Team overnight and that’ll be very true for the 2024 free agent class which we’re going to be going over today we’re going to take a look at position by position to find where the real value is at you’ll notice I have projected contracts on here now I didn’t just pull

These numbers out my wazu I got them from either PFF or spot rck those are two very good very reliable sources when it comes to these projected contracts doesn’t mean they’ll be true but sometimes they are so let’s go ahead with the well ktk cousins right the top

Guy the the the big name the big fish out there when it comes to this quarterback class he he’s currently projected at 2 years 60 million he’s talked about maybe taking a HomeTown discount ooh but he is coming off an ACL injury he is at the age of

35 but when you look at the rest of the free agency class and the guys that are available you’re like yeah you know what uh I don’t mind kicking the tires on K cousins for a year or two cuz I mean if if we’re thinking about it maybe Russ is

Available here maybe justtin Fields is available via trade but we don’t know that yet we’re just making assumptions this currently in place what who are going to be hitting free agency and KT cousin is easily the kop I do think he probably lands back at Minnesota but that’s a video for another

Be in the same cap situation so you got Drew lock and Sam darn being younger options that haven’t necessarily hand out where they’ve been Sam Dar we saw a little bit this year when he had to relieve uh Brock pie after what he threw like five picks in that game against the

Ravens right so we’ve only seen a very little bit and same is true with Drew lock who actually had a really good game against the Philadelphia Eagles to be fair later in the year that Eagles defense was squishy squishy squishy but still I mean I think those

Are two guys that like if if you if you want to bring in a backup that honestly could come in and maybe start a couple of games and you feel okay about they’re not bad options and they’re young enough to where it’s like hey if they really break out then hey

Maybe you like throw a Gino like contract at them that way you know you can get out early enough if regression hits like a Mac Truck I do have Joe flacko here he’s 38 guys I I I can’t I honestly can’t see him coming back for another year but he’ll probably be

Available ready to go and I mean legit Joe Flaco currently how he’s been playing is just that he’s slinging the ball willy-nilly putting In Harm’s weight not really caring and he’s just making big plays that’s the thing he’s brought big play potential back to the Browns

Offense and that’s been huge he lit he literally plays like a guy like anyone who’s played like a turkey bowl like okay this is the one game of football these guys are probably playing in a year so yeah they’re going to go out and they’re going to be slinging The Rock

That’s kind of what Joe Flaco’s doing uh next I got a couple of older but reliable options that uh we we that have had some success this year in Tyrod Taylor jacobe Brett uh and they’re going to be very manageable contracts if if this is what you could end up getting

Them at then you have jamus Winston who’s really at this stage probably just a backup but I mean you could probably get him on a one year like hey hey come in here and contend with maybe our rookie quarterback or something uh Tyler Huntley couldn’t find a projected contract for but I probably

Assume he’ll be in similar ranges as these guys so yeah like hunley’s fine he could come in he could do some things but don’t expect him really to uh get the offense moving uh Ryan tanah Hill’s down here another old head that’s just his best years are behind him uh you got Joshua

Dos he had a couple he had a few very fun games this year but all in all it’s like you’re looking at only a backup at best Marcus arioto was another guy that caught my eye uh I I just included guys on the list that caught my eye and were

Behind derck Henry is the injury history and then he’s going to be slightly more expensive but he gives you a lot more to play with there but I think yeah I think he’s probably going to get it if it’s not with the Giants he’s going to get a

Good contract for like two or three years somewhere Josh Jacobs right behind him uh he had the knee injury late in the season and I feel like he’s we I feel like no one has yet to tap into this guy’s true potential cuz I think there is an untapped like passing game

Element to Josh Jacobs that just has never been utilized this guy played a lot in the slot his final year at Alabama joh Gruden didn’t feel the need to use it freaking oh Josh McDaniels didn’t feel the need to use it and it just blows my

Mind so uh I just got him a little further down just cuz he comes at a much bigger price Tony Pard coming here a four uh just coming on a coming off of a Down year so he’s a little bit lower on the list but I mean again we’re still

Looking at chunky contracts and the same is true I was shocked DeAndre Swift a guy that has a has a has an injury history significant one and kind of been a big bounceback year and right now projected a 5 years 31 million I mean that was more than Miles

Sanders got last year and we saw how good that deals worked out for the freaking Panthers who’s their starting run back it’s chubba hubba buard so I don’t know this is definitely one of the least sexy projected contracts I’ve seen at the running back position but he’s one of the youngest

Guys on the list so you got to take him into consideration even if you could like cut that contract down in half mayie go three years just also again a guy that has that injury history Austin Eckler looks like he was slowing down this year he was often hurt that’s why

He’s at six here and honestly two years 13.5 million though that’s kind of nice I kind of like that deal now we’re getting into guys that are going to be more committee oriented backs like Zach Moss uh 3 years 13 and2 half million at projected uh projected contract you got

Uh dude Devin single ter I think I feel I don’t know if I’d want if I’m a team I don’t know if I want to bring in Deon single ter cuz he just kills production for the other back he like kills momentum for the other back he did it to

Zach Moss when they were in Buffalo you may Casey did that uh did it to James Cook is rookie season and I think he may have done it to um Damen Pierce in Houston but he was very productive very productive so uh you look at those contracts and it’s like yeah no those

Those are guys that are going to be getting significant snaps in a committee backfield uh then we got Gus Edwards who’s just nice reliable power back two years 6 and5 million he’s 28 uh starting to get a lot more tread on the tires but it’s fine as long as he’s not the

Your power goal line short yardage back in AJ Dylan and then Antonio Gibson gives you the passing aspect so just radically different running backs that are just kind of marked down with similar costs same age too that’s kind of fun uh Clyde Edwards hair near the

Bottom of this list uh still young not a ton of upside though and former first there’s a pedigree with him former first round pick I mean I don’t think you just you don’t mind having him added to your back field Rico Dole honestly didn’t do

Bad as a backup this year behind Pard in some cases like like took like took over that at points for Pard that’s not necessarily true but I think I think do did did solid this year and I mean uh three years 4 half million that’s a really good price Kareem hunt didn’t do

Much I’m not I’m not loving that deal two years8 and $8 million I don’t love that deal that’s why he’s at the bottom of my list but let’s get to let’s go to the receiver man let’s get real fun let’s check out the receivers T Higgins tops this list uh along with Michael

Pitman I think those two guys probably don’t even hit free agency as they’re two of the younger more Premier uh receivers in the league they’re like top 15 on the cusa top 10 type of receivers as you can see they’re their projected money is it it’s a lot it’s going to be

A lot we’re talking 22 million per year for Pitman um was that 24 I think that’s 24 million for Higgins and I mean they’re worth it they’re worth it the question is um I think more so with Higgins can he be like a premier guy in an offense or is he just a

High-end number two uh Pitman exceptionally solid but I really don’t think he those guys hit free agency you got Mike Evans Man 3 years 69 million I’d be okay with that get get him out here he’s been one of the most reliable receivers of the last decade so those

Are your top three and then you got a nice little tier here of uh guys who are probably going to be on oneyear proen deals uh in Hollywood Brown who dealt with some injuries this year I think was the heel at the end of the year then Calvin Ridley who was kind

Of a Houdini now you see him now you don’t man him in fantasy was tough to project really really was but he is a bit older uh but keep in mind a guy that also didn’t play for a season so the mileage isn’t necessarily there uh but

Big reason I have brown ahead of rley is because of age uh we got uh obj uh essentially this is just kind of a mercenary deal right here you want that that Speedy long threat and there it is an obj you get him I I know he what this last year he

Was at 17 million or 18 million when the what the Ravens get got him projected right here at 10 million I think that’s a little bit more fair as injuries have been more abundant for him older guy that’s to be expected Gabe Davis wasn’t

Going to be this high on my list I’m not going to lie and then I forgot how young he was 24 the dude’s big he’s fast I get it he Houdini sometimes but on a one-ear proof it deal I don’t think is a bad option for a

Team I think as long as he’s functioning is a number two wide receiver at the most uh you got Darnell Mooney also another uh relatively young receiver who uh just hasn’t been productive the last couple of years so he’s going to be on probably another proen deal they got him

Slated as one year 9 million uh then we got a couple of hot receivers here that I really like as we got Tyler Boyd and Curtis Samuel both relatively similar prices uh around that 9 million a year but I like it I’m fine with that I would

Love to have either of those options as like a wide receiver three on my team and then you got uh Josh Reynolds Noah Brown we’re we’re really now getting into the more like this is to like round out the depth maybe add a little bit of spice to your wide

Receiver core these are more like like wide receiver three or four options uh with I mean honestly Noah Brown 5 million that’s not a bad option there uh Nick Westbrook Kina uh three years 7 and a half million I jump on that the guy’s young I love that you

Could there’s Jamal agnu here who I think just h could have been used a bit more cre I want to say a bit more creatively but I feel like Jacksonville tried to get creative with him at points this year but he brings that return experience as well one year 2 million is

Good value for that uh Kendrick Bourne again more of this wide receiver three wide receiver four and I just don’t like the price there that’s his projected contract 7 million year really don’t like that oh we have Demarcus Robinson Nelson aalor they’re kind of a uh similar tier of older receivers that

Could come in and uh give you some solid Pro uh production if uh you have injuries U among the starters I mean espe dude Demarcus Robinson had a like a late late season Resurgence uh for the Rams Donovan’s people Donovan’s Donovan peoples Jones there we go I got it uh

Youth that’s probably the thing that stuck out most to me and I was like okay okay man throwing him a contract and having him as a wide receiver four five isn’t a bad option either uh I got cadero uh Hodge from the Falcons cuz I’m going to be honest class really falls

Off uh so it’s not like a studed wide receiver class but there’s a little bit of potential there like uh depending on if these three guys even hit free agency might not be a great wide receiver class going to tight end I got Doan Schultz as the uh headliner here 3

Years 33 million is his projected contract uh a guy when healthy is a very very solid option in the passing game they you’re not going to find like a studded tight end in free agency those guys those guys just aren’t going to make it but there’s some solid options

Like Hunter Henry is a very solid option at a good value if it’s two years 12 million Gerald ever Everett’s a very fun receiving option but you get right here I I really like this it really depends what project like what their contracts may be projected to be but these are two

Relatively young younger tight ends that are coming off their first their their rookie deals that I think have potential like Drew sample shined at moments this year and Kobe Parkinson man just kind of being stuck on the uh the mass amount like just the sheer amount of depth that

The uh Seahawks had at tight end with Noah Fant who is actually just below those guys on this list cuz I I don’t think I’m paying 9 million a year for Noah fan but uh they also had will disley there so like I think Parkinson honestly goes somewhere and can really

Stand out uh he got a couple of these old heads that could be good receiving options and Tyler Croft Mike siki uh Harrison Briant young I think a very capable tight end 2 in the league Tanner Hudson emerged for the Bengals this year in Parts uh you got Adam trowman another

Guy who I think is a solid number two in the league and then you got Irv Smith Jr again injuries with him kind of kind of like gives you pause on how much you really want to give him cuz how much are you really going to get for him

Austin Hooper I believe was a little baned up this year and Robert tan uh I don’t know why it feels like he’s like 35 but only 29 but more of a tight end two in the league so like uh honestly we see the tight end class like it’s not

Half bad not half bad but let’s get to the offensive line we’re going to go to tackle and Michael wayu is my top guy cuz I think he can play tackle it’s as simple as that you if you see him as a guard then cool throw him on the guard

List but I have him topped out here because I think he could play tackle for a team I think he is freaking special at 26 four years 58 million sign me up uh Germaine Elanor uh yeah you we’re going to see The Tackle class uh free agent wise isn’t

Great yo you’re done you’re done scratching Gojo that must be a mean itch buddy mean itch uh but honestly he’s a very solid option like if he is the worst player on your offensive line you’re probably have a good offensive line and 2 years 14.5 million for a

Starting tackle I think is definitely fair then you got a couple of old heads here in uh Tyron Smith and Trent Brown who they’re probably not going to play a whole season for you but they’re going to give you a very good play win on the field Jonah Williams is here I think

He’s got flexibility to play guard even if he doesn’t want to but I ain’t pay like the price I don’t see him getting paid that 4 years 64 million just seems a bit outrageous for a very average tackle I have Isaiah win here even though he played guard for the Dolphins

Uh he’s someone that does have tackle flexibility I think in the right scheme uh you got Cornelius Lucas another old head who honestly one is normally one of the best backups in the league like when called upon does a very good job uh I have uh Josh Jones I think

He’s terrible on the right side I get it but like at left tackle he’s put up some good games at 26 you think if a team want wants to just take a shot bring him into Camp well worth it if you don’t have an answer at left tackle I think I think

You go for it Makai beckon also young has dealt with injuries play wasn’t great this year you’re going to get a one-year Prova deal with him so I think he’s fine uh George fan more of an old head probably better backup than actual starter though was relatively solid this

Year you could almost say the same about K lamb Kendall lamb I was not excited about for the Dolphins and then ends up playing well like he wasn’t great in Tennessee and then plays really well when the Dolphins had injuries cuz of course we had injuries all on the

Offensive line so like okay old head that could come in and be a backup uh Andreas Pete not I get it like he probably probably going to be a guard for most teams but he came in and played tackle when the saints got thin there and did a

Relatively solid job I’m not sold on him because he’s honestly been not great for most of his career but got to give him a mention kind of say the same thing about donin Smith uh an old head that usually on a good offensive line he’s the worst

Option your offensive line is usually in good shape uh but uh that wasn’t really the case this year for the uh Chiefs where Smith was just bad all right we’re going to go to the guard uh guard’s kind of loaded guard is kind of loaded Kevin

Doson I don’t think he hits for HC I think the Rams would be crazy not to bring him back 4 years 69 million sounds right don’t really need to talk about him much cuz uh I don’t think he’s going to hit free agenc but if he does and if

If you run a Shanahan game then get that dude in here Robert hunt man uh they got him projected at 4 years 70 million it sounds right he was often hurt this year unfortunately but when on the field was exceptionally good during my uh midseason SE Awards he was one of my uh

AFC all pro team guards uh Kim zeitler still playing well at his Advanced age but you got to expect that the uh the drop off is coming so getting him for two years 15 million not half bad Damen Lewis is going to hit free agency and uh honly he he’s relatively

Solid he’s fine 4 years 42 million that feels that feels all right for him uh Jonah Jackson not a big believer in I think he’s very very mediocre but uh honestly if you get him at 7 million a year that’s actually pretty good value Dalton Ryner coming in

Late kind of waiting for a team to sign him and then after actually the uh Vikings traded as R Cleveland that’s when Ryner pounced uh actually he he may have been signed before that but regardless I think he’ come in and be a solid solid

Starter for a team if they need him to Ezra Cleveland I’m still waiting for he didn’t really get a fair shake at uh in Jacksonville this year cuz he had to kick out to tackle and then he got hurt uh but he’s probably a guard through and through grah Glasco glasow is phenomenal

Pickup like if you need just a like a one-year starter he’s your guy if you want a backup and then cuz you fear injury with your offensive line you just want to be sure you’re safe excellent pickup like I think he he still got it then we

Got a couple of young guys that I think could prove something but as of now haven’t been relatively inspiring or at least a inspiring uh in guys like uh John Simpson who was okay for the Ravens this year John runan kind of bar right three years 20 million though I think that’s

Fair uh you got a PTO um who was really more of uh like stepped in when you had like uh who was getting hurt along the uh offensive line it was uh cam Jurgens cam jurgen’s getting banged up and UHA came in he had some

Bad games he had some good games so he’s probably fine depth feel the same way about guys like uh Lucas Patrick who honestly I think he’s just not a center so just keep up at like card and again just still a backup uh Drisco had to include Greg van rhen cuz just

Out of nowhere having a really good year after kind of having a few years of just being bad might not be bad bringing him in as a backup uh Phil Haynes just kind of mediocre Big Daddy V here uh I think his just better years are behind him

He’s just now banged up all the time but honestly kind of a good guard class then Center I only got eight guys on the list since the eight you see here uh not I mean I mean l cushenberry obviously being the uh the big get if you can I

Don’t know how Denver lets them leave I guess it kind of depends on their cap situation but he had a really good season uh for the Broncos Conor Williams coming off the ACL one year six million is not bad it just depends if he will be

Ready next year for your team a guy that does have guard flexibility Tyler botes at 7 7 million a pop like honestly deal like get like him and Andre James two young centers who could come and be fairly solid fairly fine at a reasonable price for your team I think is good

Coleman Shelton though hasn’t really been great his career and then has a breakout year this year where uh what Bri wasn’t Brian Allen got benched for the Rams I don’t know if I’m willing to trust that but I mean in three years 16 million feels a little pricey maybe for just a

Backup so his contract it’s that’s a little weird a little sus to me that’s why he’s at number five then I got two undersized centers right here uh I love Nick Harris I think uh he’s just gotten injured every time he’s been asked to step up unfortunately he’s young I still

Think uh in the right system he could be really good uh Aaron Brewer I believe a little less so because his lack of play strength has shown up all the time I don’t know if a change in scheme will really do anything cuz the Titans were running an outside Zone blocking scheme

I don’t think that’s going to change much for him EV Brown really just a guy that’ll be I don’t think he would even make my top 20 centers top 25 no he’ll make top 25 will he would he though I don’t know but uh re really I’m I’m looking at like

Giving him 5 years 110 million I don’t know maybe a different uh different scenery would do do the world world a difference for him but I don’t know man do you think do you think Panthers maybe slap him with the franchise tag for another year or what no they gave him a

Fifth year option wasn’t it so this would be the first year with the franchise tag golly H I don’t know I don’t I don’t think he’s making a free I don’t think him uh Brian Burns or Josh Holland make it but it’s still a really good class

When you look at it denal hunter three years 65 million probably like doesn’t look show signs of slowing down but even if he does like I think that’s fine that’s good price for him uh you got Chase young out here being on a pro a deal one year 15 million I think it’s

Well worth it the guy’s 24 and he’s got a world of potential former top five pick uh Bryce Huff don’t know if he’s more than a DPR which is designated pass rush only option but like with the amount of pressure he put up this year

And I think it’s worth taking a swing on three years 40 million sounds about right uh Jonathan grenard I think uh another guy that had a very good year a good bounceback year after a down year that was following breakout year so it it’s kind of kind of

List and it’s for Derek Barn inconsistent he gets released goes to the Texans and has like an impressive four to five game stretch you probably got to resign that right I mean if the price is right Marcus Davenport always hurt good one on the field but always hurt Randon Graham

Old head uh you got celand Ferrell inconsistent though he was relatively solid with the ners Carl Lawson injuries Randy Gregory he got his own problems uh and then I I ended the list with Marcus golden that was the one guy that was probably the last guy that really stuck

Moving forward but we’ll we’ll see we’ll see uh kishan Nixon honestly so high on my list cuz like I I don’t even I see him more as a dime package guy maybe you could have him as a slot but it’s just what he brings in the return game and I

Love that value at 2 years 3 and half million uh Steven Nelson old ahead at this point just kind of a uh depth guy can start if you need him to uh Shawn Murphy bunnen is kind of on a probably going to be on a proven year deal again

Uh after being a little baned up this year for the Titans but he’s still young and we’ve seen good play from him in Tampa so I imagine he gets a pro uh like a maybe feel like he’ll probably go like one year 8 million but here they have

Which keep your eye on it and then finally we got safeties which also has a lot of names it really really does I got ant uh Antoine Winfield I’m he’s not hitting free agency there ain’t no way like you could have made a great case that he was Defensive Player of the Year

He is he is one of the best safeties in the league if not the best safety in the league uh and I mean there’s a tongue ton of young safeties available here uh Gino Stone coming off a career year two years 13 million I think is well worth

It Cameron curl another very good young safety uh three years 36 million I think uh Xavier mckenny like another guy same with curl who has a little bit of flexibility in where they can play uh a three-year 24 25 million deal is not half bad I’m blown away that this is the

Going to be back on the market here I wonder if he just ends up coming back to the the Jets you got uh Sean Gibson uh Micah High two old heads who can still play good football but on the older age you’re just waiting for that production
