Know who Bob Myers is I I obviously know what the what the uh what the Warriors have done over the last few years what he’s done to that franchise and pretty much with the pedal that he’s he’s put them on you know more importantly Myers was responsible for hiring Steve Cur and

Building that Foundation that that winning culture um obviously all the Championships he is a four-time NBA champion two-time NBA executive of the year um he was uh he actually spent this is something people aren’t talking about as well he was actually a sports agent

For 14 years as well so he has that side of sports and maybe it’s not football whatever some people are saying like oh my gosh we’re bringing in a non-f football guy I’ll get to that but he’s had 14 years of experience doing that he’s been the GM um for the Warriors

From 2012 to 20123 and then he went into the the um um analyst role for TV and stuff like that and from what it sounds like and I’ll show y’all um a tweet that actually was brought up um in this article here um but Wasington Comm owner

Josh Harris is thinking outside the box is he and the organization barking a full uh coaching search which I’m going to catch you all up on because the tweets have been fast and plentiful morning um ESPN’s Adrian wowski and Adam schfer the Two Goats reported that commanders hired former Golden State

Warriors general manager Bob Meers and former Minnesota Vikings GM Rick Spielman there’s Al also another little nugget on Rick Spielman I’m gonna share with you all because I was like man that name sounds familiar as an Alabama fan um to Aid in targeting candidates to replace ronova who was fired Monday Meer

Specifically will take a lead role in identifying and coordinating interviews with candidates for both the top football operations and head coaching jobs keep that in mind so we have the top football operations and head coaching jobs available obviously right now with Spielman set to work closely

With him official said um so the main thing for this and obviously um Rona got the whole statement there been there’s been plenty of statements this morning um but the main thing I wanted to uh scroll down here and show youall that David aldrid said I think you can expect

Myers to be around the commanders for a while not just during the search process not to run the team but to be part of how Harris puts his football operations group together so honestly that’s very encouraging because like I said Bob Meers is the he well obviously he’s not

There anymore but he was the best GM in all of the NBA he was the highly like respected guy in the NBA when you thought of NBA you know Executives Bob Myers is the one guy that would come up all the time not a lot of people thought

He would leave obviously he left the the Warriors like I said after a while um but now he’s with us and he’s not going to you know um have any kind of partake in running the team and making decisions and stuff like that the main thing for

Him he he’s just really good with people he knows how an organization needs to be run he’s gonna you know he has this really good relationship with Josh Harris that’s been going on for a long time obviously Josh Harris with the 76ers um Landon said it adults are back

In the room baby and that’s one thing I’ve been just telling fans for so long it was like it’s not going to matter we’re going to draft terrible players like no one’s going to want to come here in free agency we’re going to just retread the same thing every single year

Committee to where they are going to be together and really just orchestrate these interviews um for both the the GM and I’ll talk about that as well because people like Josh what’s going on with GM we haven’t heard anything about any of the the Marty what’s going on I’ll talk

About that as well uh so GM head coach but then also more importantly football head of football operations um and I’ll break down kind of each one and like I don’t I’m gonna be honest with you I don’t know 100% of what every single position does because like if you look

At a front offices there’s so many positions you don’t even know exist um but I’m I’m G break down more you know in depth of what that looks like but but that’s your committee those six guys are in there working on these things and we’ve already seen the work start uh today and

Um I’ll start with this Bob Meyers as soon as the news came out that he um you know was hired and like I said hired he’s not here just helping like some volunteer like a consultant he was hired so that’s big I don’t know what his role

Could be throughout the whole season um if he stays here the whole season don’t know that far ahead but still he’s here for right now same with uh with Rick Spielman none of the and this is another thing fans were very confused by this Bob Meers and Rick bman are not our GMS

They are not GMS they are not football Ops they are not VPS they’re none of that it is strictly a uh advisory committee of hiring those positions so there was fans confused about that saying oh we hired NBA got to be our GM no that is not what happened guys not at

All um but I’ll start with this probably five or 10 minutes after the Bob Meyers news broke it came out today our own uh Jordan Schultz reported that Bob Meyers actually has reached out to uh don the uh agent um for Jim Harbaugh Michigan’s head coach and requested an

Interview with him um I said this the last you know few weeks I think Harbaugh hired the new agent it was about a week ago maybe a few days after or more than a week ago um it was like right before the Rowl like two days the Rose Bowl so

He has this new agent um who actually represents Tom Brady and Shawn Payton by the way so like it’s not just some like random agent like this is a big name agent um especially for you know coaching um you know a guy like Tom Brady obviously out of the league but

Still like doing football business um so it’s a BigTime agent so Bob Myers reaches out to his agent and says we interested in Jim Harbaugh so Washington has interest in Jim Harbaugh now leading up to before today from everything I’ve seen heard R and just you know knowing

This team and knowing football and everything going on uh there was two teams that Harbaugh was interested in and it’s the Raiders and the Chargers and that was his top two and it really really does sound like he’s leaving Michigan there’s so much other stuff like people aren’t talking about

More recruiting violations more other stuff going on um and it just seems like he’s going to be gone like he’s just ready to leave the whole college scene I don’t blame him you know obviously had his run with the 9ers he’s ready to get back to the NFL um also a little side

Note this might have something to do with us might not but still there was also sources and rumors saying that you know he was leaning towards the Raiders and he really wants to bring JJ McCarthy with him he wants you know wherever he goes to if it is the Raiders to to draft

JJ McCarthy obviously with the Chargers you’ve got to like what you have in Justin Herbert obviously a really bad cap situation they got to figure that out they got to get their jam and stuff as well a lot going on there but it it was it was made evident that and I

Said this what two days ago Jim Harbaugh was not interested in Washington um like I said that that was before things changed though I I don’t know if Bob Myers reached out yesterday or today to to Jim Harbaugh’s agent or whatever it was but it’s been well known

That the two teams Jim Harbaugh was interested in was the Raiders job and the Chargers job getting going going over to the West Coast going back to that West Coast like he was with the 49ers but things have changed now maybe he can reconsider it and a lot of people

Around the league said this is the most attractive destination for head coaching and GM now and I’ll talk more about why and the the best of the best are going to want to come here now because you do see things like this going on you do see

How how things are run with Josh Harris you see the committee they’ve built the respect around Magic Johnson and Dave Blitzer and Mitch rails and Bob Myers and Rick Spielman you see that respect it like you when you think about how things are Run for the four 49ers you

Think about their culture and it’s talked about all the time Chase Young’s talked about everyone just knows you think about the the Warriors it is a high class organization that has ran the right way it’s not only just culture-wise too but they build things up the right way building the roster

Drafting wise you know um like I said trading for Christian mcaffrey like getting guys like KD on board building that defensive line getting the the Bosa deal done it there’s a lot of little things little details that go into what makes this big picture what it is then

You’ve got guys like John Lynch I’m gonna talk about the I mean uh yeah John Lynch I’m gonna talk about the 49ers a little bit in second um but it’s just exciting to know that this is what it could come to and the the top coaches want to come here so

Maybe harball Chang his mind maybe like look Washington they’re they’re they they’re not playing any games like they mean business this is exactly the kind of organization I want to be at look what they have draft pickwise um and I’ll bring up some more here in a second

But um chef said that Martin mayhugh and vice president so Martin mayhugh is the current JM right now for those that don’t know Martin mayhugh and vice president Marty mayhugh will stay for now but the new football operations whoever becomes the new head of football operations will evaluate both of them so

I think the main reason for this is that you still have a VP and you still have a GM in place as all these things go on as these changes happen but also you know I’m not the biggest Martin mugh or Marty uh I mean yeah Martin Hugh or Marty Hearns uh fan

But maybe they get demoted in some way to just have a lesser role that’s the only thing I can really think of with Mayhew and hernie um I just I don’t see any of them keeping their job honestly and I’ll tell youall why here in a

Second but I could see both Mayu and hernie getting some kind of other position here maybe they both move on if I had a guess I say both are going to be gone but as of right now they’re here they’re not fired yet um but the new football operations will both um

Evaluate uh hernie and Mayu so don’t freak out everyone like why are they not gone yet but like I said Josh Harris and them have been at work this morning we have an updated list and all of the head coach interview requests and front office requests that have been made and

Poor Adam schfer was just firing them off this morning um first off Ben Johnson offensive coordinator for the Lions this was one of my top top head coaching candidates that I’ve been really um waiting for uh I I’ve done videos on you know both uh head coaching

Uh candidates and jam candidates you can see it on my YouTube channel Josh Taylor FB like you see at the bottom of the screen or JT FB that’s me um or like I said social media too I tweet out stuff all the time um but go watch those

Videos if you want more of an in-depth um conversation about all these guys there’s some that I didn’t talk about but a lot of these guys I did Cover um but with Ben Johnson I a young offensive minded guy a guy who schemes his offense to where guys are open uh that’s one

Thing that really jumps out on tape you watch the lines you see guys spread out you see open field you see you know Playmakers able to do things after the catch you see like this this Yak ability and the Run game is so balanced he has

Such a great offense but it’s not pass heavy and it’s not run heavy it’s such a balanced um complimentary offense that’s what I love about Ben Johnson and that I already mentioned Jim Harbaugh obviously Michigan head coach now the thing with with Jim Harbaugh is you’re taking a

Step back with this young upand cominging coach but Jim Harbaugh still has a you know a long time to coach um I think he’s like what right at 60 maybe um but still this is a high-profile coach there’s you have your offensive minded coaches you have your defensive

Minded coaches then you have like your your overall high-profile coaches like a Nick Savin or a Jim Harbaugh um and that’s that’s what Jim Harbaugh is so he brings that over and then Jim would have an excellent hand um in selecting the new offensive coordinator and selecting

The new defensive coordinator um and I think he would have no problem every every uh little coach maybe it’s in college maybe it’s in the in the NFL would want to come coach with Jim Harwell absolutely that would be a a top destination for someone who wants to be

A defensive coordinator or offensive coordinator um I could even see teams um you know current defensive coordinators want to come over here to be a defensive coordinator just building things up and then jumping up to a head coach it’s like I could see lateral moves being

Made with a guy like Jim Harbaugh but then also Aaron Glenn defensive coordinator for the Lions so we have requested both the offensive coordinator and um defensive coordinator um for the Lions um but uh with Aaron Glenn super young defense um building around the right pieces getting a guy like Aiden

Hutchinson drafting guys like Brian Branch getting these steals like Jack Campbell um and then just it seems like things have clicked a lot lot faster for them um and the the Lions defense has looked great and so as the offense I think you know obviously they made they

Were one of the teams that made one of these faster turns that we expected you know after the whole Matt Stafford thing kind of just resetting and and going on um the Lions have shown you that you can be successful early on just like the Texans um I’m just looking at NFL

Network because we’re talking about Washington but nothing new so we’re good but then also rahee morrris you want to talk about a guy who uh a defensive coordinator for the Rams a guy who uh has just made something out of nothing that’s the that’s the Rams defense that

Rams defense is so much fun to watch and a lot of young guys and then you have Aaron Donald Aaron Donald’s like the one old guy in the room and then everyone else is like in their low 20s and they haven’t had a firstr draft pick for like

What three years now um because of the whole Matt Stafford Trey I think it’s been three years now gosh time’s flying um so they’re getting all these guys in the third fourth fifth sixth seventh round they turn into high quality starters and Raheem Morris a younger guy

Um getting the most out of his defense he’s the name you hear brought up all the time I think Raheem Morris could put together a really good uh coaching staff uh Mandu says please no bich I’m I agree with you um obviously nothing can come out right now because

He is still the head coach um it’d be a lateral move so nothing can come out saying like oh Washington wants Bill bich or Washington’s you know requesting to talk to Bill bich nothing like that um from what I’ve seen and heard it seems like the Panthers and Falcons both

Want Bill bich bad the only thing that worries me Bill Bel is he’s once again one of these high-profile coaches I I talk about with Jim Harbaugh and Nick sain uh Bill Bel is essentially the the NFL version of Nick Sabin and that’s going to be intriguing to someone like

Josh Harris and Bob Meers and Magic Johnson who respect these high quality like I mean it’s like going to like the Golden Globes or like some award show Joe and you see like the most famous people they’re like Ryan Reynold’s like I’m a Marvel fan you see these high

Profile people bill bellich is one of the most respected head coaches of all time in the NFL and that’s the only thing that I can really think of of why Washington would have that interest but from what I’ve seen and heard the Falcons and the Panthers are the top um

Spots for Bill bich and I can 1 million per see Mike verel going to the Patriots um and I would love that move I think that’s it’s a great move you know former Patriot himself um I’m I’m pulling for that I think Bill bich goes to the

Panthers and I I feel so bad for him but um uh they that I’m just glad that we are not in that boat anymore they are now the delusional team um we have we have given that responsibility over to the Panthers we’re not throwing drinks on anybody or anything like that um

Skins for Life 82 says Harbaugh good QB coach as well agree no bill yeah uh Harbaugh would would be a good QB coach and this is the argument but it’s very very very very likely there’s a new qb1 here next year whether it is Caleb Williams Drake M Justin Fields Jaden

Daniels Michael penck Jr JJ McCarthy Bo Knicks uh Michael Pratt shoot like there’s any possibility I think it’s Drake May by the way um so yeah having a good quarterback coach here does help um but once again look at the Texans my boy demo Ryan’s defensive Roll Tide um

Defensive coach killing it down there found the right passing game coordinator found someone that can complement their rookie quarterback and CJ CJ St he’s probably going to win offensive rookie the year he should they made the playoffs and he missed like three games um and he had the best touchdown

Interception ratio in the NFL um so yes it’s possible um if you do get um like U like I said Raheem Morris um or Aaron Glenn and we also interviewed Anthony Weaver assistant head coach and defensive line coach for the Ravens so that’s another big one too this it’s

Been well known that Josh Harris said he wants to copy um these three teams the 49ers the Chiefs and the Ravens he wants to mold his team after what they’ve done so you kind of see that um and I’ll talk about the big ones here in a second with

GM and football Ops but with Anthony Weaver you have John Harbaugh Jim’s brother he his assistant is Anthony Weaver assist I mean associate head coach and the defensive line coach and their defensive Line’s been really good this year and they deal with injuries every single year you know how good that

Defense has been still waiting on that Mike McDonald uh tweet to hit um because that’s honestly one of my favorite guys that I want for head coaching um I’m just reading up on some stuff now looks like cam Jordan’s not retiring that’s it um but um outside of that uh

No other head coaching interview requests so far uh but I’ll talk about the GMS here in a second as well um let’s see big Gluck 1K says do you think with what’s going on in Chicago it could make our pick more attractive to trade for I’m gonna I’m gonna do a video on

This coming up just talk about it because we do have the number two pick locked in regardless of what happens at number one Le we have our number two pick and Chicago honestly holds the cards for the future of the franchise of Washington too whether it is Caleb or it

Is Justin fields which is honestly a possibility to trade late second or early third for Justin Fields you still have the number two overall pick to build around him um uh let see NOP I thought that was something else for shefy um so Chicago does hold a lot of power now with that

Being said they’re gonna show their hand they’re gonna either draft Caleb Williams and it doesn’t matter like what offers they get if they want Caleb Williams they’re not gonna trade back like straight up I I don’t see them trading back and saying like oh we’ll just go Jaden Daniels instead said it’s

Caleb Williams or bust for Chicago it’s either they’re going to get Caleb but they’re trading back it’s not like they’re going to or they’ll get like Marvin Harrison Jr at one um but what helps them is that we are two we need a quarterback Patriots are at three they

Need a quarterback so they could trade a three with with the Patriots um but they’re they’re going to show their hands so Washington has to decide if they want to trade up to one and just lock in Caleb Williams um and if if the Bears entertain that offer then they

Show that they don’t want Caleb Williams but at the same time they have the power to trade back to three let the Patriots go first overall and get Caleb Williams if that’s who they want and I don’t know who they want um that’s something whoever we hire has

To decide if you want to trade up to one to get Caleb which would be a you’d have to and I know it’s one spot but you still have to trade a good bit to get rid you know get up to one or you sit at two and take Drake May whoever you

Decide you want um but the Bears do have a big influence on that um let’s see uh skin says I’m trusting whatever Harrison company does whoever they hire I’m all in same that’s that’s like been my big motto the last few weeks like whatever they do fine I’ve been stuck

With this delusional uh you know Organization for my entire life we’re finally doing something different something I’ve never experienced like I said my 30 years um as a fan as I’ve been alive and I’m gonna trust it this is something new I really feel like this

Done so let me end with this this is the front office um interviews that’s been requested the some of these are Hit or Miss because some people are saying so and so has been requested interview as the football Ops some have said as GM I

Don’t know but it could be for either so just know that these names I’m about to read off there’s five so far they could either be interviewing for the GM spot or as head of football operations and I’mma end with something right after this U but Ian Cunningham for the Bears

He’s assistant GM right now one of the big guys I’ve had on my list um someone I didn’t have on my list is Glenn cook which is the Browns assistant GM and then another guy that I’ve been watching closely Mike borgonzi from the Chiefs assistant GM it’s just a really fun name

To say by the way um and then Adam Peters the 49ers assistant GM that is number one that is the golden ticket in the NFL if you get Adam Peters you are fast tracking your way to success and I fully stand by that um then Alec halby

Um assistant GM of the Eagles he’s been a really fun guy to to do a dive into and just you know get to know um where he’s come from starts as an intern super young guy um Harvard grad you know really good at the analytic side of

Things salary cap wise and I’ll say this um before I end there’s a lot of people around the league that like I said this is a top destination for Washington if you’re a g if you want to be a GM or if you want to be a head coach Washington is projected

Per spot track to have the most salary cap next season with $85 million Washington’s projected to have the number one salary cap available heading into the offseason guys that’s great that’s good um 85 mil second is Tennessee with 79 mil so that’s a 6 million gap that’s pretty good that’s pretty good

Amount um there’s a lot of decisions that have to be made like I said um but I’m gonna end on this my I’m not GNA say who my top you know head coach is obviously like I said I’ve did that video before Ben Johnson Mike McDonald um honestly like harball cool rahee

Morris just someone young that can get the most out of these players like my guy demo does but I’m G end on this GM or football Ops give me Adam Peters from the 49ers guys I’m telling you that is what I want and just I did a little a

Little research on how the 49ers have built out and I’m going to tell you something I’m not going to talk about their ownership right now executive management football operations John Lynch is the president of football Ops and the general manager um and Mori is right under him as president of 49ers Enterprises and

EVP of football operations Executive Vice President of football operations if you want Adam Peters to get here when you interview Adam Peters you say look Adam we want to make the president of football operations we’ll even give you the GM position just like John Lynch was

Over at the 49ers we want to do that for you you want to lock in Adam Peters because there is some rumbling some some things that John Lynch could you know move up even higher to just be like that F president of football operations guy and Adam Peters takes over because they

Don’t want they don’t want to lose Adam Peters I promise you Adam Peters could take over as their GM and John Lynch just stays with his football uh president of football Ops and and Adam Peters takes over that full-time GM role gets rid of that assistant tag he has

You know it’s like the office assistant to the regional manager he will be the new regional manager and then you still have John Lynch they don’t want to lose Adam Peters so if you really want to get Adam Peters here and I feel like this

Might be the only guy that you have to do that with just because of the 49ers you make him the president of football operations and general manager and you let him hire any assistant manager he wants to and I fully trust whoever he decides to bring here so that’s what the
