I’ve been asked if your swing is so good how come no tour players are using your Technique and what you’re misunderstanding is this there are many tour players that use the techniques that I’m teaching you you see all I’m teaching is to use your lead side in a

Dominant way for your long game and your short game and there are many tour players who do this now they don’t need the exaggerated setup position like you do in the general population you see there are many Tor Pros that are slightly closed that address and slightly closed through impact when hitting

Draws now they don’t need to have the exaggerated setup position because they are remarkable golfers they’re remarkable golf athletes slightly closed is enough for them to adhere to the principles of the Swing path but in the general population you lack the same training you lack the same golf ability

And what I discovered 30 years ago was that if I just put you in a deeper closed setup position then you’ll be able to return to a closed position at and through impact and then you’ll get to receive the same type of highquality golf shots that Tor proos experience

That are also closed at and through impact now here’s the thing those golfers that are closed at and through impact are some of the greatest ever to play the game sure There Are Tour players that are open at and through impact but they tend to not be the greatest ball Strikers they’re great

Golfers but not necessarily the greatest ball Strikers it’s those that are using their lead sides in a dominant way throughout the swing where either their grip is strong or their shoulders are closed at and through impact when they hit draws it’s those players that not only tend to be the best golfers but

Also the best ball Strikers so when you ask why aren’t any tour players using the techniques that I teach you have to understand I’m teaching the general population I’m trying to help you to do what great players do that put in years of time and and develop Great Golf

Athleticism to be able to have the luxury of just being slightly closed at a dress and slightly close that and through impact you now can AF can give yourself the same luxury y by just starting from a more exaggerated closed position this gives you the advantage in

The general population so that you can hit those beautiful highquality shots that some of the greatest players in the world Hit regularly

  1. I agree! Even if they dont set up closed they are closed at impact. The trail shoulder is never forward before impact.

  2. Jim. Appreciate you trying to address All those clowns that don’t believe your system works I would just let them continue to struggle with their own swings😂😂

  3. MANY coaches will tell you to feel like you're keeping your back to the target as long as possible.. Its just a different "feel" and Jim is just teaching you to setup that way from the beginning. 10 ways to skin a cat, some are just easier than others for the average person…

  4. Jim’s method works for me. Closed and weight on left leg at impact… I actually set up for impact initially. All I have to do is get back there. Pretty simple in my opinion. This stops 2 of the flaws most golfers have. Swinging over the top, and across the ball. Golf to me is a game of opposites. If you swing left the ball goes right, and right it goes left. That’s why so many slice the ball. They even make it worse by swinging farther left to offset their slice. Everything doesn’t work for everybody. I’ve been playing for over 50 years. My swing has been inside out from the beginning. I get more extension, and more distance than most that are 70 and up. I don’t try to copy any of the professionals on tour. I just play with what works for me. I would suggest any golfer to try Jim’s method. Give it some time. You might be surprised at the outcome… I’ve been promoting this type of swing for over 50 years, with outstanding results for many…

  5. i'm a convert (in theory) ! 8 handicapper from UK, just going to the range now to try this technique for the first time, wish me luck and watch this space…..

  6. But you do not have the time and patience of a Jack or Lee to hit hundreds of balls per day.
This method is so simple that can reduce your scores.

  7. The hardest thing for the GenPop* in regard to this swing method (or any good one for that matter) is learning power does not come from all our misguided efforts/instincts, but rather from ”getting out of our own way” and maximizing the physics of the club’s design. The people with the angry comments are simply experiencing cognitive dissonance over this.

    *appropriate prison analogy 😉
