This time I’m adding an external oil cooler to the VR6 Golf AND i’m keeping the OEM VW oil cooler in the coolant system. Finding the right bolt to run both is nearly impossible, it’s just not made any more, but a Mocal make a cap which works (with some modification). While the whole front of the car is off theres a load of other things to fix, a growing rust hole on the drivers side and starting on a long list of overdue work and fiting a new radiator.
