– 200 Amsterdam Avenue, the door to Billionaire’s Row and Central Park. A contemporary re-imagining of a New York pre-war classic. Let’s take a tour. So let’s start here. I love units with great double doors, by the way. 200 Amsterdam Avenue, a gorgeous condominium tower, rising above Billionaire’s Row, the upper West side, full views of Central Park. 112 units, full service, brand new building. And right now I’m standing in the 41st floor.

I’m going to give you a tour of this incredible full floor home, so come on. Spanning just under 4,700 square feet. This home is four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an amazing study. And this living room is just gorgeous. Outside of how beautiful the interiors are,

These finishes are done by CetraRuddy, and they are perfect. Now the building is a brand new tower. Our developers here, SJP, and MF America, are the best. And everything they touch is perfect, which is why I’m so excited to be involved in this incredible building and show you these amazing homes.

I’m going to show you the amenities and then we’re going to stick around and see what it looks like at night. Because the first time I came here and saw the city skyline light up, saw the lights in Central Park start to turn on, it’s otherworldly. It’s really, really amazing.

But in this unit, this is a four bedroom. 200 Amsterdam now has three bedrooms, four bedrooms, and five bedroom homes left. Some amazing penthouses, but I love these full floors. You’ve got a huge wingspan. I’m looking all the way up to the George Washington Bridge from here

And right here, I’m looking all the way down to the Statue of Liberty. I’ve got a 116 foot terrace right outside, hovering over Central Park that I’m going to take you to. Look at these details. Look at the Chevron flooring, look at the stone, the slabs, and look at this dining room.

This is a true great room. And what I love about this layout, what I love about CetraRuddy and how they work with their spaces and they create real moments. What I love about this building, 200 Amsterdam, is that this is not just a big new glassy modern tower

That’s completely open and it’s kind of cold. You are warm the minute you walk in here, from the ambiance in that gorgeous lobby and all that stone and millwork and the staff here is incredible, to all of the amenities to your foyer. You know these full floors.

You have proper foyers, incredible closet space, beautiful hallways for your art collection. And then details like this, these glass sliding doors. Look at this kitchen. See, this is what I’m talking about. You have an open kitchen when you want it, open to your great room, or you’ve got these gorgeous

Rimadesio sliding doors that can completely close off the space if you’re entertaining, if you’re, you know, prepping and you’ve got your hors d’oeuvres all laid out. You have beautiful Calcutta marble everywhere. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, an incredible appliance package. You’ve got a 48 inch dual fuel Wolf range. This whole thing is your exhaust.

So you can cook up a storm in here. Extra large appliances throughout, two separate sinks. I love that you’ve kind of got your wet bar right here with the entire lower Manhattan skyline. I’m looking down at the Empire State Building and watching it get ready to light up

In whatever colors it’s going to choose for this evening. And then because it’s a full floor, you have 360 degree views. So your breakfast nook is perched here, high above the Hudson River. Looking out over New Jersey, I mean I can see forever from here, ’cause we’re one of the highest buildings

On this side of Manhattan. But this kitchen is humongous, ready for every moment in life that you will have in this space. And if you like this, wait till you see the bedrooms. Come on. Bedroom number one. Now remember, this home is just under 4,700 square feet.

So you’ve got a lot of ground to cover and it’s a full floor. You are your only neighbor here. You’ve got extra high ceilings. Each bedroom is en suite and you have a plethora of views. So even here, you’re waking up, you’re sitting on your lounge here

And you’re looking out over the park and your beautiful terrace. I can just imagine you moving in and you’ve got your garden here, over 400 feet above the New York City streets. And maybe you’re playing with the colors, looking out over the park. Come look at the next bedroom.

Your second bedroom, also en suite with a great entryway foyer, has the same high ceilings, great closet space. And here you’ve got a great view of the Hudson. We have it set up as a beautiful, beautiful office. I’m actually obsessed with the furniture we have in this space. ‘Cause that’s what you expect,

Just steps off of Billionaire’s Row. That’s what you expect in a building of this caliber. And that’s what’s here. That’s what makes it so exciting. Come look at the primary. Now the primary suite has a lot of different moments, and I don’t normally showcase closet space until I saw this one,

Because this is more than just a walk-in closet. This is a room. It is a large room, plenty of space for you to design and completely set it up to your own idea of closet perfection. But what I love the most is you’re getting dressed with a view of Central Park.

And in the bedroom is corner exposure. Looking all the way uptown towards the George Washington Bridge. Look at the size of this room, the size of this suite. It’s its own apartment. You have your own space for a makeup vanity, looking all the way up the river,

All the way up towards Connecticut and upstate New York. You’ve got huge park views throughout. Because we are high, we are in a brand new tower. Amazing light fixtures. I mean this space is amazing. And on this unit, because it is a prime full floor unit, you also have outdoor space access

Directly from your primary bedroom. And down this hallway we have a wet bar so you don’t have to go all the way back down to the kitchen. Remember, this apartment is almost 5,000 square feet. So you can get your drink here at night.

You can set up a coffee machine, whatever floats your boat. Another huge closet space, and wait till you see the bathroom. Now this is where you start to understand the level of luxury in this home, if you didn’t understand it already. The shower has a Calcutta cielo slab feature wall.

We have iceberg marble on the floors that are radiant, heated by the way. You’ve got two custom vanities, dual sinks, gorgeous, gorgeous marble. You got light fixtures from Jonathan Browning. You have polished nickel finishes by Fantini and a feature floating tub looking directly over your kingdom that is Manhattan.

Now this is not our only home available. As I mentioned, we have three, four, and five bedroom residences available here at 200 Amsterdam Avenue. But this is a great representation of what is available for you. Now, before I take you to the magnificent terrace that’s nearly 120 feet long overlooking the park,

I’ve got to show you the amenities, because they are out of this world. Come on. The lifestyle experiences at 200 Amsterdam are unrivaled. They’re spread over multiple floors. So let’s start here on the spa level and we’ll start in the fitness center. Now, this is a fitness experience to rival really

Any gym you would find in all of Manhattan. You’ve got your own Pilates studio, your own yoga studio, space to work out with your trainer, every piece of machinery, equipment that you could possibly need. Free weights, cardio equipment. You’ve got the pulleys, you’ve got the medicine balls. And you can even box.

Just off your fitness center. you have your own 75 foot salt water pool With jacuzzi. You have your own spa and treatment rooms. You’ve got a meditation room. Everything here is five star resort level of experiences. You even have your own golf simulator and game room on your spa floor.

And there’s more than just golf on here. I mean, I was just going through the system. I can play cricket, I can play football. I think I can play with zombies and don’t make fun of me. I’m just a professional real estate broker. It’s still going. It’s still going. We’re just going to leave it going. The club level is an extension of your home. One, it is magnificent and ginormous. Two, you have your own dining room. Dining suite really, kind of a separate restaurant if you will, because you have your own you catering kitchen,

You have a community outdoor space. Easily access from multiple points along the club level. You can reserve this for parties, birthday parties, engagement parties. Have a wedding in here or just come down, hang out, play some piano. You have breakout rooms, meeting rooms, co-working space, media rooms. You have a rehearsal room.

Remember we are just steps away from Lincoln Center. In your unit, you’ll be able to open your windows and listen to the orchestras when they’re playing. Behind me, look at our little composer’s room. Look how cute this is. For all the budding musicians, whether they’re your kids soon to be,

Or your grandkids who just love music. One, you have a soundproof rehearsal room and then here you can come and play. Come and hang out. You can play dress up, have costume parties or for the thespian in the family, you could do a little show.

And you also have this amazing lounge. Set up a bar. You could have a sushi dinner in here. You can play different games. You have your own billiards room. This is an amazing spot for game nights ’cause you’ve got multiple TVs. One, two, and three in here, plus your own outdoor space

Right over Amsterdam. And now we’re back to the 116 foot long private terrace off of the 41st floor, high above the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Your views of Central Park. It’s so peaceful up here. And if you think the view is nice right now, just wait till you see it at night.

Thank you so much for coming on this tour of 200 Amsterdam Avenue, now listed with Serhant New Development. We look forward to seeing you soon.

  1. OK now this……I have to admit….is class!!! It's homely yet….a statement! Love the pool room Nd swimming pool etc! Yea…this I could be on board with

  2. sir, it's 22 degrees outside with the top down, what is this Casablanca? Your Mercedes with 200hp that's rented doesn't sound like a Ford Cobra lol. Yes let's spend 24mill in a place where people poop and piss right on the street with 200,000 migrants literally cooking rats (I saw the video, it was disgusting) and where Mayor Adams just signed an executive order to fire NYFD, NYPD, sanitation workers that pick up trash in the street and fire the people that clean those beautiful parks Ryan is hosting about. Taxes are going to go through the roof in 2024 because of the migrant crisis on top of all the protesting and calling for Jews to be murdered in public by Palestinians and their supporters, but you're just going to hear cotton candy from a salesman. But hey shell it out and enjoy the city !! .

  3. No wonder the homeless and drug addicts are pissing and pooping in the lobbies of these places lol… They even know its an overpriced POS…

  4. Ryan……that home is too high in the sky for me but you on the other hand……..you are looking like a whole meal with them big A feet!! What that shoe size do?! (Sorry Amelia….😂)

  5. Had a racist woke anti white male commercial before this video from bmw. Sad. Another great company down the drain. Well…. audi it is then.

  6. Over the past months, you’ve become my favorite YouTube subscription. I love how deep your passion is. Keep it up!

  7. Like slipping into a colourless coma. That's some dull, dull, dull interior design. So contemporary that it will be instantly recognizable as 2023/2024. Welcome to your already nearly out of date home. Ugh.

  8. Lets stop pretending there is any cachet left in the "Billionaires Row" branding. Its synonymous with poor quality, lawsuits, and empty, unsold apartments. It is New York's rot not it's hope.

  9. I loved the lighting on the dining table, the marshmallow-like couch, the mini bar, and of course the priceless sky view!

The comprehensive public facilities and the beautiful scenery at night are definitely plus points!

You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing! I wish you all the best and have a great year! 👍🤩🙌❤🎁🎈🎉

  10. That was funny! Watching RS as a “black gloves” driver just giving a ride to a handsome guy (btw what’s his role at this video?) till his new development spot. I love the vintage look, with RS wearing a white summer jacket with short pants( so 1950’s!) matching wirh a white old roadster Mercedes! Anyway, it’s a nice flat, but it’s just a balcony Ryan!

  11. I'm dying at Ryan being impressed by that closet. What on earth, that's 1/3 of the size of my master closet in a house with comparable square footage.

  12. I know I'm wrong, but it's hard to imagine anyone so pretentious that they'd close those kitchen sliding doors during any kind of dinner party or event.

Getting rid of those doors and being able to watch the chefs work would certainly add to the experience.

  13. Beautiful views! I can say that, however walls would need to be repainted. I HATE brown and tan and some of the artwork would go right into the trash. As would a set of chairs in the living room. Primary bath is absolutely gorgeous!! Love the common areas too.
