A lot of golf specific workouts are very different than normal workouts there’s so much rotation and mobility in golf so you’re training a lot of different muscles if I had to spend 30 minutes before playing around the golf just for fun on the range with no warm up

Physically at all or spend 30 minutes in the workout trailer or working out beforehand it’s 50/50 for me that’s how important is like say foam rolling and just warming up and doing my stretches and activation stuff is I feel so good when I come out of it and I go to go to

The range and about to warm up like I’m ready to go first is like it’s cold outside you just show up to the range for the first time you’re stiff and nowadays I can’t really imagine going to the first te without doing something at least warming up stretches stretches

Wise bad so that stuff just becomes second nature now
