Today I’m going to be taking my distance to the next Level let’s go this is Martin borm the former World Long Drive champion and he’s going to be helping me increase my speed and unlock my Max distances do you want it or not or what yes like what what what’s going on oh my gosh so what you doing you’re

Just warming up with a couple irons exactly we’ve got the forite out here today and we’re going to be hitting some six irons well I mean again I started off with wedges I’ve already hit a couple wedges going to warm up with iron I’m going to let my body loose today um

Obviously I know how to produce speed but I just want you to see if there’s anything that I could kind of expand upon in my body that allows me to gain a little bit more distance is your six iron still your longest iron in the bag

No five iron got five iron okay let’s get some baseline numbers let’s do it that’s what you need all the time you need the numbers because without the numbers you don’t really know where you’re at because you can’t really feel speed and Bryson probably hitting that six iron you probably already have a

Good feel for how fast you are going to be today yeah I mean that’s like my 10th swing of the day pretty much 146 on the first swing that’s not too bad for me this is tough right because Bryson is so good at golf and you got to

200 I can do 205 is going to be push 189 right there was already 189 already what we see I mean we didn’t change anything yet like technique wise but what we usually see is the more balls we hit the more we unleash right the more the CNS fires and you get

And this right here was 330 when I was at 183 mph ball speed because this was at 2400 spin 500 RPMs down in Back Spin so less Back Spin means the ball’s going to go farther I could have 11 more miles hour in speed hit the same exact

Now is he needs to find something to break that barrier and usually ball count is a big thing so the more balls he’s hitting he’s going to hit that second wind at some point and then boom 204 break through it getting close 204 right there 204 again you’re getting there I’m

Warming up with his 6 iron …., which is 22 degrees so only a degree weaker than my 3 iron 😂😂.. apparently he hits his 236 if the Google image pic of his lofts and yardages are accurate … but that begs the question why ? .. like I hit my 3 iron probably about 220 so how am I only 16 yards shorter than him with a 21-22 degree club but yet he hits his 8 iron At 30 degrees 210 , and his 7 iron which is 25 degrees 230 … just seems like really bad gapping for someone who’s normally so meticulous with how they set up their clubs

  15. Drive with the lower body and swing and extend after impact. Speed is created after impact, by delaying the release of right hand at impact. Pre-set lower body laterally and rotationally, with hands pressed away from target and start backswing by pushing right heel into ground and shift left ankle towards target, to start forwardswing. Effortless power!!
