Hello? This is OK teacher in ‘Scott Lee’s Golf Academy’, and ‘OKSWING GOLF ACADEMY’. Everyone, today is the fourth lesson. It seems to have been a while since I started OKSWING 2, but this is the fourth lesson already. Last time I explained what OKSWING is and setup.

You say, “You mean this to OKSWING!” I guess you thought that. Today, we will be doing OKSWING 2, a backswing lesson based on that concept. I’m not just doing backswing lessons, I’m showing you the impact and the whole swing.

Next time I’m going to take a downswing lesson and mention the whole swing again. Then I believe that the shape of the swing will take shape without you knowing it. And when I actually do offline lessons in the studio, I do it the same way.

When I’m conducting a backswing lesson for OKSWING 2, there are people confused with OKSWING 1. Totally, they have different personality. I’m going to clearly explain what you’re confused about and make mistakes. Let me explain the backswing of OKSWING 2. Please listen to the backswing lesson that you are most worried about.

Let’s get started right now! OKSWING 1 is done by right hand thoroughly. OKSWING 2 uses the left hand. And since the ball starts after hitting the club, it is a swing like ‘first love’. And it is the ‘front swing’. Left axis swing. And OKSWING 1 is a very fateful swing.

If you just lift the club and hit the ball, you have to accept that the ball is flying. OKSWING 2 is a swing where you creatively direct the ball to fly while pretending to do back swing. This is the big difference between OK1 and OK2.

Being able to control and play creatively may require more practice. The fact that control is good also means that it may or may not be controllable. That’s why you should listen to the back swing lesson carefully, the beginning of swing.

OKSWING1 is a right-handed pulling swing. Looking at the flow of the swing, it turns to the right. My shoulders are this wide and my right hand needs to move this much. But should the left hand on the left shoulder move far?

When doing OK 1, just pull your right hand in. When doing OK 2, your left hand must go farther to the right and back. When running, it feels like the players running in 1st lane and 8th lane. In OKSWING1, the ball’s position is inside the right foot.

Since you hit the ball centered on the left, move it to the center by one size of the ball. But you must remember that the ball is still about half the size of one in the middle. I’ve told you several times in the setup. I addressed it. Club Face Square, hand-forward press.

The important point is that the right hand swing (OKSWING 1) is a swing made by the right hand being flipped, bent, flipped and bent. The right arm has the freedom to fold and unfold.

However, the left hand and left arm must reach the right side, but when folded, they cannot reach the right side. So, anyway, the left hand must be spread out and reach the right side to act. Some may be relatively uncomfortable and some may be unfavorable.

However, once you send the back swing to the right, the circle of the swing increases. That is why the OKSWING 2 is a swing that can make the swing large and gracefully swing like a swan. The right-hand swing is specialized for the movement of the wrist to flip and bend.

When I swing back, my right hand is folded like holding the plate. This means you can bow if your right wrist is flipped. However, if you look at your left hand, it is not the shape of the hand holding the plate, but it is bent over your thumb.

When the left wrist is bent upward, it can be lowered. Bending your left wrist up also means you can lower it like hammering. I told you that OK2 is a thorough swing from the left.

Then some people used to force that then why the swing starts from right side not only in the left side. You need to do a little backswing to make a leap distance.

However, even if I made a big backswing, it is OK2 to think that the swing starts from the moment I hit the ball. When back swinging, the right hand hinging, but the left hand cocking.

It’s okay to think of the cocking as the shaft passes through your shoulder line or goes down a bit. And the left wrist is cocking up and down, and if you lay it down a little, it is cocking low.

Even if you lay your wrist down, it will cocking and even if you stand up the wrist, it will cocking too. Even if you lay down your wrist, it will be the same cocking as the up and down movement. I’m going to swing back.

You don’t need to deliberately pull the OK2’s backswing inward. Because the right hand’s backswing can be pulled back straight, but the left hand has to come to the right. So you don’t have to force yourself inside. You can think of the feeling inside.

You can think of it as being pulled out to the immediate rear area, or you can think of it being pulled inward. You can bend your wrists in the immediate back area, or you can bend them back upward. The action of bending the left wrist back is the same.

You don’t have to bend your wrists hard, you just feel like you bend a little. When learning OK 2, it’s better for you to feel softer than to be stiff or strong. When I do a backswing, I express it as ‘I’ll give you the line’ or ‘bend’.

I give a line to you with my left hand and take it back. I cock my left wrist while swinging back. In OKSWING 1, the ball will fly when you say ‘Flip-hit’. I can explain it simply. In OK2, I need to explain downswing.

OK1 is a swing caused by twisting and loosening of the body. With OK2, the ball flies with the force that I voluntarily rotate the body while stepping on my left foot. With my will, the ball flies with the force of pulling the line while ‘out of my way!’.

So, in OK2, the meaning of backswing is not great. It is only to secure a leap distance with the back swing. I’m not hitting the ball with the power of the backswing. The ball hits into the club in a way that the left hand is pulled while turning.

My body is still, but my left arm is not coming down to hit the ball. look. ‘I’ll give you the line.’ or ‘Bend’ Then the downswing starts there. Downswing is movement by the left axis of the body. ‘Leave it!’ A little nervous body movement

It is made by the movement of the body that is turned by the left axis. So I give the back swing by cocking the left wrist. Then, when you pull the string, it exerts tremendous destructive power. So backswing is much more important than OK 2 in OK 1, you know!

So with this concept, you can practice OK2. I showed you the swing because people who watch the general video can’t swing if they know the concept. The membership video will continue. In the membership video, we explain in detail how to apply for each club. Important content is broadcast.

Please look forward to it, and if you are a member, please keep watching the video. I will end the general video here. If you are curious about membership registration, there is a link to membership registration below. Please sign up for more information.

So far, I have been the OK teacher at Scott Lee’s Golf Academy and OKSWING Golf Academy. Thank you! Members, today’s really interesting content is coming out. OK2 said something like ‘bend-stamp to the target’ in the past, but I decided to release what I actually did during the lesson.

Here is a concept that is too easy. This is the concept of a body turn swing. Not just body turns. There is also a role of the hand. Once you send the backswing, the club is just dragged by the movement of the body while stepping on the left foot. Now, look.

I’ll do at it gently. The ball doesn’t sit completely inside, but it comes into the middle of a one ball size. Backswing is just pretending to send to the right. And Your body is just turning like this. There is something important at this time, and I was waiting to explain in membership.

If you can’t move your lower body during a body turn, you can’t make a strong power by just turning your legs! You think from the shoulder to the whole toe is one line. There is an opening door like this. I think the door is going back powerfully.

At this point, don’t think about how to drag your hand down. When you do OK2, depending on the movement of your hand, the fate of the pitch in the back swing is determined to some extent. So I’m going to send a backswing, and I’m going to hit the ball gently. like this

When I explained OK2 in the past, I explained that I dragged it by hand. Actually, if you do your back swing and then turn your body to the left, the club must be pulled.

The players that swing like this are Jon Rahm and Tony Finau. The power of the lower body is very good. The stepping on the left foot is also good. The back swing is a lifting a little. Now, look. It doesn’t matter if you do a lot or a little back swing.

If you go, you’re just turning. It’s just your body turning to the left. Then the club is forced to be dragged. However, if the hook occurs, the club face is bent when backswing. Also, if the club face is square, it will fly straight, and if it is open, it will fade.

So in OK2, I have to explain the back swing and the down swing. I’ll try it with a driver this time. In OK1, the ball is in the middle. In OK2, one ball goes to the left. Because it hits with the left axis.

So I put the club face upright and said, ‘how do I swing back?’ Don’t worry. I pretend to send a backswing, I give the line, and cock my wrist. Your body is just turning like this. Then I can see that the ball is hit and not hit by the hand.

In this pattern, I have to push it a little more to the right and hit it high. I thought it was spinning now. again I’m swinging back. I will take a shot of this pattern and the ball will be lined up by the trajectory. It’s this type of swing.

I didn’t hit hard, but it flew 230 meters. again Sending a backswing a little The important thing here is not to bounce the stroke pelvis. I feel like I’m taking it overall softly. I give a line with my left hand and pull it with the pelvis.

The swing was made to the left while pulling the string. So it looks like a pro swing when doing OK2. The finish is stable and balanced. again The ball is slightly left in the middle, and I give it a stick. It is dragged by the body like this, and dragged by the body.

When you practice this, talk to me like this. “You said, it’s a fateful swing, when do you control it? You said you can control it!” When the flow of using this great power is mastered, the hands play a little trick.

Here, there is an action that allows you to hit the ball while backswinging, then narrowing and unfolding with your body. But not yet. If you give a string, you must practice swinging that is pulled by the movement of the whole body. This is very important. I’ll try with the fairway wood.

At OK1, the driver’s ball position is in the middle and came to the left as much as one ball. There is a difference of one ball size, so when hitting with the fairway wood, put the ball in the middle. And you have to push it with your left hand.

Give it with your left hand. The pelvis rotates. When you start the pelvis, your body rotates as a whole. But that’s not just the pelvis bouncing, but the whole body is turning.

Center the ball, give the line while swinging back, and turn your entire body to the left while stepping on your left foot. It means that the swing of the body must be made while turning with the left foot stepping on. again

So the best thing is, as I said, the real start of the swing is from the moment the ball hits. The swing can start from here, but it is OK2 to drag the ball from the moment it hits. see

I pretended to give a line, but I have no idea of hitting from behind. From the moment the ball hits, it becomes a way of saying, “Just solve it.” When you look from the front, do you feel that the ball is flying because I rotate my body?

So when it comes to these movements, there’s a conversation can be made about dragging the club down and legging. But OK1 hits the ball right away without having time to drag and drop the club. So the half swing is the swing you must do.

If you were having fun by swinging right, come over to the left, and then gradually cross the border. Then OK2 can use OK1, so you can make the back swing bigger.

I usually do OK1, but I can increase the power by trying to make the swing larger by hitting the ball through the rotation of the body. Evolution of that part becomes possible. I will tell a similar story each time as the lesson progresses. again

You can swing by giving and pulling the string with your left hand. Shall we hit it with a 5 iron today? I give the line and pull it. You give it a line, then you pull it, or you cock it, or you lift it and you shoot it.

The ball hitting the wood, the ball was in the middle, so move it to the right one size of the ball. Ball position is the same as iron 7. Hand forward press, then square face

You send a string with your left hand, and your body makes it a swing with this feeling that you have no choice but to follow. So, if you turn your body as fast as it bounces, it’s difficult to match the timing, so you think you’re doing softly.

Then the ‘softly’ becomes faster and faster. And here, while pretending to give a line with your left hand, your body is bringing the line together. Give a line. Pull the line The body turned like this and the club just came together, so the ball hit and flew! It feels like this.

So how do I feel like I’m less responsible? I think so. Shall we hit it with a 9 iron? Short iron same here The ball’s position is not completely right, it’s one ball size to the left from the right. Give a line. Pull the line This is the play.

If you turn your body, the ball flies. OK2 needs to think that the body and hands go together after a back swing. It’s similar to OK 3, but it’s completely different. It’s not that you send the strings and bring the poles separately, but they are connected together.

It shouldn’t be connected with an elongated line, but it should be hit with the feeling that it’s moving together because it’s connected by a hard line. However, when you do OK2, you get stuck and I get back ground hitting or topping the ball.

Because these people swing back and their bodies and hands move separately. In that case, you can’t hit exactly. So you have to think that you always go with your body as if your hands are connected. Give the line with your left hand and the line isn’t loosen or shorten.

That’s why the left axial torso turns as the pelvis pulls. Please keep in mind that you can play very consistently by playing with the feeling that your body and hands are one. Back swing doesn’t mean much in OK2. Just pretend to do a backswing. Why?

It’s just a moving action to make a leap distance. However, the bigger the movement, the more it means cocking. I told you to bend in the membership video. Don’t worry too much about the conceptual part that came out in the general video, but give a line and stop. freeze Integral Turn together

So it comes together! It is important to remember that it is OK2 to come together without being separated. Because in OK3, the concept of separation appeared. So, in the case of OK2, if you give a string, the swing should be made by the restrained action, not the body and hand move seperately.

You must keep in mind, okay? Next time, OK2, I will explain the downswing in the fifth lesson. Similar content will continue to be explained in detail, so you can follow along. You know! So far, I have been the OK teacher at Scott Lee’s Golf Academy and OKSWING Golf Academy. Thank you!
