Knee and lazy with the body instead of m y but good in terms of yeah it’s a little bit low not enough extension but but good maybe even a little bit too it’s okay tiny bit too much sway but not so bad um and a little thrust forward

M extension M so we’ve got to do a much better job of turning the body extension and not this but this more like internal rotation yep exactly all right so why do you think now when you see these two red numbers here what do you think about your wrist movements why do you
