From my basement here at GQ I’m on my workbench here where I do a lot of my custom Club work for myself and today I’m going to tell you a little bit more about Adele’s new exciting array putter line it actually just dropped today on the 16th in 2024 here in January and
There’s a lot of cool things to talk about this particular uh putter series because it’s so different than most things that you’ve ever seen now Adele golf is really known for their custom fitting for their uh adjust adjustability in all of their product lines specifically in their SMS irons as
Well as what we now see in the Adel array putter line so let’s talk a little bit about what we can tell uh in terms of adjustability and the customization options that you have as a golfer using this series so why did aele golf want to add so much customization and
Adjustability features to a putter line well they went through a lot of research uh testing pro golfers amateur golfers golfers of all skill abilities to learn a little a bit more about how well and how accurate Putters aim when they’re hitting a putt so they found that up to
80% of Putters regardless of golfers regardless of your skill level actually don’t aim accurately enough and that really leads to more missed putts of course so what they’ve done is they’ve added a lot of customization uh features to this putter line including some of the following you’ll notice first and
Foremost that you have these big weights on the bottom here now of course we’ve seen that in other putter series and brands across the Spectrum and these are interchangeable and you can purchase additional weights separately from the Adel website but it doesn’t stop there we also see that there’s a adjustable
Screw right here and what that does is it actually allows you to swap out the different types of hles and shafts so what that means is this happens to be a shorter plumbers neck you can get a longer plumbers neck you can get a slant neck you can get any type of option
That’s available from ad Del Golf and slap it right into this uh putter head and then using just a normal torque screw that you use for any other adjustable feature in a golf club you can then attach it to the putter head but it doesn’t stop there on the other
Side here let me see if I can show this to you you’ll notice that there’s this aiming plate this one particular has the three dot aiming plate this too has screws inside here that allow custom Fitters to swap this out and give you the preferred uh Vision or uh aim point
That you want when you stand at a ball at a dress before you hit your putt now Adele offers the array Putters in four different head shapes this happens to be one of the Mallet shapes that they offer there are three Mallet shapes in total
As well as a blade shape and the Mallet shapes come in right and left-handed options right now uh the blade shape only comes available for right-handed golfers but I’m sure that’ll change in the future all three Mallet heads also have the ability for a f not you and me
But a fitter to swap out different faces as well and so what I’m seeing this become or what we might see this become in the future is really a club fitter’s dream they can go ahead and swap out mix and match different uh weights they can mix and match different head shapes and
Sizes they can even swap out the different aim uh alignment aids for golfers of any caliber and by the way they can play around with different uh h puzzle shapes depending on whatever your preference is so there are a number of different customization options available for this and these are really
A step in the direction of Fuller customization for golfers across the board this is something that hadn’t been seen before and it is really in line with all the other products that Adele golf offers right now including their adjustable irons wedges and what have you now you guys know if you’ve watched
