In this video we play golf on the back nine at Hoakalei Country Club. This is what scratch looks like when the course rating is high.

Scratch golfers generally shoot the course rating and that’s often times over par. Slope doesn’t matter to a scratch golf golfer, slope is designed for the bogey golfer.

Hoakalei Country Club is located in Ewa Beach, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. It is 7413 yards from the black tees and has a course rating of 76.4 which makes it the second hardest course in Hawaii.
