When you think Innova leopard you’re probably thinking a DX leopard and I am too right a very flippy disc most beginners are going to have it you’ve probably thrown it at some point maybe when you first started but anyways we’ve got a eostar leopard today and I’m excited cuz

I’ve never thrown one of these and at first glance you’re probably thinking it’s just a star leopard F2 nothing special on the underside it’s kind of hard to see but we’ve got that old tooling here we got the ranch tooling we got the cow tooling here and in the

Center which is a little bit faded we’ve got like a e and then Leo and we’ve got 158 so this is a lighter disc um it’s in great shape but it’s got some ink so instead of just selling it right way I’m going to throw it first and I’ve thrown

A champion leopard before and it was surprisingly stable so I’m curious if this is going to be kind of in the middle is it going to fight out of a throw I’m going to throw it on a turnover line to start and uh we’ll throw a couple shots with

It and we’ll see what [Applause] happens okay that was actually a pretty good first throw that thing was holding the whole time and I’m like oh no I cooked it too much I didn’t really throw it very hard probably like 60 70% power but it was turning over quite a bit

But at the very end it was fighting out it actually had like a tiny little skip uh it almost like skipped in place it seemed like but I was actually pretty pleased with that flight also considering that I don’t typically throw solder with lighter discs I I feel like

I it’s harder for me to control them backhand I feel like I can kind of air them out way left and let them turn over on their own you know throw it a little bit more nose up sidearm is kind of like I’m throwing it hard without even

Thinking about it but I got to say that was a pretty good first flight let’s go ahead and throw a backhand with it and uh maybe we’ll give it a little bit more juice this is actually kind of shaping up to be a pretty nice disc I might have to keep it for

Myself honestly that was a really good throw for our backhand Fairway driver and this is only 158 G like maybe leopard is actually lowkey the best Fairway out there it’s like the DX leopard is a hard no it’s like we’ve thrown that a million times you know

It’s super flippy even brand new ones aren’t very stable but 158 G typically when I hear eostar it could mean one or two things either it’s going to be a slightly more understable version of that disc or honestly in most cases that I’ve experienced this happens to be one

Of them it’s a more overstable version of a star plastic of that same disc all right guys that was the eostar leopard honestly it’s a hard recommend for me if you guys have tried this disc comment down below let me know how you like it anyways guys leave a like if you enjoyed

Subscribe if you’re new and I’ll see you guys in the next one

  1. I started with a 147g DX Leopard. Loved it so much I quickly replaced it with a 147g Pro Leopard. But even as a novice disc golfer these were flipping too much for me over time. I was recommended a 175g Star Leopard on r/discgolf and immediately it became my favorite and most thrown driver. Even as a rec-level disc golfer it's still in my cart 4 years later, and it's my turnover driver, still.
