Simple golf strike fix for all golfers.
As you make your backs and when the club gets around parallel to the ground I want you to start really overbending lead knee really sink down into it and then to hit the ball feel like you get out a lead knee quick if you don’t you’re going to catch it a little bit
Fat by putting that pressure from this point of your back swing into that lead foot it loads up the push into the ground early hopefully allowing you to get out a bit earlier and start ripping those strikes you’re welcome follow for more golf tips

I like the idea of keeping more load on the lead leg, it seems like it would help from hanging back.A very athletic move… Thanks Mark
I like to do this drill when my low point is off then calm it back down. Seems to help me.
