Doyle strike earns 10-man Wolves draw at Brentford | FA Cup highlights | BBC Sport

[Applause] side still pulling each other out but it’s poorly given away by stosa and a chance here fora he can’t quite get his shot away morson clears it out of Harm’s Way real let off there for brenford and for Thomas strakosha done in the middle of Midfield

By Mard but it’s a poor Challenge on him from Joel Gomez he on the referee Tony Harrington as to just what the punishment will be here well we can see there’s a red card Gomez has put aside into plenty of problems here mop just crowded out there ches flying in the throw

Play down right now in some pain get from damgard who catch the left leg there of Tommy Doyle discussion taking place between Thomas Frank and Gary O’Neil but it all ends in a handshake he’s been opinionated this season Gary O’Neil that is for sure he feels that wolves have had several vard

Decisions go against them now’s the ball to roll across his body to Silva’s efforts skipped up awkwardly in front of Jose S and finally some real work the Wolves goalkeeper to [Applause] do kick is whipped in and it will break now for mop who fires brenford into the lead well the pressure pays

Off and it’s a third goal since returning to the club for Neil mop [Applause] you have to say he took it wonderfully well this time they work it short Bellard Netto moves it across the penalty area to Doyle who’ll have a go fabulous hit by Tommy Doyle an outstanding

Strike and against the odds wolver Hampton Wanderers have got themselves on level terms Tommy Doyle with an absolute rocket to beat Thomas stosa shifted it onto his left foot and it sore past the brenford goalkeeper brenford under a fair bit of pressure here but no signs that wolves

Are creaking too much Lewis Potter cleverly done oh cut back brilliantly and it’s fired wide P Harris unable to sort his feet out quick enough to turn it on to [Applause] another cross comes in and a save by josea fired towards goal and it the flex off Target but an infringement had been

Spotted inside that penalty area by Tony Harrington wolves breathe a sigh of relief

  1. For me, no argument about the red for Joao Gomes, but the issue is shocking inconsistency. Why no red for the stamp on Doyle?
Justice was done in the end. Such a clean strike.

  2. These boys do us fans proud pretty much every week. But that was some performance by them. Wouldn't know we were down to ten men for 90mins. Well done lads.

  3. double standard by VAR for red card, free sorry for wolves, but no one knows what benefits VAR may get by closing one eye

  4. How the fuck that wasnt a red card on Damsgraad if Gomes got one in pretty much similar situation….baffling refereeing, once again!

  5. Bbc coms some up the bias of the prem….not that the bbc is shady lol…gomes got the ball first, yellow card at best. The doyle one he stamped on the guy, an the ball was no were too be seen….

  6. Great heart from Wolves after wrongly going to 10, not surprised Brentford challenge was waved on despite being worse. Class from Doyle to level it

  7. This ref needs to fuck off. He only fucks wolves over. How can Gomes get a red when damsgard did the same shit and not get booked. Inconsistent refs and it always seems to have an effect on wolves. If Gomes tackle was a red then give one to him too. Not to mention the Brentford LB put his hand over Semedos throat and was shoving him and Semedo just stood there and they both got yellows. How is that not a red for grabbing someone by the throat. Doesn’t matter if it’s the prem or cup competitions refs have it out for us

  8. Brentford foul on Wolves looks like equal red too, like Rashford did at UCL. VAR doesn't has legit rules, it has double standard.
