Just look behind me this is the kingdom Invitational the inaugural Kingdom Invitational that is we’re going to be doing little presentation later to the guys talking to them all about fitting what that entails what tour fitting entails the guys and the guests are coming in getting fitted Straight Out

The Gate here I’ve already been doing a bit of that this morning then there’s a Tor truck in the parking lot with Mr Wade ly we’re building these guys some mg4 wedges they can get them custom stamp we have Harlem Brewing giving the Brews blue teas golf is here with some

Swag it’s going to be a great event and it’s the inaugural Kingdom invitation YouTube channel playing at the Kingdom tour shout out to my own channel I love that then you can get these Golf Pride cool coers Jones partnered up on those I like it where

You can put your golf grips in here we’re going to do a free regripping over on the truck which you’ll of course see in a minute 14 Golf Pride grips 13 no poter then we move through to Kingdom exclusive swag from the guys up at dormy

You get one of these as your tea gift as well Mallet or blade Kingdom Invitational exclusive hats I’m actually going to pocket one of these straight away we won’t tell anyone these are what we’ve definitely come to see I’ve had my eye these things I’ve got here iced up

Yetis get it in the Navy or the camo of course and they’ve got some sick Jordans are in here as well in the classic Navy and the white as soon as you get in this event that comes as a tea gift as well I hate to think what

We’re playing for cuz I’m not sure the swag gets much better than this I did notice one of these I’ve also got my eye on one of them Kingdom tow beautiful some tp5 golf balls and if you are on the golf ball list you become an

Official tester of this I have the link in my bio I’ll stick it also in the link in description if you want to become a tailor made ball tester they’re in there that’s next year’s golf ball exclusive swag before the guys go out and give it a

Rip one great truck leaves we got the big daddy here as well Wade L is in the house we’re going to check the vibe he’s in there pumping golf clubs so I’ll see he’s good to talk if not this is the tailor made PGA Tour trailer Wade has

Brought it to town end the season wrap up and it closes with the kingdom Invitation All right so we’ve got our first order of the day to get going the boys are cranking in here as you can tell from the noises it’s going to be a fivewood again as a tea price here at the Kingdom Invitational you’re able to get a club

Bill on the PJ tour trailer so I’m going to set this in lower Straight Out The Gate five wood starting Loft and lie 18.6 58.8 I’ve already cherry-picked this from our team tailor made staff drawers move this all the way to lower when I was fitting this gentleman on the

Range we were getting a peak height and a descend angle exactly where it needs to be and the spin rate where it needs to be so he could hit a yardage this cat had some speed I’m going to set this golf club up cuz he said he doesn’t want

To change it all the way in lower I’m going to peel off the protective cover and I’m going to put the weight and it’s this 50 g sliding weight all the way into the front cuz that’s what he’s tested out that then will keep the peak

Height and the spin down so slide that up for your build click and we’re in a good spot he uses a midsize grip with two tapes lengthwise check out this cuz this is important we go absolute center of the sole there eighth of an inch off

The ruler then gives me a cut length with this grip of 43 in I am just going to check it against his gamer to make sure this is right so that’s actually coming out a hair shorter I’m going to split the difference 42 7/8 on the cut

Then you have a tip section to work out which is how much we tip this Golf Club at the end so we’ve got a Tor part going in things don’t quite line up this player turned over the golf ball right to left so to strengthen it I’m actually

Going to tip this fivewood inch and 3/4 so we’ll start there mark it up let’s move over to The Cutting area down this side 1 five in and 3/4 tip cut then I want to remove some of the paint so that when I bom this the

Glue will take to it perfectly I take my hand and just rest it against here generally the width of this turning Barrel belt or gind wheel here is enough that’s it just a light press removed that’ll take to the epoxy and bond grab the head 42 and

7/8 is what I wanted to go with again take a look in here going right against Center in the housing it’s crucial especially when you’re on tour that you get this part perfect 4278 actually going to be almost the top of my sticker so you can see the marker

Just above the sticker get it in and then notice it’s a spin you don’t just want to shove everything through you want to rotate the golf shaft make sure that you don’t damage it spin Spin now you’re left with a slight bur so make sure you get that off check the graphite in there job done piece all that together now you’ve got the perfect clove almost raw built we’re going to grab some epoxy over on Wade side pop back and use this curing cell

This epoxy that we use dries in 2 minutes and 45 seconds tip section make sure all this is together wipe off the excess line up your graphics again this is the TTX tipped inch and 3/4 to help with that ball flight little stamp down grab your wrench remove golf shaft golf head take

That off rest it aside and then as you’ll notice now I’ve got 2 minutes 45 2 minutes 30 set on here at almost 400° close that up hit my timer and that is going to count down we have 2 minutes 30 and this will be dry

Ready to hit obviously for me I’m going to grip it with the midsize and the two papers I’m going to swing weight which is balance the club but all that can come back to you once this is done club’s in the gripping station we’re going for two tapes logo up got

Extremely busy in here as you can see you measure out the tape to the length of the grip and then you want it to go on nice and flat like that boom again when you put the second piece of tape on you must go over where the tape joins so

You don’t get any ridges or ribs in there any excess like that you can cut off with scissors watch those fingers get the Spirits rolling logo up this time I always go two good amounts of this just to ensure that we can get the grip done and on and then for me

Personally I’ve always got the blade held nice and square down the end there this is a round grip but when I’m lining up my Golf Pride I just want to ensure everything is perfect final thing to do which we’ll go and do next wipe off this

And get the swing weight so the final place of our journey when it comes to matching up the build to the Dem Dem Mo Club is to ensure the swing weight is perfect swing weight is the balance point of the club taken around a 14in fulcrum point from the but of the golf

Club so this pivot point and it’s getting a balance it’s going to be field to you the player so this is actually coming out quite heavy but one of the things that my man said on the Range when he was testing this here at the Kingdom Invitational is that he likeed

The feel of That Swing weight so first off and I actually think we’ve hit the nail on the head here it is as you can see coming in exactly right now if this hadn’t been the case and I know it is cuz that s that pin is sitting right in

The middle I would then move to adding weight to the Head removing weight to the head but all I have to do now is simply add a what we call Hot Melt plug which is in this little section here so on the Tor truck we would pop that in

There put it against the side make sure it goes home job done and then the final check again have a look at it sits really good realign that grip a little get that exactly how I like it let’s just shout out to these European team Nikes first

That’s the only reason I check this grip it’s because of the shoes give this a wipe off once we use the adhesive remover also known as orange peel spray down the golf shaft little spin for good measure don’t want to touch that Golf Club again but that is pretty much how

We build golf clubs on the tour trailer all I got to do is pop a head cover on that and it’s good to go let’s head to the pl and Green Day one at the Kingdom Invitational is coming to a close we’re off to play golf the next two days first we’ve got some Copper Kings Burgers the guys are packing down this is going to be a mint set for this evening I hope you’ve enjoyed this video see inaugural Kingdom

Invitational maybe you need to get your name on the list for next year but also to do that be sure to hit subscribe and hit that Bell notification cuz I’ll let you know when it happens for now I’m off to enjoy myself take care

  1. So how do people from the UK get invites. This is the frustrating thing about following channels from different countries. Very disappointing

  2. Great content as usual. Can I ask as a club builder for the pro’s what your thoughts on shaft puring are. I know on the tour truck it’s build and take to the range. Do you do it at all or in your own clubs.

  3. Hope for more from the invitational. Jealous of the participants but I could never afford it. I am just happy I am able to play once a week during good weather.

  4. I would love to go there too… I've never had a true fitting tho . I've tried out new clubs before from big name companies but was never fitted

  5. Hi Trotti. My name is Gordon. Im from South Africa. I would love to become a tester for Taylormade. I can give you a few reasons why i would like to become a tester. Happy New Year to you and Taylormade Team.
