I’m very sarcastic when referring to my co-worker, she’s trying to help! I just have mild OCD 😅
Welcome to the channel 👋 I’m not a Chef and the “real” in my name is because my original TikTok name “Chef Thomson” was unavailable here! I live in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
I enjoy cooking and am hoping to become a Chef within the next 3-7 years. I’ve worked in the industry since July 2021 and have worked in 3 separate kitchen positions. My first job was as a Kitchen Helper at a golf club. My second position was a Line Cook and Porter at a pub (this video). My most recent position is as a Short Order Cook at another golf club and now I cook at home.
If you enjoy cooking content, feel free to follow along on my journey as I learn and grow in the culinary industry. If you’d like to support the channel you can visit the “Food Order” link and donate to the page directly 👉 https://linktr.ee/chefthomson

My knife skills in this video are awful I had to cut up some chicken for a couple of greek wraps and oh my goodness this video is from the beginning of September almost 4 months ago I wasn’t going to show this in the video but I’m
Not here to put on some facade that I’m better at cooking than I actually am I want to show you where I’m actually at and be authentic I’m not even tucking my thumb in that would at least be a bit more safe I’m using a very small cutting
Board for a large amount of chicken bad idea I don’t have the knife up against my finger with a proper clo technique it’s just not great I’m heating this up on the flat top with a bit of oil me personally I like to add a splash of
Water and cover it I think introducing that water to steam is hopefully going to add a bit of moisture back into the chicken one of these has a side of sweet potato fries and the other is a side salad there’s only two things for me to
Make here not really a big job it’s not going to take too long and for some reason my cooworker decided that instead of washing dishes she wanted to give me a hand we’ve got lettuce spinach cucumbers tomato Red Onion black olive Greek dressing and feta cheese that was
Fast one of the customers did order it without black olives so you’ll probably notice that sometimes I don’t get enough sauce in the first Spoonful and so I have to go back for a second scoop thankfully it’s not really an issue when I’m only really working on two orders at
A time there’s my coworker with the chicken she wanted to do the other wrap I think that way there were still some dishes for me to do after I finish this order I always heat up the tortilla first because it stretches better there’s a lot of fillings here and it’s
Pretty difficult for me to eyeball the exact amount that’s going to fit only a bit of it fell out and we’ve got two wraps once the top and bottom have a nice golden color I’m going to take those off slice them in half with a serrated knife and I’m going to angle
These on the plate so that one of them is facing upwards I think it looks really nice it’s easier to eat when it’s cut in half and then facing it inwards ensures that none of the fillings fall off of the plate a little sandwich pick through the side here just in case I
Couldn’t carry both of these plates my coworker is going to give me hand and there we go a successful order of two chicken greek wraps

I'm very sarcastic when referring to my co-worker, she's trying to help! I just have mild OCD 😅
Love watching you prepare food it Is really rather satisfying don’t get me wrong I’m high af but I like your voice too good narration don’t beat yourself up about your fuckups who cares overall good work there guys gold stars all round
Lots of props to you for being honest. Another reason why I love your videos!
A greek burrito definitely sounds interesting.
steaming the chicken isnt a bad idea. personally Id forego the steaming and just get a nice coloration on the chicken. When your brown things, the caramelization creates a barrier that locks in moisture.
It's not about where you were, it's where you are.
Really enjoying your content, keep it up!
I've been watching your videos for a while now, and I really get the vibe that she (your coworker) annoys you
Can you make a pb&j the looooong way
