Hi everybody welcome back to the channel today we’re going to do a fun casual on course Vlog we’re going to play the front nine at L P that is a local course here in Quebec City on the Southshore and it is very nice it’s more like a

Link style course I’ve played it one time and really really enjoyed it they added a second 18 hole course to their facility so I’m very curious about that hopefully I can play it next year at some point we’re going to start out with the front nine here at Lite and and see

How well I can score I have not played in a while we are in the middle of our winter season here so we have no outdoor golf right now and the next best thing is the simulator so I’m set up on the hawk with a foresight product we really

Enjoy playing on this so since I haven’t played in a while we’re going to have to get readjusted to the short game if you know what I mean typically my short game is fairly good when I’m in season um I do quite enjoy short game but but it’s a

Little bit different when you get on the simulator because you H don’t really have that same in-person depth perception so we’ll see how good I can score today and since this is my first time playing I am going to allow myself one Mulligan I’ll pick it at some point

During this nine holes so let’s start this off we have a par 4 423 yards we’re playing from the back teas and it seems like it’s a pretty straight away so here we go okay so in the bunker on the first shot that’s fine we can get out of there

153 I need to get over that lip so we’re going to go nine iron because it has enough Loft and enough distance to get me good shot there all right awesome we are on in two putting is very tough for me on the simulators I have such a hard

Time like picturing how much I need so it’s obviously breaking a little bit off to the left seems like it’s a pretty flat putt we have 29 ft so let’s see sit right there I did give myself six foot gimmies that’s part of the uh software there so

You can pick how much you want for gimmies I think there’s a 3ot a 6ot and then a custom so I’m just doing Sixt gimmies par on that first hole next up another Par Four 431 yards and it’s a little dog leg to the left all right so we got bunkers down the

Right side we’ll start it a little bit for the left get it to draw back in there caught that really high on the face not a solid strike at all 182 go six iron oh over drying get down Sit okay we’re on the green very far away from the pin though oh my

Goodness that is wild okay 57t put great love that start for me I don’t even know how hard I’m supposed to hit that okay another 14t to go cool cool can we get a all right little bogey there that is to be expected okay par five 504 par five what’s it doing straight

Away nice easy nice easy Drive let’s go get me that roll all right 303 we’ve got 2011 left to the pin pins at the front I think I’ll go smooth four iron rather go with a smooth four iron than try to force a five so here we go oh

No that did not turn over the way I wanted it to all right little pitch 40 yards sit right there oo that was a good little one ah there we go awesome little birdie uh par 4 three 67 ooh this is a interesting one so big dog leg left with water on the

Left side can’t play any games with that water that was really well hit oh don’t go in those bunkers oh split the bunkers perfect okay little 307 drop 82 yards full 60 I think would be ideal pins at the back yeah so full 60 nice and smooth though don’t want to

Go after it with the wedge didn’t quite turn that over so I’m going to have to put it oh that’s a tricky one big break down to the right side seems like it’s pretty flat 31 feet yeah okay not bad getting more of the hang of it with these putts or three fun

163 pins at the front um I’ll go eight smooth eight would be good o caught that in the heel that is not going to turn over the way it should okay 30 yards another 60 just like on that last one there on that par five let’s

Kidding almost had that par actually another Par Four dog leg right 441 yards there’s a little bit more room down that right side let’s see if I can really be accurate with this drive I’m going to take them all again on this one because driver wasn’t the right

Choice I didn’t have enough Fairway and I knew that so we’re going to go little seven wood nothing crazy caught that pretty heavy but we are in play so 232 left that’s a lot I need like another seven wood dang it’s a tricky little Par Four because you got to get enough distance

Out to that corner but not too much distance and then you got a crap ton left into the green anyways okay so another seven wood turn over kick to the right come on kick to the right keep going yes yes yes all right oh

No that is a chip that I do not look forward to ah this is the hardest hole in the golf course and I see why this green is absolutely terrifying okay got to go way up to the left I think let it feed back down sit down please no stop okay

Okay let’s see if we can make a par can we make a par on this hole that would be sick 7 feet I just made a par on the hardest hole in the golf course no way okay we’re taking it that m was a good choice hole number seven par three

248 yards that is quite the long par three okay another seven wood we are really working on the seven wood today apparently okay pins at the back yeah seven Woods a good call here oh no caught that heavy is it gonna get up there probably not definitely not fivewood would have

Been way too much for this hole so I had to go seven wood I wasn’t assertive with that shot so that’s what I get 35 yards nice and smooth it’s a little uphill oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah good stop just sit right there oh Lord these putts are

Wild okay slightly downhill we’re 7 feet breaking off to the left just a little delicate one right I barely touched that I literally barely touch that putt this is why putting on the simulator makes me really frustrated cuz like come on and then it does that like are you

Kidding me now I’m going to double that hole I was doing so good H doubles On a par three is literally the worst thing ever let’s reset shall we all right got driver in the hand back in my happy place with this club Par Four 42 water down the left side

Little dog leg left I remember playing this hole in person it’s very pretty so we’re just going to go down that right side nice and smooth caught that really high on the face sit ah okay why are you spinning off the green that’s so rude long putt coming up 39 fet

Good good good okay get back down that Hill Go hole number nine last hole part five let’s go I love part fives comment down below what your favorite type of hole is is it a part three part four or part five and why I love part fives because even if you make a mistake you can catch up and

Still put together a birdie or a par on par 3s if you mess up you have very little chance of making par at least from my experience so part 3es are my least favorite part fives are my favorite so literally like that didn’t hit a good drive didn’t stay with my

Shot but we can still recover there’s no lip coming out of that bunker we’re gonna hit a little seven wood get that puppy up there nice and smooth though oh hit that soap here get do not go in that bunker please okay good 31 yards see if we can land this nice and

Close make birdie that’s got to bite hard that almost went in the hole yes close enough for the Gimme okay so I finished that plus two that’s not too bad for first nine holes uh really happy with that actually definitely went too hard on a couple of shots and you

Definitely pay for that on the golf course course and that’s kind of the balance that I have to find between long drive and playing on the course so the second you put a little bit too much effort or Force into your swing your whole kinetic chain gets discombobulated and you don’t get the

Results that you’re typically used to so that was a lot of fun I really enjoy L hopefully next year I can get out and see their second 18 hole course I love the link style courses here at our club it’s all tree line and it’s very tricky

Because the tree lines are very thick it’s a very old course so if you’re in the trees you have a very very hard time catching up and being able to put together a good score and it definitely works your accuracy which is a good thing but it’s

Nice to switch it up and have more link style course where even if you hit it off the Fairway you’re not stuck in the trees having to punch out you still have a full shot that you can look forward to that was today’s video I hope you guys
