All right everyone what’s going on uh last minute decision out here today at aloman golf club The Golf Club at Alman Park actually uh came check it out it’s a beautiful day see what the conditions are like uh under colder weather uh we did have a little rain so hopefully
That’s that’s helped haven’t been out here in a while so uh let’s go have some Fun [Applause] All right so uh after nine holes uh coures in in good shape considering the winter conditions they did not oversee the green so they’re dormant which means there’s not a lot of grass on them they are rolling very fast as a um result of the grass has nothing to
Grab onto or the ball has no grass to grab onto that also being said higher shots are coming in soft so you’re not really getting a bounce out of them you just you’re still getting some bounce with like you know a mid iron but uh wedges they’re they’re pretty much hitting and
Stopping digging into the ground but uh so far so good I did notice some areas on the front line they’re redoing the bunkers putting some sand in there so that’s good to see but uh let’s go check out the back and have some more Fun [Applause] So all right everybody so we’re done here at ottoman uh Golf Club at ottoman course is actually in pretty good shape considering the uh winter conditions like I said greens are dormant which means the grass is just not growing there’s really no root system so the
Ball can kind of sit down it’s almost like playing on dirt they’re very quick but they’re rolling good uh my only complaint would be the golfers ahead of us not fixing ball marks dragging their feet little Spike marks than that the the greens are good they did do a lot of
Renovations on some of the bunkers uh on the golf course so that they’re fluffier they’re not hard packed down they actually have some rakes out there things are looking up here um the only thing you know there’s got to be a better way to stop people you know Walkers that are cutting
Through the golf course we did end up on one hole where uh you know some golf uh non-golfers gotten away cuz they couldn’t find the path that cut their golf course not a big deal but there’s got to be a better way to make sure that
They’re not harms way so but other than that ottoman’s really good right now I forget what the price was around 40 bucks not bad either this time of year uh so but yeah come on check it Out
