as much traction as their spiked counterparts when designed thoughtfully.

As more and more players, even those in the PGA, start to realize the benefits of spikeless shoes, it’s fascinating to witness this evolution in the golfing world.
