Hey guys Chris here from Callaway golf I’m here to talk a little bit today about Paradigm AI smoke Fairway woods and the enabling technologies that are going into them first and foremost it leads off with the AI smartface we have a massive database of player swing data
And we took that data and and tried to figure out all right well which players what what do players that use the max model swing like what what do players that use the Max D model swing like triple diamond and and by doing so we can uh create inputs for our face
Optimization so what this does is it creates unique face thickness Contours on the back of the face that control how how the face deflects um ultimately when you can control that face deflection you can uh control how the how the face responds creates uh more ball speed on off-center shots higher launch lower
Spin and straighter side spin it’s something that no other company in Golf is doing right now 360 carbon Chassy in the Paradigm AI smoked Fairway Woods allowed us to save up to 24 G of of Steel and replace that with carbon fiber doing so allows us to reposition that weight
In more favorable areas so we took half of the mass and placed it low forward for more ball speed higher launch and lower spin uh particularly on shots hit off the deck which Fairway Woods are the other half of the mass we put in the in the back of the head to increase
Forgiveness help out with launch higher launch and ultimately those things work in tandem with the face optimization to create a extremely forgiving Fairway Wood um that’s something that’s very easy to hit off the deck uh launch is high uh with a lot of speed and a lot of distance between the AI
