The in the top row of the auction so uh you know are you still feeling that way is this is this one of the best auctions you’ve seen I think that we you we’ve been doing this for a long time maybe the first year that we did it we saw all
Sorts of crazy things crazy numbers of cards but I like how you said it this idea of pound-for-pound amazing stuff top to bottom 100 items 100 really strong or close to 100 really strong items and then you know that I love the 90s inserts and from the 90s
Inserts perspective Jeremy it might be the best um we don’t have Jordan PMG red we don’t have a Jordan Upper Deck Jersey Auto outside of those two cards man we have pretty much everything that you that you want as far as the ultra Elite high-ends type of cards I mean there’s
You you’d like to have this or that that we don’t have but it’s about as good as it gets for for 90s so yeah I’m I’m hyped for it we do have a we do have a Kobe PMG red that that’s an absolute Beauty but listen let’s let’s jump into
This because we have a lot of cards to get through so here we go across the top row you have three of the key Michael Jordan gr 90s cards and there are like you know there are there’s the pmgs and the PMG green but this is a PMG right
Here the metal Universe Championship out of 50 with the with the skyline in the background the scope pattern bgs 9 pop seven one Higher in P in in bgs holders sitting at 150 Grand already that’s 180 with the buyer premium this is an amazing card we’ve seen a couple of
These lately though so there’s going to be some some comp uh data out there for people who are looking to make this card theirs we’ve got a 98 Skybox Premium star rubies out also out of 50 Adam and this is a PSA 8 one of the most beautiful cards ever produced and then
Finally across the top row and this is you know these essential credentials have been my favorite cards for for quite some time as far as 90s inserts goes but when you put it in a row with these three it’s hard to say that this is any nicer than this or that and then
This one is numbered out of 72 while these two are out of 50 which I think I think that gives the nod a little bit to the cards that are out of 50 and the price tells the story 150 15080 right now but these essential credentials are
Diecut cardboard on on foil card diecut card cardboard on foil and on colored acetate these are technology cards are absolutely beautiful they were they were groundbreaking when they came out in the 90s and to me this is such a such an amazing piece and uh it’s a pop five one
Graded higher again it’s a PSA eight $8,000 now I know that these cards are all in your wheelhouse Adam I believe you own a copy of this one right here these two have you do you own either of these two have you ever owned either of these two the closest that I’ve gotten
Is I used to own I used to own an uncut sheet with that Jordan on it which I don’t own anymore but I’ve always said Jeremy same as you I’ve always said You know despite the fact that I own the the metal Universe Championship um I’ve always said the ex entral credentials
Future is the nicest looking parallel and and I again I I do have I have the sheet and I have a single from this set there’s something about the pink and the purple the combination you said it really well the combination of cardboard and plastic it’s a technology C card
It’s one of the most intricate cards ever made but I think you’re you’re spot on Jeremy the fact that it’s the fact that there aren’t that there are more of this card than there are the other two lead me to feel the same way as you do
Where it’s probably third out of the three but that’s no knock on it I mean it’s it’s one of the nicest Jordan cards it’s one of the nicest Jordan cards in the world the only thing that I would point out that you didn’t because I just
Think you did a great job is that if you look at the subheading for each of these you find something really interesting for the PMG champ there’s only one that’s graded higher than this bgs 995 for the rubies there’s only three that are graded higher right so this is this
Is like the next grade down there’s three that are nines and then there then there’s then there’s this eight and then for the credentials there’s only one graded higher than that so we’re talking about three Elite Jordans it not the very top of the population but right
Below that and some of us including maybe you and me don’t care a whole lot about that but some people really do they don’t want to just own the best card they want to own the best card in close to the s in close to the best um
Condition and and so that’s why I think this this auction really is like it’s one of the nicest 90s auctions we’ve ever seen it’s really important uh that people understand though that these populations don’t tell the whole story because you know while Adam says this bgs 9 is a pop seven1 graded higher
There are going to be some in PSA holders and in this cards there are going to be ones in bgs holders so you need to if you really want to get the complete picture of the population of these cards you need to do your research and look at the other Grading Company
Population reports as well let’s keep on rolling we have what is an absolutely stunning 84 star Michael Jordan number 101 rookie card bgs 9 very strong grade for the card you know off center a bit the way you want it sitting at $80,000 we have a Connor MC David 2015 cup
Rookie patch Auto gold numbered out of 12 on-card Auto nice three-color patch this is in the uh MBA authentic uh top top loader it’s not graded but it is authenticated by MBA and then we have a Steph Curry National Treasures RPA sitting at $65,000 bjs9 with a pretty
Nice patch right there looks like about five breaks lots of lots of stitching a really really nice card right there as well Adam anything you’d like to say about the curry or the Michael Jordan can I say something about the McDavid oh or the actually I forgot we
Were gonna talk about the McDavid talk about the McDavid so it’s it’s unusual that we would get to this point and I would be jumping to the hockey card let’s just call that what it is but um but the fact that that this this isn’t a
Card that I think we’ve ever covered and um you version we’ve maybe seen some out of 99 which is a great card too but this this card is um for those for those people who don’t know hockey um and that would include me by the way I know I
Don’t know hockey but the the copy the best um product out of hockey year after year is called the cup and the cup is based after or is similar the cup the cup is hockey’s version of Exquisite so let me just jump in quick the cup was modeled after Exquisite when Carvin
Chung designed Exquisite and then he was going to do a similar product for hockey this was going to be call it could have been called Exquisite but they decided to call it something different there was a he’s explained the reason why I don’t remember the exact details I think the
NHL wanted something unique perhaps and they went with the Cup being that is what every player in team strives to win and that’s what every collector and hobbyist should strive to own and so it is called the cup and is that this is the gold parallel version out of 12 to
The silver 99 which is the true RPA but Adam I think you were really interested in why is this not graded that was sort of a well before I get there just before I get there so you’ve got the cup and you’ve got Exquisite they’re different
Names but they have some of the same inserts and some of the same points that are really important I think to cover here and so you said you you glossed over it real quick by saying there are 12 of these this is the RPA that’s gold
To 12 like that’s a huge deal the the fact that the Le Braun out of 23 sells for several multiples out of compared to the one out of 99 you can apply that same like that same logic here but Jeremy 12 to 23 is a huge deal and
That’s why we never see a card like this when a player’s jersey number is really low like this and they’re the biggest player in the game it’s like the highest parallel of their rookie card of their best rookie card except for like the the like in basketball B the logo man one of
One so that’s why we don’t see a card like this very often that’s why it’s a 84 Grand right now and yeah I’m I’m really excited I’m really excited to see a big Co hockey card like this up but you bring up the condition I just need
To clarify something so the the the the true rookies are out of 99 and the cup used to model themselves after Exquisite in the earlier years where the gold parallel was out of the players jersey number I don’t know what year it might have been this year 2015 where they just
Made all the gold parallels out of 12 he actually wears number 97 thank you so this is actually a standardized format set that they have now and all the rookies this year gold parallels were out of 12 but that said let’s just touch on the fact that and the other thing
Adam is that in hockey it’s a bit different the these don’t sell for as much as the ones out of 99 the hockey collectors for now and this could change this could flip in time but for now the one out of 99 will sell for more than
The one out of 12 Believe It or Not logically you wonder why is it because the one the silver one has the RC designation attached to it but the but the one out the gold one is more of a rookie year to me I’ll tell you to me
This is as good of a rookie card as this as the one out of 99 for me as a collector so it’s a bit different in hockey for whatever reason and maybe eventually uh hockey the hockey Community will will flip and say you know what we don’t care
That it doesn’t have the RC designation you know according to say the old Becket rules but it is rarer it’s almost like eight times as rare it is eight times as rare shouldn’t that be a sell for a premium I don’t know if or when we’ll
Get there so let me let me ask you this then is there is would it be would it actually be worth more than this if it was out of the 99 it would suff for High than this number I believe so I believe so okay my my and thank you for for
Teaching me because yeah I was way off I in in basketball that’s how it always was but um I can I can see right on his sleeve that’s not his jersey number and i’ I’ve shown myself off as not as a hockey guy so I’m humbled thanks for
Teaching me yeah okay and then the last point on this card is that it’s a big card that isn’t graded but it is authenticated and do you have any thoughts on like Adam do you have any I don’t have anything to add to that except that on this card we can drill in
And maybe it’s maybe we should actually do this we should drill into it because it is not hold on one second it is not graded yet the MBA authentication system does offer a bit of a heat map to show where the issues would be and I looked at this earlier
Adam so you can see on the front of the card it’s showing some some wear let’s say on the top left corner the bottom left the bottom right and on the back on the top left and the bottom right now I did go into this card and look at it and
I didn’t see anything that really bothered me too much I I think they’re just you know being very conservative and cautious because when I said I went into this card and looked at it if we go to the front of the card I’m not even seeing a image here that is going to
Look where is oh here this one right here of course so if we just kind of Zoom zoom in on here you’re going to see you’re going to see okay A little bit of white right there you know but it’s not that bad was we scroll
Down to the two bottom corners you know you can’t really tell on the white border what’s going on in terms of anywhere it’s much easier to see up here on the top left that there’s a a little bit of white but that’s pretty minor in
My opinion if we look at the the back back of the card where it showed this it showed up on the top left corner which again I’m not seeing anything too offensive over there and the bottom right you know not seeing anything offensive there so I don’t know why this
Card isn’t graded only the consigner would probably know at this point but in any event great card and uh it’s it’s G to make somebody quite happy tonight next row we have another Michael Jordan star 101 rookie card from 19 1984 this is a PSA 8 at
$55,000 we have a brock pie National Treasures NFL logo patch one of one at $44,000 he’s having a MVP type season right now and a black label bgs1 pristine LeBron James 03 chrome refractor um that’s a pretty pretty big card as far as grading scarcity goes
It’s not the rarest of cards but it’s still it it’s a rare card to find in a bgs Black Label holder pop four and in this case you can’t say well how many PSA Black Label PSA doesn’t have a block label PSA actually you know Becket has
Two grade points that are kind of higher than PSA 10s in the pristine 10 and the pristine 10 Black Label So Adam anything you’d like to speak to as far as um thoughts on the LeBron or or or the MJ or the py yeah we take a lot we take a
Lot of um we say a lot about how we should buy the card not the grade talk about that a lot in the hobby right but a lot of people they they see that grade you know you show this card to somebody who doesn’t know cards super well
They’re going to look at that they’re going to say what does this 10 mean and I think if you were to describe that to anybody whether in the hobby or out of the hobby they would you know they would go oh wow this is one of the four best
In the whole world of this card that’s super popular and so it may not be how I collect but I would tell you Jeremy I’ve seen a lot of people both in the Hobby and Out who who who love the highest of all grades and the fact that there’s
Only four I think is really cool and I mean that’s that’s LeBron james’ second most important card right there it’s a huge card all right we have a Patrick Mahomes NTR RPA National Treasures RPA bgs 9.5 from 2017 we have a wonderful Walter pton PSA 10 rookie card from 76
Tops it’s a card that you know if you’re you’re seriously looking to purchase a card like this tonight you need to obviously be logged into the pwcc marketplace you need to go into this card and give it a really nice inspection make sure that it’s the copy
For you $40,000 right now and then finally a really nice Sydney Crosby 2005 the cup rookie patch Auto on-card Auto game us memorabilia piece nice three color $36,000 and the one thing I’ll point out is that we were talking about the regular rookie and then the gold parallel what they’re numbered to in
Sydney Crosby’s case the silver here is out of 99 and his gold is out of 87 so the 87 certainly doesn’t sell for as much as The Silver does even though you’d think well it’s still there’s still 12 fewer maybe it should but think about if the if the if the McDavid
Doesn’t then at 12 copies this one certainly doesn’t but boy oh boy what a beautiful card what a great card he is having an outstanding season he’s having one of the best seasons in hockey history for a player 36 years old or over I think it’s a top four on Pace for
A top four ever season like that so this is a great card and um yeah I’m really curious to to see what this one ends up going for Adam any comments my I’ve got a question for you it’s our first would you rather of the night would you rather
If you got to just pick one or the other for your collection this or the McDavid oh the Crosby hands down for me hands it’s not even a question listen I do I do respect that the McDavid is out of 12 while the rest of the hobby doesn’t
Respect that I respect it but Sydney Crosby is he’s he’s greatness McDavid is McDavid is great on an individual level Crosby is great on an individual on a body of work for his career and a team level he’s he’s gonna go down as an all-time great in the line of Gordy how
Bobby or Wayne Gretzky Mario Lemieux Sydney Crosby I think I think Conor McDavid could get there if he wins a couple of cups in the next five or six or seven years but if he doesn’t win Cups he’s just gonna be remembered as a guy who couldn’t lead his team to the
Glory to to to all to the championship do do you think then do you think that this will catch up or is it just that the market that you disagree with the market I think I think that this will catch up okay once Conor you know once
Conor McDavid is in his Twilight years once he is in his 18th 19th year and he is no longer producing although Sydney Crosby is proving that you can still do that in your 18th year So Co yeah cool I love it it’s a great it’s a great card
We have a a a Ronaldo Mega cracks rookie PSA 10 that’s a big card at $36,000 we’ve got an Eddie plank sweet caparo t206 this is an sgc1 and it’s it’s got a big chunk of of uh of surface loss right here so be aware of that I I don’t know
How you couldn’t be aware of that but be aware of that and this is one of the most important t26 cards from the whole set and then right smack in the middle here we’ve got a dual Auto from 03 Upper Deck Legends throwback Michael Jordan LeBron James numbered out of 25 bgs 9.5
The autographs are a 10 and Adam I’m gonna throw this over to you if you could please explain is this an important dual Auto of I mean listen it’s LeBron’s rookie year that’s right is there anything on top of that that makes it important I would say that’s the most
Important part the only other thing that I would add is LeBron has different forms of his autograph this is one of the better ones by far very cool yeah I think it’s a and are these on card or those sticker autographs they’re on card yeah wonderful absolutely wonderful really
Cool I I love that it’s a LeBron rookie as well to me that’s uh that’s huge and I mean you know we are we often you talk about who’s the who’s the goat in basketball it often comes down to Jordan or LeBron and and it Kobe Bryant’s kind of
Smacked dab in the middle right he kind of came into the league in between these two guys he’s not I I bring it up he’s also in the discussion at times maybe not for the alltime goat but he kind of isn’t like the way I just went through
The the lineage of hockey greatness I think you got you’ve got you know Jordan and those that came before him like like the Bill Russell the will chamberlains the Magic Johnson’s you’ve got Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant uh and LeBron James and this is I think this I think that
Kobe doesn’t really hit that level that these two guys do and that makes this probably the best two players to have on a du AO in all of in all of modern times maybe in all of modern sport for that matter definitely depends on who you collect
Um but the fact that it’s from LeBron’s rookie year really matters the autographs are big cover a huge portion of the card and they’re early enough that or for LeBron it’s early enough before his his autograph started to shorten and become something a lot less
Cool I honestly when I look at that I think the two big things are rookie and autograph quality yeah yeah they’re both a 10 Michael hathway says Adam are the different forms of LeBron autographs consistent across all cards in a given product or are there examples where he
Signs differently on copy 21 versus 17 for example within a set there’s different that’s a great question there’s definitely and I don’t I don’t know all the details here but what I would say that I have seen is that like there’s different autograph quality within it within a specific run the
Great the great example that is ultimate collection ultimate collection out of 250 there’s some that look pretty good and there are some that are really really short it’s kind of I’ve always thought it’s kind of a shame that the ultimate collection being the best look looking of the rookie cards has one of
The worst looking autographs I wish that his ultimate collections were signed like that this is not quite what his Exquisite looks like looks like but it’s pretty darn close you might even say you might even say that it’s on on par with the Exquisite honestly I think this is a
Beautiful autograph th those are like very very nice for sure and halfway for the question all right let’s keep on rolling here we have a SG C3 52 tops mickeey mantle obviously it’s offc centered but look at the color the registration let’s just open this one up
Just for a a second here uh pretty good color a little bit of fading in this in in this kind of top left quadrant towards the bottom but otherwise looks really nice for a three it’s got top right corner definitely has a ding but it is great at a three so you’re gonna
Expect that Tom Brady’s SP authentic rookie card numbered out of 1250 in a PSA 10 at $32,000 right now and finally a card that I know Adam you will have a few things to say about is the 2002 finest gold refractor LeBron James rookie numbered one to 25 it’s a PSA 7
And if you are paying attention you may ask yourself wait a second I thought LeBron’s rookies were from 2003 and Jeremy you just said 2002 Adam can you please tell the story of this card that just got a bid up to $32,000 right now I
Do want to and I want to take a lot of time on it but before I forget can we just go up to the Eddie plank real quick so the Eddie plank I just want to mention this real fast because I think it’s really important it’s it’s the
Second rarest card in the set next to the Honus Wagner it sells for a fraction of it Jeremy it’s been seven years since pwc’s sold a copy of this card and you know with the with the amount of volume that comes through pwcc it’s there’s not
A lot of cards that you can say that about that’s how rare it is to see one of these at auction it’s I think there’s like about twice as many or like 80% more than there are of the of the Wagner somebody should check the population report while we’re while we’re talking
About it but I don’t want to just gloss over that because that’s actually a huge deal yeah the second rarest from the Tito that that is unbelievable and that’s why a card that has a chunk of surface missing right above his head in in low grade like this is still selling
At 32,000 and you have to think Adam that we’re going to see more action on that but we will see we are now four minutes away from all access extended bidding so anyone can bid in extended you just have to log in be registered

Tonight um the card is one that I literally have been trying to buy from the owner since at least 2018 but maybe 2017 I my my emails aren’t saved back far enough to see whether it was 2017 or 2018 the gentleman who owns this and is selling it tonight listed it or not
Listed it but showed it off on the blowout forums back um back then and as soon as I saw it I just about lost my mind and I I’ve already told Jeremy some of the story so he’s probably bored of it but for those of you who who who
Haven’t heard not Jeremy um the reason why I love this card is really simple it’s the very first high-end LeBron James card so it was produced um as a redemption in 2002 finest basketball and in that Redemption that was before you could like scratch off a code and and go
Online it was back when you had to actually physically mail the Redemption in what’s really cool cool Jeremy about this Redemption was that it was actually serial numbered on the back one of 25 so you would get the card you usually get a Redemption it’s like oh what serial
Number is this I would have no idea until the card comes to me but in this case the person who got it out of the pack saw number one of 25 and then before it it expired you know a few months after they opened the pack they
Sent it into tops tops sent it back to them and that’s why it’s a 2002 finest card now the thing that I love about it Beyond it being number one of 25 because people are like oh cool it’s the number one card whatever whatever whatever it’s the first copy of
The first big-time LeBron James card so it’s the very first copy of the very first one and if you scroll in on the card you see him putting his number one finger in the air because he was the number one overall pick in the draft and
Now here we are 21 years later and Jeremy he’s the number one all-time leading scorer in the history of the NBA it’s it’s just got like I know some people like really dive into the numerology stuff so much the story here is not hard it’s the very
First of the very first of the very first of the very first and it’s great with that awesome terrible white suit and the gold up above it’s just it’s a perfect card I love that it’s a seven because it gives me a chance at it if it
Was you know a nine or something like I would have no chance at it but we’ll see what happens with it tonight I’m definitely still in the market for at this point so all right well we’ll see what happens good luck good luck to you

It’s an absolutely stunning card it’s got exceptional eye appeal uh in accordance with pwcc putting in the top 15% of the population at 32,000 and this card look I got to open it up really quick because it looks absolutely beautiful corners and edges look just
Amazing I don’t know why it’s only a six I just don’t know why we’d have to look at the back I’ll let everybody in the audience do that for themselves but what a great looking copy unbelievable and then we’ve got a 97 metal Universe precious metal gems Kobe Bryant authentic altered sitting at
$229,500 and um Adam anything you like like why is this card at 20 despite the altered stat state of the card as determined by PSA why does this card in Altered conditions still command 30$ 35,000 35 to 40 let’s say well if it wasn’t altered it would
Be a lot more and so if you want to copy this puts it more into not normal people but more like a mainstream it makes it possible for some people to get it that they wouldn’t they who wouldn’t be able to get it otherwise if this was graded
Even like a a five or a six it’s just so much more money I mean it’s it’s m it’s like it’s like two to three times this amount all right we have a Jordan sticker rookie PSA 10 above average eye appeal a a PSA 8 Hank Aaron 54 Topps
Rookie and this one I’m just gonna open it up because I’m just noticing that it is off center left to right as you can see but that color is popping the registration is bang on the edges and the corners are they look really nice well I want to zoom in on the bottom
Right here a bit of an edge issue right down here on the bottom right and I think it does come down to the corner but the bottom left is great the left Edge it’s rough but it’s beautiful top corners are great top edge with that orange border is it’s like it’s perfect

It’s so much nicer like that Hall of foil I’ve seen I’ve seen this card in hand several times it it doesn’t just kind of add to the card it makes it like a whole new card to me it’s beautiful I still wish the autograph wasn’t as

Card we have right here a 2017 National Treasures Jason Jason Tatum RPA out of 99 bgs 9.5 decent two-color patch lots of nice mesh at least in the white and another Pokemon card 2000 the movie first appearance foil of Lugia or Lugia I’m not sure how they pronounce it pop
Three none graded higher this is an interesting card the 96 Skybox zforce big men on court zp PSA 10 there is a another version of this card the non zp which the colors of the background are much brighter you can see them better but this is kind of like a foil type
Version and it’s it’s much rarer and it’s a PSA 10 it’s a population 8 a pop eight 90s Michael Jordan insert parallel parallel to an insert which is like my favorite kind of card Adam is the parallel of an insert and this is a really really special card
Here uh PSA 10 pop eight 28,500 my mcdavid’s getting action I don’t know if you’re noticing that but I sure am we’ve got and then over here a beautiful game used Michael Jordan uh 2003 first year Exquisite Noble name plates numbered one of 25 we know Adam
Likes one of 25s we know that already tonight and it’s a bgs 8.5 at 32k um Adam want to give a few minut a few seconds here to speak about either of these cards or both the pop eight that you pointed out it’s a huge deal the only thing that I’ll point
Out is that it’s from 96 97 is the year where things went crazy as far as Rarity goes you could make the case I think I think honestly you could make the case that for inserts I’m not talking about parallels here but for insert cards this is the this is the nicest Jordan
Parallel from 96 or before there’s also a cut above I’d probably take that just above this but I don’t know if the PSA 10 pop is on that I think it’s significantly higher than eight fact this is as low as that is sort of gives it that like explosive potential I have
No idea what it’ll do but if it was me and I get to choose between that or the noble name plates taking the noble name plates 100 times out of 100 because again that’s 2003 that’s a great patch um it’s it’s one of the it’s probably

Quick yeah look at that the centering is unbelievable for the issue the color is nice and bold corners and edges look good maybe there’s something on the back that’s a gorgeous copy you guys that is an absolutely gorgeous copy of the card and a second year grety seconder Gretzky
PSA 10 I don’t know the population but it’s low uh this is a nice card the center it’s it’s not it’s not the centering is off this is this is I would call this weak centering for a 10 you and the way it’s even got some counterclockwise tilt going on but it’s
In that elusive PSA 10 holder and I want to point out how I measure the great you can obviously look at the borders and decide for yourself but I look at the angle between the corner up here see this corner here of the card and this
Corner here of the the green frame this angle between those two corners and I compare to the angle here look how steep this angle is here versus this angle is here that’s how I assess the centering on any card that’s structured like this in design and specifically the 1980 tops
And OPI hockey cards you can’t do it at the bottom because there’s no bottom corner to the green frame here it’s it’s hidden or covered or just non-existent because of the other design element here being the puck but there you have that card there I’m going to keep going atam
All right do it oh there’s the this is the card that I currently have on Consignment I course who 32 I didn’t know that was that big a card that’s a big that’s big it’s a big well we’ll talk about it right now it’s a 2015 Fleer showcase PMG blue precious metal
Gems blue Conor McDavid obviously but it’s the only PSA 10 it’s out of 50 there’s 50 copies produced it’s the only PSA 10 so and it’s also a color match which I think adds a nice because you’ve got the you’ve got the green out of 10
Which is exists as well you got the red out of 100 100 and then you got the color match blue right in the middle out of 50 Blues typically don’t sell for as much as well they never sell for as much as greens and they often sell closer for
What a red sells for in hockey hockey has Blues I don’t know if any other sport really does so but in this case it’s got that color match going for it and it’s a pop one I’ve owned this card for about just under five years I think
And I’m happy to see it uh get some nice respect tonight I I thought it would and um that I’m I’ll miss it but you got to let some good cardss go every so often we also have a 2000 playoff contenders number gold Tom Brady rookie Auto out of
60 at 185 uh Brady’s got some kind of kind of like discreet sort of uh autograph rookie cards that you that you don’t if you don’t like if you only know about his his SP authentic and his Bowman Chrome the contenders you don’t know about some of these but look at
This this is a beautiful looking card right here here psaa 185 and then we got a Mahomes contenders ticket auto rookie right here at 155 Adam any comments on any of these well your your McDavid is a beautiful card and I’m glad to see it doing well and hopefully it you know
Hopefully the thing that this is what we always talk about you and I might not be PSA 10 collectors but some people really are and and every once in a while you’ll have a situation like this where there’s a really key card that there’s one of
And in those moments you’ve got two guys and and sometimes more than two guys and you just you don’t know what what’s going to happen and we’re kind of in that situation maybe with this card maybe we’re not I don’t know maybe this is less than you thought it was gonna go
For I’m not sure but but the the Brady let’s talk about before you go on I just want to say that there are some very serious McDavid collectors out there who want the best of the best and this is you know the best of the best would be
If this was green let’s face it that would be the best of the best but outside of you know the cup RPA and the BL what’s that it’s the best blue it’s the best blue and it’s it’s yeah it’s the best color match PMG that you can
Get for Conor McDavid so I love card I’m I’m gonna I’m Gonna Miss This card if somebody’s putting together the whole rainbow and they want the best of each one this is the best one and that I think that’s all you have to say about
It but the the thing that I wanted to say um about the the Brady is that you know there aren’t that he has a couple of autographs for sure there’s this there’s the Crown Royale like that you sort of get lost in those I love this one because this is a duel
The other you can see on the slab there it says mark buer this is actually the back of the card that we’re looking at which is kind of funny because it’s the front of the slab but you can see the number on there that RN like that that’s
Round number right like that’s why the numberers on the card is because you’re looking at the back of it the front of the card I think if I remember right the front of the card’s like shinier and it’s Mark Boulder who was supposed to be the better of the two players like the
Story that exists in that and the fact that it’s from contenders it’s rarer than the championship te ticket by almost 50% like that it’s easy to talk yourself into this card um for a lot of different reasons but because we don’t talk about it a lot and because people
Don’t know know about it it sort of gets lost but I don’t I don’t think it should and no I think it’s a great card it’s a it’s a it’s a cool it’s a very cool card no no doubt about it uh the professor says why do you think the PSA 10 second
Year grb ski card has a 10x multiple on the PSA 9 and that that simply comes down to uh well condition and and the the gem rate of the T of the the of the of the card versus the mint rate so you see that that’s standard across many
Many issue and I will say if you go to the if you look at the rookie card for Gretzky the PSA 10 Gretzky has like a 30 times multiple on the PSA 9 because of what I just said it’s a pop two go ahead Adam it’s also a really important
Registry card you know everybody who’s putting together the Gretzky run or different types of hockey runs within the PSA registry again neither Jeremy nor I are registry guys but there are a lot of them out there and that drives a lot and so one thing that I always say
Is when you get a 10 like this that you might look at and say hey that might be a little bit of a week or 10 it’s still a 10 it’s still a 10 and it still goes in your registry as a 10 and to some guys that’s the thing that matters most
And that’s what you what you’re collecting that’s great we have five minutes left everybody in this first level of all access extended bidding so as we’re scrolling you’ll see these you’ll see the clock tick down in green that means that we’re going to be going to the next window we’re gonna continue
On we got a Paul Moler Allan traml PSA 1078 Topps rookie card 17,500 I think you got are they both I think they’re both Hall of Famers so this is important an important set registry card we got a we got a Pokemon here and we got a PSA 6 1951 Bowman
Willie Mays I got to open this up because this is one of my favorite cards in in sports cards and take a look centering is really nice it’s not perfect obviously it’s a little bit to the left it’s a little bit low but it does not have any of those what I find
To be offensive print lines that come down through over here and sometimes right through here in this area it also the name plate you’ll often see a fisheye or multiple fishe eyes in the name plate you’re seeing one little guy right here that’s pretty good actually
That’s not so bad so this is a decent decent looking copy bit of surface wereare I think in the bottom here but overall I don’t disagree with the grade on this card I think six is appropriate or corners and edges all look to be in
The in what you expect out of a six I really like the copy yeah it’s going to make someone very and look how clear and color like the the color of his of his whole profile the face the arms the hands the bat the color is really really
Strong I love I love the copy keep it on go a Diamond Card Collector did say that the he said awesome Brady card but that copy has a rough Auto I’ll actually I’ll actually say that you know what that’s the way almost all Brady Autos are when
He signs in Black they all look like that on the contenders as well but not to say that it’s a perfect Auto that’s for sure Joe pero says uh your Bowman maze looks fairly close Jay Lee from the first bre I do have a Bowman maze mine’s
A four and I think it looks very nice for what it is thank you Joe all right guys continuing on 2017 TOS Chrome UEFA Champions League Killian mbappe gold rookie out of 50 bgs1 pop two sitting at $16,500 big soccer card right there everybody and then we have a a huge
Wrestling card this is the 1982 Allstars Hulk Hogan bgs 9.5 pop 10 none higher uh this is this is a very important important card in the in the world of wrestling and um I’ve never owned one I I wish I I wish I did Hulk Hogan’s kind
Of the guy that I was the you know wrest when I was watching wrestling in the 80s it was it was Hulk Hogan uh for me and you know Macho Man Randy Savage and that era that was my era and then we got a 51 Bowman Mickey mantel rookie card his one
And only true rookie card just like this Willie ma is his one and only true rookie card not to diminish the importance of the 52 tops cards of both of them they are more iconic but these are beautiful in their own right this is a PSA 5 Mickey Mantle sitting at $15,000
Let’s take a quick look at it so right away I noticed the registration is off and what I’m talking about for if you want to hone in on it every buddy is first of all above his ball cap you can see this the magenta plate coming above the ball cap there
And look at the bat the bat is not in focus on both top the top and the bottom of it so that that’s something that I noticed right away but outside of that you know centering is within a five of course but it is off center it’s high
It’s to the right but the corners and edges look really nice for a five not spectacular but very respectable for for a five surface looks really clean but the print There’s issues with the print in terms of the registration so keep that in mind registration very important
Uh in my personal opinion and when I am collecting we have a 20 8 precious metal gems Michael Jordan PMG green numbered out of 10 one of 10 it’s a bgs n now this is from 2008 it comes out 11 years after the original pmgs it’s it’s got a
Weird kind of look to it he’s got this yellow glow around him uh you know looks a little third third uh third encount Close Encounters of the Third Kind type of look to me not my favorite pose of him but it still has that PMG brand
Equity going for it Adam uh and it’s sitting at a fraction it’s at 145 if this was the original this would be at over $2 million probably why are these so affordable compared to their older counterparts the only thing that they have going for them that’s similar to
The original is the name the structure of the colors and the numbering uh they only made 50 this year but the first 10 are green and so if you looked at the back you would see that the cards serial numbered out of 50 the first 10 are green this was after Upper Deck
Purchased uh Fleer or acquired Fleer post bankruptcy uh their their assets and so upper deck was able to create something that was as close as they could do at that time the card does not reflect or refract the way that you would like it to but here’s what it is
It’s one of the two NBA licensed PMG green Michael Jordan cards and you said it exactly right the other one if it was up today would be the biggest Story of the Year for sports cards for basketball cards at least um it would be several million dollars and so this is not that
Is not playing days it’s all the other things that I already said but for somebody like me who will never be able to get the green the the 97 green it’s kind of cool to be able to say that there’s you know there’s only other there’s only 10 other ones and I know
This is a card that sold for six figures before so seeing where it is today it’s like makes you sort of go ah maybe that is something I want to go after we are one minute away no we are now into the five minute Windows of extended bidding we have
Reached the second level we will have six levels of five minutes each for a total of 30 minutes and that’s that’s the weekly you’re talking about the weekly right now what oh is there an hour worth of five minute levels here um it’s it’s just that it sort of resets every time

The of the name Banner here which is very small compared to the top and I would I if I was assessing the centering on this card which Becket has given a nine I would be comparing the gap between the shortest point which is right here versus right here now I don’t
Know maybe this is the way they’re supposed to be I prefer if the image was placed higher on the cardboard canvas to to to give a the the effect of better top to bottom centering right to left is also off it’s not perfect um but the
Centering at a nine top side to side maybe fits top to bottom I don’t know what they were going for with this card but vintage Card Collector maybe does and maybe has examples where it’s better centered so you know take that into consideration if you’re a buyer on that
Card all right uh we have a a Luca white Sparkle Luca white Sparkle prism PSA 10 pop 13 rookie card really cool looking card and we also have a uh this is the Justin Herbert Immaculate rookie Shield NFL shield uh one of one bgs 95 sitting right now at 21,000 $500 and vintage
Does say you need to see a bigger gap on the bottom under the curve it’s key on this set and I’ve looked at tons of these so I think we can probably take his word uh as gospel in that case all right Adam I noticed today that you put
Up a reel about the 1985 Topps Tiffany Mark Maguire this is a PSA 10 it’s at 12,500 but I’m GNA come back to it in a moment because I want to address the SGC 4.5 1933 gouty Bay Ruth an iconic card if there ever was one this def defines
Iconic cards in my opinion and this is at $13,500 and then we have a Mike Trout Bowman Chrome draft prospect blue refractors Auto at 15,000 it’s out of 150 it’s it’s a bgs 95 with a 10 Auto really nice card there you have that Adam please speak to uh what were the
Highlights of your reel on this card today well I I got to dive into the history a little bit which was fun for me I remember I remember my first memory of uh Tiffany cards was on shop at home when they would jump on there and they
Would say oh tops Tiffany is so rare and at that point I don’t know that the word Tiffany had really like had like really solidified in the hobby these cards came out of sets that were called collector’s edition sets there’s nothing on the box that says Tiffany and on the inside you
Got cards that looked identical to the regular base tops cards except for they had a little bit of extra gloss on the front that you can feel easier than you can see and then the back you can really tell from the back um that’s not as true on traded cards
Like we’ll see the Barry Bonds here in a little bit that’s not as true um the back is sort of um less woodlike less grainy um on traded sets than they were um in the you know in the regular set but the the thing that the thing that’s
Just really the selling point is here is like it’s almost like a parallel Jeremy because Mark McGuire’s 855 Olympic Card is one of the most recognizable po like 80s and after baseball cards in existence right it’s a card that everybody knows and even if you like even if you’ve been in the
Hobby for five years 10 years whatever you know the card but the card is also the fourth most graded baseball card of all time um 60,000 plus copies of the card have been graded I mean it’s just it it’s it’s out there you can buy a
Seven for 12 bucks this one though the Tiffany is is not easy to find there’s about 1,800 of them and in a PSA 10 there’s just 35 so like we talked about with your McDavid earlier some people just want to own the key cards in the
Key grades and on a card like this it’ll move maybe once or twice a year at this point and so you know if you’re one of those people who needs the card either because you’re a Maguire collector because you want to own the best one or you’ve got it in the registry or

Some cards for the set too so I think Kobe’s got like half a dozen cards where he signed and like cards that weren’t originally supposed to be signed but this card this Steph was signed back when all of the other steps were signed right back in 2009 and then it was held
Without a serial number you can see that big ugly sorry pardon me but it’s true the big ugly five out of five that’s on there that’s not usually on the card it’s usually a serial number on the back and I think the other thing that you’ll
Find if you look at this and I I I can’t guarantee this but I think that there’s a chance that on the card they’ve also stamped it Panini replay I know that they did that with um it’s not not with color but with an emboss kind of have to
You’d have to have it in person to see it I know they did that on the Kobe autographs that they had him signed specifically for it but regardless some people want to refer to this as a buyback it’s not a buyback it’s not like it was ever one of the original 99 it

So I did a reel for this card several months ago and it was not this copy it was a higher graded copy and the thing that was really astounding to me was when I compared the pop reports because this is number to 50 and the gold refractor is number to 50 there’s about
Half as many of these in the population as there are the golds and I I have to think that part of that part of it’s probably that the gold some of the golds have been graded and regraded right but a big part of it I think is that this
Card when it first came out of packs wasn’t a big deal it wasn’t like this is the sort of card that I would have imagined selling at my local card shop for5 to10 I’m not joking like it wasn’t a big deal at all and so I think some of
Them have been discarded thrown away like thrown in boxes but the last one of these that sold did a huge number Jeremy did like 62 Grand or 65 Grand or something it was a higher grade than this but I mean you see the appeal it’s

Look Edmonton is laid down beautifully the black is very nice Oilers is really nice too but you notice little little issue right there but it’s on the same plane which I love to see face looks okay A little bit of blur in the face we’ll see in a moment here how the oil
Drop is positioned off to the right and that is causing this Shadow down the down the side of the legs here as well side edge the side edges are great like they’re wonderful they’re it’s rough on the left but that’s typical as we as we know bottom Edge is really nice bottom
Left corner though uh I don’t know that something about that looks a little funky to me I’m not sure how funky but a little bit I love that the black lines are perfectly aligned with the blue and the white there’s no gaps in between the blue and the black the thin black lines
And if you’ve seen me talk about Gretzky you know that that does bother me and it’s present on many copies uh centering top to bottom looks really good I think it might be a little bit low if I’m comparing this this border here to the bottom here maybe not that might be that
Might be bang on it’s I’m not or is there a slight slight slight tilt maybe clockwise a little bit I think this border is a little bit narrower then down here so it’s got the pwcc uh e exceptional top 15% I don’t agree with that in this case oh what
Happened here I I don’t think it’s worthy of the E I think this copy is maybe worthy of the a in my personal opinion but I don’t do that for a living as as they do so take that for what it’s worth and a Pokemon card I love saying

That’s across baseball basketball and football but the print runs between the three are really different football is the rarest so between the Nows and the Futures in baseball it adds up to 101 in basketball it’s 81 and in football it’s just 61 so to find the Manning is

That and the best thing that the consigner of this card could have done would have been well I shouldn’t say that because we don’t know where the economy is going we think it’s getting better right now but the best thing that they could have done in hindsight is
Hold that card for six months and then list it for sale don’t list it back to back is kind of my thought and then you you feel the same way and we’ve learned that if you’ve been observing this market for the past three years you should know that by now you should know
That you want to be the first one to Market with a rare card take that chance and see how you do uh because the second person isn’t going to do as well you are so you are so wise about this um and and I think all three of the big Jordans

They’ll have one for sale and then the the credentials we’ve seen a couple of those too and so whenever you have these moments again if you’re the buyer you you can’t just think like the seller you got to think like the buyer too in this
