For today’s run I decided to test out the @saucony Kinvara 13 running shoes 👟
Some quick shoe specs:
Weighs about 7 oz for men’s size 9
Stack height: 28mm heel, 24mm toe, 4mm heel drop
Pros and cons:
Pros ✅
Soft and responsive cushion
Tongue stays in place
No lace bites
Breathable upper
Lightweight
Low drop and lightweight natures of the shoe promotes natural running
Affordable price point
Cons 🚫
Outsole grip is pretty average
Lacks cushion for longer runs
Overall I was surprised with how lightweight the shoes were. Managed to run a 4.11 which makes this shoe the fastest shoe (not including spikes) I’ve tested out thus far 🏃♂️💨
Which basically ranks them as the 2nd fastest shoe.
