Bikes my bike twice and have Parts you know you can’t buy yourselves presents and then the presence anyway yeah okay presence I suppose I suppose it can anyway um yeah it’s been just kind of I suppose it’s been obviously everything everyone is kind of slowed down the week

Has been a little bit slow on news and stuff like that I suppose the big one for me really and it’s still it’s still going on is that the the whole GG situation now there there is Never Smoke Without fire in what I’ve learned in Moto GP and

Like this story started off some point in I think november-ish start of November and we’re here at the start of January um and it still hasn’t really gone away right and like Gigi coming out and saying yes Honda made me an offer you know uh definitely definitely put the rattles up

Ducatti do you know what I mean yeah and then claudo dominical I was really surprised that he came out and he said because it sounds [ __ ] stupid to me to be very honest what he’s just said right I know it did yeah um because when I look at it you

Know he’s come out and he said yeah we hope Gigi stays with us forever blah blah blah blah blah but Gigi doesn’t know everything about the secret formula yeah that that’s that the Coca-Cola statement was kind of and I think yeah I just think Gigi is probably going

To give you a right [ __ ] hook for that like do you know what I mean and like into the jaw Jo what I mean because if there is one person in this earth that knows the Coca-Cola formula for jatti it’s yeah you know and it’s and especially your man that’s gone to

Yamaha as well B balone is it whatever his name is um you know he understands the vehicle Dynamics and the performance of it so he knows how all the integrated Parts work together on the vehicle performance side of things Gigi knows and understands that too G also knows

And understands what’s coming down the the road for the 2024 jaat for example probably the 2025 you know so I think it’s a bit of a a very very weird statement for him to make and this also kind of has me into the belief that maybe all is not well in the hierarchies

Of ducatti maybe there is some political upset within the ranks you know why like why would like why would a senior manager CEO come out and say we are afraid to lose him but he doesn’t know everything joke you know what I mean had

A it had a bad joke vibe to it you know I mean to he just had like a yeah or or is it a [ __ ] statement saying that we technically we’re not afraid of losing it yeah true yeah is it a person a very personal statement to

Gigi to say yeah yeah talk all you want to is you know we’re not afraid which which is uh which is dangerous and and this and that and the other and you know um one thing Gigi has it good is regardless of the money is they always let him run

Free and one thing Engineers love to run free they love to be have you know they love they don’t want to hear anything from anybody else they love to just have a piece of paper and they say go you know yeah but it’s always been very clear that it’s the GG

Bron like if you look at this right in the 2009 financial crash or or eight financial crash for the 2009 Race season Jensen button won the race or the world championship that year right Honda had a Formula One team the recession hit they pulled out of Formula

1 at the end of 20 very late in 2008 yeah right they had hired R Ron at the end of 2006 to come in and overseen building of the care they won One race since be coming back into Formula 1 this time right so they brought Ros bra in

Who used to be with Ferrari took a year off to go fishing or whatever it was got pissed off came back he came in he said the car was [ __ ] in 2007 right complete ball of [ __ ] don’t even bother there was more regulation or was it

2008 car was crap there’s no point even focusing on this for the new regulations in 2009 let’s just build a c towards that right and himself he was very Hands-On but again he’s [ __ ] ruthless he’s like gig he’s very nice in the camera hello how are you yes yes yes yes yes

But he’ll cut your [ __ ] throat no no hassle what I mean you’re not performing dead right and long story short with this pis anyway decided at the end of 208 financial crash we’re going to sell the formula one team they sold the team to Braun for a

Pound okay even they Honda had 90 million committed for the 2009 season so basically Braun took that budget and ran the team with it but that Brun care which was developed with Hond of money under Ross Brown BR sorry won the [ __ ] world championship okay so like and I mean won

It like they Honda finished up and they sold the team the very start of the 2009 season right they went to the first they missed the first test they got half a second tested they went to Australia and they [ __ ] won the race they pissed it

For the first half of the season and it was just such egg in handa’s face because you know realistically they would have won the World Championship as a Constructor for the first time in many years and even Braun used their money that they but it is a clear way that Honda came

Honda as a manufacturer had an awful lot of Engineers over from Japan working in the Brackley base in the UK but Braun was [ __ ] he just had the vision of what they wanted to do a young engineer found a double diffuser loophole he explored it with them then mean and the story

Kind of goes on and so there have been times where Handa have brought in someone and let him run wild and free okay and I don’t and I see where Honda Moto GP is so fair on its [ __ ] knees right now right it needs someone like

That to come in and say three years you need to have us back winning and gig is that sort of person do you know what I mean yeah gig would be able to look at he’d have enough engineering background to have a look at the bike and say this is your problem

LS in five minutes you know I mean obviously but right right right right right you be able to get to the root cause of the problem in my view um but the problem is it’s only Honda have the money to buy yes no else right I think that’s why that’s why

Dominic Al specifically mentioned Honda I mean because it is only hand out would have Yamaha don’t have it and I don’t think they have the will to either you know what I mean right me they’ be paying Superstar rider for an engineer yeah that’s that’s Superstar money

Writer money for for an engineer which I don’t know whether they they would do or not but surely there’s like there’s the people like barcelone going in I don’t I think he’s getting a nice salary um from Yamaha but definitely wouldn’t be commanding the S salary that uh GG

Would be pulling but I just think it’s really interesting really weird that Dominic Al would come out and uh speak like that about about Gigi yeah just think there let me believe there’s something else going on the high arches of uh Jass and we don’t know where the

Hell we don’t know what the future holds for these rules maybe he knows rules we don’t I’m sure bu this but I’m sure that Honda came into dorna and said don’t you ever let us get behind aall again you better keep everybody on on on

The short leash we pay you a ton of money you keep everybody on a freaking short no I think I I think you’re going after on a conspiracy route there H H Honda Honda and look like pit bu call Honda out straight away out publicly like and it’s like know stop paying Jo

Stop investing in your Rider’s salary than in your than in your bike right and it’s B basically it’s got into a a world now of where um I believe the rider could always make the extra difference on the bike yeah that is slowly slowly moving out of the the

Realm now and you can see that in the fact that Mark yes while he is flying as the only hand Rider up there consistent L he still doesn’t have he still can’t bridge that basic bike function that the other the other bikes have like if you look at

Prilia this year for me they’ve they’ve probably been the biggest disappointment yeah yeah you know and they’re very close but Marquez on prilia yeah he would definitely make a difference Marquez on a KTM yeah would definitely give the ducatti a run for money Marquez on ducatti yes it mean the

Base level of I think he win the title on both I think he would on three of them yeah I think he would on the pr of the KTM and I don’t think though he would have it as easy as he would have it and I think he’ll win the championship

Easier on the jatti the thing and that’s what I what I mean is that like Kate or Honda and Y have both been just asleep at the wheel they’re not going to go into dor and say don’t let anyone get steal a marchus because they’ve just been outd developed

That’s all that’s all it is is that I’m not saying or not but I’m saying it’s a it’s a combination of the two theyve come on sitting on their the Japanese period after the collapse they’ve been sitting our hands even production bikes what have they done but that but that’s

It like look like Handa last a valuable test trater in Danny pedrol in 2017 ear the end of 2017 or 2018 or whatever it was right they have not made any any progress since he left realistically yes Mark won the championship but again we call it Mark

Won the championship not the Honda the Honda was a [ __ ] pig it second place rer was [ __ ] way down the ranks what I mean that was AER one W not but the problem now happens to be it’s not Marx’s Fitness anymore and it definitely wasn’t Mark’s Fitness towards

The end of the season definitely wasn’t his Fitness right the the writer just can’t make up what he used to make up between the manufacturers of the bikes there the Gap is too big now and you know look I I it’s it’s a dangerous place to be in like the

Formula 1 was in here years ago where the difference between the front and the back was at one stage was like 4 seconds in a car I know it’s a car right it’s it’s but in Formula One the driver can’t make as much difference as as they can

On a bike that’s been his case for a decade at least yeah yeah but you know I just I always worry about these things coming in that it’s just going to bridge the gap or make the Gap even even more more unless Honda and that’s why I’ve

Said that Yamaha and Honda are under the gun so much this year and next year they have two I think it’s two years the concessions are in or yeah it’s looked at at the end of this year but let’s just say for instance though um like if they don’t improve if the Gap

Stays the same what do you do hinder them more can’t sure you can’t dexs come out and say they don’t have that the European factories have uh rev limitations no they can’t do that just like they did no no and again Jake please the msma have to agree it right

They’re not going to turn around and agree no no no no no that’s not no second now in World Super bikes there’s no MSA agreement okay I’m saying they’ve been folding like a an old ragat jat are not going to go They’re not going to turn around and say yeah

Hit us with more they’re not they’re not gonna ask for but huh at that point they might they might draw a pair but you know that’s that yeah yeah no they’re not they’re not going to turn around the agreement was that they look at reducing the concessions from year one to year

Two right so realistically y and Handa have one year to close the gap which I don’t think they’re they going to they’re going to be able to do it um Joe if I’m very honest I think they’re probably four or five years behind keep they make competitive again

I don’t think so but actually by the time that happens to the new regs will be in yeah like realistically sure them new RS are are hindering to the nth degree so you make a you make terrible for you’d make a terrible uh a bribe I wouldn’t have you working for me to

Bribe a a a politician let me tell you you’re too nice when you bribe somebody make sure they stay they stay bribe they do what you tell them yeah but look for me I’m just like no interest in taking a bribe I’ll just beat the [ __ ] out of you yeah but that’s

How what end up doing if if if I’m I’m building a building and I want stuff done and I bribe somebody and that happens all the time done it before he better stay bribed he better not do whatever I tell him to that’s the name of the

Loses sleep over it or would lose sleep over it like he doesn’t he wouldn’t lose sleep of upsetting jat KTM or oril so look I I think you know as as the series grows Moto GP in my view probably it’s maybe two or three years from being sold off

Uh that’s just that’s just my view I think you know it will market cap of it will rise he’ll bail out and a company will come in and and and take it over um and then it will and it won’t you know um you know like look look at a like I I

Suppose for example if a new team wanted to come in just say now a new manufacturer right wanted to come in he would open the door and say yeah man away right whereas in the land of commercial rights holders and and this that and the other like an

Entry would have to be approved by the the fim and then commercial agreements would have to be worked out with the commercial stakeholder verifi then by the team Jo mean it just adds a whole layer of complexity to things so for example just ask Mario andreti or Michael andreti who

Wants to bring andreti Formula 1 in and he’s getting pushed back right left and [ __ ] center from it yeah so look it it is good in the way that it would be some sort of uh regulated but I don’t think he’s going anywhere for another

Two or three years um but then I think some stuff will come in um track side racing this still really doesn’t sit well with me and there’s something really going on there that I don’t know there there’s just some do you ever have a feeling in your bones that there’s something there’s

Something [ __ ] shady going on yeah and this whole thing for me is Shady know what I mean it’s like why because they came in too fast yeah it’s it’s just like one sec now to get a whole financial structure together to do Moto GP right you have to

You have to submit books so mean show that you’re funded due diligence has to be done right that doesn’t take a week in any [ __ ] D Ro especially with the fact now that let’s just say to run a satellite team a year is 18 or 20

Million right you need to show that you have that that’s no problems money is there blah blah right I don’t think it’s a case of just showing them a revolute bank account saying just 20 million in it we’re going to use that bank account for it Jo me I don’t think it’s that

Simple right and if you look back at it it was about Sunday and Monday Sunday night Monday morning crypto data was booted out ailia already had a test team there to run R Fernandez okay which is a little bit weird in M now it could have been that

That he would he that they were there for savadori but let’s let’s and salvadori just went over into the Riders garage um and then what a week later this whole thing was announced now for me what’s where I get that it stinks right is that dorna came out and they

Said look we got rid of thing we’re on the lookout for a new team right that was their statement we were on the lookout for a new team within a week they found a new team but they already but when they were saying that they that

They were looking for the new team the new team will use the ailia bikes you know you what I mean it’s like so we don’t know the team but we have their bikes they’re ready go and you’re like should that not be the team decide what [ __ ] bikes that they

Run yeah you know uh dorna is not the most uh open company in the world no I just think I just think that it’s um above board I would not describe as above board no it so no it’s just it just tells me that I I just have the conspiracy theory

That the crypto data or ANF thing was orchestrated a couple of months ago by do it right in the way because I had an on good Rarity that uh rnf were in financial trouble right rasan didn’t have the money crypto data was late play paying its bills so for me what I believe

Realistically believe is that uh ailia was actually funding the bikes yeah we’ve read that before no I actually got that out of the padic it was never actually fully publicized uh so I got that from a person in the p and with that then the

Um and so that’s where I believe but I just don’t understand why they just couldn’t turn around and say hey this is the reason why Jo I mean we were working with a backup team that were already in players had the funding so but what what even bugs me now even more

Those right they got that team in place within a week so they say I still think that it’s it’s actually been majority funded by dooran for I don’t think track house racing are actually funding I think they’re just there as a promotional side of things rather than running a

Team you just think they’re a face yeah they’re and it’s the ailia and DNA that are keeping that team going until such time because realistically DNA have to crack the USA if they want to get the money out of it they have to crack the USA

So I think this was orchestrated and the reason it happened so fast and it was confirmed that it would be preate bikes is all this is that basically they’ just brought track house in as as a face or as a an American face yeah to start cracking to generate American interests

And then to do the launch with the Nikki Hayden uh kind of tribute bike and whatever not have been uh you know Americans love seeing the the the the Red White and Blue on a bike are on anything actually to be honest uh you know what I mean nothing

Say flag but we used to be all American Riders and that didn’t seem to do them too well well that’s the other side of the coin like I know a lot of people when when it was launched were like oh wish it was an American writer there’s not one American writer that’s a

Standard of Moto GP not there not what look at what look Ben Spees he was quite good never a killer though was but there was a you had Kenny Roberts Freddy Spencer Kenny you know and it wasn’t did did went over like a lead balloon you didn’t have wasn’t very

Popular here yeah yep and that’s but then saying that look I think that was that was a different era when when races were on at 2 o’clock in the afternoon or whatever do Jo I mean 8 o’clock in the morning weren’t televised do Jo I mean the sport wasn’t as

Going to happen not in the nature of the Beast though well it kind of is like you would I know you got a guy who’s good right and he’s a your fast rider he’s naturally gonna go up there and go balls in the wall it’s no no no know but what

What it’s kind of what he’s kind of saying is that don’t be judging him straight away Dr I mean give him time to learn which I don’t think I don’t think he’s wrong look I think all rookies need need a little bit of love you know and like I do I do

Believe dor should never have removed the rule that a rookie can’t go straight into a a modo GP Factory team you know I mean they removed it from Maz actually I believe yeah um and I I think he’s like he’s only he’s been the only successful one that’s done it you know

Um but I think I think Joe you should go into a satellite team I will be very very interested to see how uh Casta does go against fernanders and I think like I think I think that’s the thing that that KTM are most worried about is

That it like okay it should be expected that Fernandez has the edge over aasta at the start of the Season well yeah but aasta should be getting yeah but aasta should be by midpoint of the season starting to fight back do you know what I mean yeah

Um and if he’s not then that could seriously derail the hype train that is Pedro custa yeah you know so there there is a massive risk there the probably the actual safer option probably was to keep poos bag and put a c next to him but

I’ll be honest I think if they losing austo Fernandez would have impacted him a little bit a little bit more yeah it look it be interesting like if if he doesn’t if he doesn’t uh give him a one two like realistically he has to be getting the edge over him by midseason

Or else he’s he’ll be in a bit of trouble I would think I think I’ll take him right from the jump Trump Street I know he had a Spur at the end of the year but you know I never I never Bank on spur you know no he’s been more

Consistent no it’s it’s um you’re thinking of Gigi who had the Dig Antonio who had the spur the end of the season yeah he did he also he had a he had a austo was fairly consistent throughout the year to be fair to him he wasn’t like he wasn’t a top five writer

But he was who’s the the brat kid I me I’m getting the name wrong that’s rul Fernand he’s onil now interesting for him that um dside racing requested close to a a factory bikes for for 2024 now Miguel aler is actually getting a factory bike for 2024 yeah but rul is on

A 23 oh good yeah so he’ll have something to blame yeah this is why I’m not as fast as the others because I’m on the 23 yeah there on the 24 he always you know crotches yeah yeah look it’s look and I get it look that’s part of a a racing

Driver’s makeup isn’t it to have a yeah I would have won the race today but a blade of grass moved on lap two and that was my wrist up yeah yeah saying that I’m very I’m very Irish blade a grass move let’s go for a point yeah yeah know there always an excuse

And a reason to um but no look I think if I if I’m minest I think it’s um yeah with him he’s like he’s do to pull the race card again yeah they turn my bike down because you know they’re white white supremist or something no I never heard that one but

He’s yeah remember the yeah remember the race card he said oh they they they’re against me because I’m because they’re white I don’t want to be honest but look at the end of the day look he’s come out with such [ __ ] like he like he told

He did say that KTM had a conspiracy against him and all of this [ __ ] yeah and then ailia like I think I think ailia have been very very patient with him you know what I mean oh yeah you know but look saying that at the end

Of the end of this year [ __ ] it if he doesn’t perform on ailia no saying that ailia um [Applause] Umia in my view uh were were really disappointing this year and I wouldn’t be too happy about being on the 2023 bike do you know what I mean yeah if I I can’t not agree with him if he comes out and says something about the 2023 bike

Because look the B that bike was a disappointment um and then we have Marky Mark turning around and saying you know ER obviously look it’s going to be a tough time from leaving Honda because today is actually the first day ever that Mark MZ is no longer a Honda writer in 11
