Let’s do some Wall Roll Squats (great for the golf swing)

Strong legs help support a great golf swing and help to generate lots of power for more distance.

I don’t want a narrow stance for the setup, and I want a wider one. And flare those feet so it opens up your hips so you can go deeper with your squat.

Place the MORE PARS Training Ball behind your back, and all you’re going do is roll down the wall, add a little pause at the bottom and come back up.

An essential key for your neck is to look downward towards the ground, not up, because that’ll put a crink in your neck.

Another vital key: getting your bottom below your knees will activate more leg muscles. But if you can only roll down a little bit on the wall, that’s cool. We want to maintain good form.

Some things to watch out for:
– Make sure your knees do not collapse in.
– Keep them tracking over your toes.
– So you’ll feel like you press your knees out on the way down and out on the way up.
