Facilities we’ve got a phenomenal Golf Course here and we’re going to be meeting up with Jerry Barker and hopefully having a look at one of the show homes or one of the homes that’s currently being built uh on bellam Molina as well it’s absolutely stunning just driving in phenomenal views I can’t

Believe it is like rustic Italy Spain something amazing like that it’s absolutely gorgeous beautiful almost feels like we’re not even in Orlando Florida anymore it’s so nice got these lovely soft Rolling Hills beautiful so we’re going to get ourselves off to the clubhouse meet up with Jerry have some

Have a bit of lunch yes Bella Kina it’s a very fascinating story and we’ll well I’ll try and go through bits and pieces it with you today and then you can you can show everybody Bella Kina this is our Courtyard and the whole concept of Bella Kina when it was originally uh

Built was um to be tuskin so the idea was you’re going to build Tuscany here in Florida and you’ll see when we we drive around it’s got two kind of main sections to it’s got um the golf side it’s a Nick feldo signature golf course that’s where we are uh we’re right off

The 15th green and uh on the lake side there’s h two uh one big lake and then one really big Big Lake where all the big homes are these are these are the small homes over in this site these are class the small yeah these are the small

Homes come on inside I’m going to say how gorgeous hello hello this is Sky the Border colie oh she’s gorgeous oh you’re In Heaven There Laura you’re going to be sorted hello that’s beautiful that’s our girl she’s a CO dog and got uh sky for the yeah that’s you

We’re talking about you the little ear go H oh wow beautiful yep you definitely see the uh tusy style in here we did uh we we we’re actually in the process of of probably getting it painted and it’s going to lighten it up this is the original colors in it we’re probably

Going to go a little bit lighter which will’ll brighten up even more but um we’re not going to paint this in here cuz this is um this is actually a groin vault and a Venetian plaster which was something that we wanted to try and do

From the Tuscan field so um when we got to the clubhouse you’ll see there a lot of these designed elements um that we took from the clubhouse and we put in our house to try to try and have that kind of Tusk and feel the wood and the

Enls and the and the stone Etc this is one of my favorite rooms out here this is we call this the ctio and the C I can see why now we designed it for our two cats and uh that’s where they live during the day and as you can see moment

They’re they’re chilling out that’s Douglas and that’s trip trip right behind Douglas there Douglas and trip both Bengals both Bengals yep beautiful that’s the lads I like that aao a CAO and then uh this is our main living room and uh kitchen area love the aspect out the back you got the golf

Course swimming pool yep wow so this was all designed exactly how you wanted it yeah we uh I remember when we first started this I was in a napkin I literally hear people design things in a napkin it was we literally had a little of white paper and we were doing

The squares and then we took it to the architect and we started changing it round about to get it exactly the way we wanted it so it’s fun I don’t know if I’d ever do it again but it’s fun doing the first time it’s a it’s a lot it’s

Really interesting because you literally have to pick every knob and every color and every every break and every scenario it’s a lot of stuff to do and it was a great great experience um and I’m really glad we did it and we’ve got this perfect house but if

Something happened to this house had to do it again that would be a that be that be a piece of I I could do it but uh I think I would prefer somebody maybe we’ll just replace this one exactly the same again stressing time yep bringing

Over all the toys yeah so that’s a great fruit we stick treats in there for her and she spends the next half an hour trying to get them out gorgeous pool area it’s a lagon pool and waterfall on the waterall fall on today um that’s a Lagoon pool and that’s

The golf course behind us we’ll get a much better view from the the golf course when we when we get up the stairs um you want too barbecue there for having a little uh bit of socializing love that that whole thing love that idea of cooking out here

Relaxing couple of nice burgers you see we’re actually ala Wasa was cleaning the grill yesterday we still get some of the cleaning stuff out there that’s that’s the only problem with a grill it’s a lot of keeping them clean yeah there you go there’s some golfers that’s the uh 15th

That’s a par five 15th and there’s a short jump to the uh the uh par three here is it yep par three par three yep and we can see that all from upstairs we get a great view of that when we get up there she’ll she’ll go in the uh the

Shallow end the waiting part but she she very rarely goes all the way in hey Sky come on inside bab come on there you go she does do some of the things apparently uh um border Coles aren’t obedient they’re respectful that’s what you get with them aren’t you you respectful head okay let’s

Go what you want so we this is this is where we play soccer we we have we’re down the hallway and uh she gets to do she gets to she gets to uh she gets to do her thing you ready oh go get it there you go she’ll do that for hours

If you want to stand here a full of energy yeah she’ll run up and down this hallway for hours I’ll just kick a ball over her head does the cat do the cats get on with her they do they I mean it’s the they tolerate each other the big cat

Um uh trip Hazard or trip as we call them they go on he loves her Douglas is just too mischievous he doesn’t care so but it’s funny because she just ignores trip who is always loving on her and she’s always trying to uh get Douglas’s attention Douglas just typical right

Just typical so head up the stairs um you got little office just here yep that’s Alyssa’s office this is actually official brokerage this is where Alyssa works from so if you call Alyssa for anything this is where she’ll be most likely in our in our office she’s out

Today working I get to hang out with you guys instead nice have a nice little bit of lunch in the clubhouse a little bit of lunch in the clubhouse and show you around up there you’ll find that fascinating I’m looking forward to that so we’re upstairs now floor number

Two floor number two that’s where the bedrooms are we have three bedrooms of a master in each side this is the front master this is my daughter’s room princess Sydney who is off the college right now so she just started college in August so um she’s telling me already she misses

Her bedroom and her fish and her big bathroom I think she’s in the dorm and she’s she’s uh figuring it out but um yeah this is her daughter she’s got her own balcony so she can let down her hair even The View out of the front here

Got a little view of the lake and stuff like that more of the golf course yeah so they’re still quite a lot of lots here so um we’re still building new homes and putting them up don’t mind this bedroom what you even got a fridge in there Lord It’s amazing

Yeah she can come in here and not come out for 3 days you know she can do so she’s got her own microwave she’s got own fridge and if she’s really tired we just don’t see her but hey that’s teenage girls right we all know how that

One works I guess B room utility room sure simple lots of lovely artwork around yeah so these are from my days I worked um I worked as an art director on cruise ships I was one of the very first art directors I was a a photographer on

Cruise ships and uh they offered me the job as art director when it first started up started up in norian Cruise Lines around 1994 and I was actually an art direct this is a an original gowl Alfred gole which um is one of my favorite artists

And yeah uh one of many pieces that I was able to acquire during my times in the art World um you got a nice little bit bit of discount on them yeah we did yeah we got them all we got them all at uh cost yeah which was good well 1994

That’s the year I was born oh really yeah that was the that was the year I was buying goles uh m in the back um this is uh the main bedroom I I think I like Sydney’s better to be quite honest this is bigger but it’s uh so these bedrooms fantastic

Bathroom yep and in the aspect out the back that’s wow so we got a few down onto the te of the par three the green of the par five they’re just having a little put there open that side can do that very much I now you can

See a little bit better now now look at this WOW half three there to the green play on there there The Greening out a totally different landscape it just doesn’t it feels does feel very tusy doesn’t feel like land though even with the the slight Hills that we’ve got

Yeah people think Florida’s flat and and especially you know the the um northern Florida starts to get a little bit undulated but generally Florida is flat all the way across except for just a couple of areas and this area this is the m ver area and Claremont area and it

Does have a little bit this is very almost I hate to say almost kind of scor is where it’s un of course it’s Nick falo and he designed it specifically for that um when he designed the golf course so it’s a great Golf Course to play it

Used to be really really hard it really heavy rough on it but they cut that back a few years ago um and made it a little easier um for those of us who don’t haveit the ball perly straight and you were saying you mentioned earlier that

Uh Matsu Yammer is a member yeah he is yeah he uh he was actually on the 16th green the story was he was down there playing the 16th green and he he didn’t speak any English and he told his uh he told who was with him to call up the

Clubhouse and buy a membership right there and then so he’s a member here uh so yeah we’ve got a few uh we got a few golfers who either own or or are members here it’s nice it’s private golf course it’s quiet there’s not a lot of people

Here and it’s a good golf course for them to come out and practice so um if you’re up at the clubhouse sometimes you get to see uh some cabs there a lot of football players own in here as well so and the other side um um where the big

Homes are we’ll see those a little bit later uh they all build these huge beautiful houses on the lake it’s quite St we saw a bit of the lake driving in in past the clubhouse there which is just up there you can see in the distance yep that’s where we’re going to

Be going in a moment for a b to eat but beautiful so have we got more to see yeah we’ll go see the third why not that’s my zone that’s your little that’s my little that’s where I live man cave floor man man floor yeah it’s a man

Floor well look at this we just got to the top of the stairs how cool is this wow so what have we got here then Jerry well this is the top of the turret and you can get some great views of the uh the the way the golf course works is

On the right hand side the back end um that’s the the in so the out is here so number one’s here and it goes all the way down and then goes all the way back up and it crosses over so we got second line out here yep so that’s that’s one

On the left at the top and 10 on the right of the top then you play down and you play back so you go up and down both sides so you can see the golf course pretty good from there so beautiful yep did you chill in here much yeah

Occasionally if somebody feels like a game of chess don’t find a lot of people that want to play chess anymore but we also have TV and if uh if you feel like a game a poker it flips over and we can do some poker here oh nice it’s kind of

Cool it’s nice little use of the space yeah originally we were actually going to do all three floors it was going to be a full size Tower but it was just so it was just so long all the way up yeah I said why don’t we just put a put a

Little actually orig was going to be a little stage cuz my daughter’s already acting we’re going to do a little stage up here um but she she has her own stage actually and it’s school so she didn’t need one here so we we we T we turned it

Into a um just a kind of cool sitting area I love the aspect of day it’s fantastic the views yeah almost 360 views out of that yep and then this was this is what my wife wanted Alissa wanted a gymnasium so she got her gymnasium so this is hers

Laur yeah I’m all in the house you love that nice put your little Pelon Bank in there and do your classes and stuff and then there’s lots of my memorabilia This was um this is Tom as R very famous artist is actually the first piece I actually

Created this from his from his original I used to do once I left the auctions part of it on the ships I went Shor side I would actually create all the artworks and what they do is would get an original with high resolution photographic and then my job was to

Recreate the perfect color print and you know limited editions this is actually this one part this was the front coveries book uh this is 101 um yeah he’s a he’s fantastic you know my guitar playing days I used to get my guitar out in the ship and jam a little

With the uh that was one of the things I like to do back in the day was get crazy with the hard to believe when I was in my uh late teens and early 20s I actually had long here and then you’ve got Hearts here Hearts yeah that’s a s

Way back in the day as well and then uh and then Jimmy Greaves Tottenham this was actually a client I got this is a very strange story um there’s a guy called me up and wanted some information think about taxis or something and wasn’t want to buy a property or doing

He just had a bunch of questions about his property in Florida and we ended up getting chatting for a long time and he said um and we talked about football he from England we’re talking about football for a little bit I said you I’ve been a Tottenham fan since I was

Like you know six years old and um and he said I uh I work with Jimmy gaves and I was okay good and he said what’s your address and I give him my address and in the mail arrives this Jimmy griev signed um old Shar so nice gift yes very nice

As uh as sufferers of soccer and part of the sufferer of soccer group me being an family you know how it works right it’s uh it’s the pains we do but you know when you’re when you’re when when you’re in you’re in right and this my Studio this is my

Office in studio and I have my green screens at the back this is where I do my my podcast if I’m doing a pod I do it in here and then I’ve got my green screens of I’m doing interviews or I’m just doing my monthly updates yeah cuz

You have got your YouTube channel of course I we’ll link that in the description so you do the little informative videos answer questions other little updates so you do that all against that screen do that screen just just a pull down drop yep and uh and

I’ve got a second one I can I’m bringing a bunch of people in um I can pull up a a second one yeah um I share this with the cats as you can see um but it’s good for me I’m not like you I’d love to be

Out travel the world doing this stuff but people want may be what I do is I try and answer questions if somebody wants to know what something is you know how does the taxies work or or um what’s the marketplace like I’ll just pull this

Down and sit and send a video out so it’s really handed and using the green screen I can project you know information and pictures and videos and stuff on that and it really helps people would rather just sit and watch a video and understand it and you know they can

Of half get it when you talk to them but if they can watch a video and then rewatch it yeah it really educates them and at the end of the day if you’re spending a million dollars and you’re or if you’re B cleaner probably more than

That but if you’re in you a reunion or or one of the vacation homes and you’re over in UK or wherever you’re spend a bunch of money then um you really just want to get all that information and and you’re not here so a lot of the times I

Can do that take the camera out I can sit and sometimes I’ll do it personalized I’ll do personal tours for people there a house they want to see at a floor planner something and I can sit and do and talk about it and fit it all

In so it’s just a cool way of doing it and that’s my background I was a photographer in my early days so I actually really enjoy that’s one of my favorite parts to do so it’s my little studio and it’s all bunches of different things artworks and then when you’re on

Your break did you just jump in the hammock well this is actually I spend all my time in the hammock when I’m on my break I [Laughter] work this is uh on your go out yep love that look at that for you I think Laura’s jonesing for a shot

She’s ready to she’s ready to a glass of chard in there and a little swing right there I leave all day that’s s sorted yeah even just listening to the bustle of the palm trees with that little breeze well that’s that’s one of the nice things have been up here you

Actually get a breeze all the time which is nice for the golf cuz it makes a little bit more challenging but it pushes air through and one of the things about Orlando which most people will make a comment on is it always feels so stagnant and still because you’re not on

The coast you don’t get the the the coastline breezes but when you’re up here in Bell cleano you’re actually a little higher up as you can see I can see the Disney fireworks every night right across on from there I see the Disney fire see where that that big pole

Is way in the distance yeah yep um that’s roughly where Disney is and you can sit out here and actually watch fireworks each night and then if a space shuttle or a launch goes off it goes literally right above the clubhouse right where the middle of the clubhouse

Is and stand here American flag yep you can see the the rocket going right up so that’s cool if I hear one come out here and grab a brew and sit watch a rocket going up which is pretty neat so it’s a pretty cool spot to see stuff stunning stunning views so we’re

Going to be heading to the clubhouse now sure what features have we got in the clubhouse to look forward to so the clubhouse is um it’s it’s a it’s it’s pretty unique it’s uh it’s built in the tuskin style um it has um two restaurants it has a a an original Pizza

Oven it’s all designs beautifully designed inside with growing vaults and stone it’s all a lot of the in fact all of the the roof tiles were imported from Italy you see that just the the detail on the clubhouse is amazing the clubhouse is its own fitness center it’s

Got a huge pool area um it actually has a a big function hall as well um yeah when I put it in Google I did see quite a few wedding pictures and wedding re receptions there as well it’s the second most popular spot in Florida for for weddings after Disney wow yeah Bella

Cleer um every weekend there’s probably one or two weddings going on sometimes two and we go up there and it’s really cool to ring the bell we got a a bell in the tower when somebody gets married to ring the bell so it’s pretty neat um but

Yeah the clubhouse is just it’s um I’m looking forward to it looks like a whole unique Italian Village it is well let’s go see it cuz lunch is waiting right yes let’s do it so we’re just walking in here for some lunch stunning entry we’re going to have

A little look around once we’ve had a bite to eat but yeah it looks uh absolutely stunning does not feel like uh Florida in here though does it Laur my God no I feel like I’m back in Venice or something it’s beautiful oh wow there a slight smell to

Them it’s just stunning isn’t it I really I feel like being transported now I don’t feel like we’re in Orlando at all tell M I know come on I’ll buy you guys lunch how been do oh thank you very much looking forward to this so it’s a lovely looking menu in here

Isn’t it Laura what are you going for what you thinking I think I’m going to go for some buffalo chicken wings and pora french fries nice I all love buffalo sauce nice I think I’m going to join Jerry with the uh crispy chicken sandwich I think crispy chicken

Sandwich yeah and you got a pint of Guinness as well it’s not often you see one of those got to do a paint again looks a good paint as well it’s good for you really tell me appar is good for the more you drink the better you feel well it’s absolutely stunning in

Here this is a private Clubhouse restaurant and we just got some lovely warm bread got the butter here look at that it comes in little golf balls really cool with the oil as well I’ve got myself a little beer as well that’s absolutely stunning in here isn’t it

Clubhouse here as well what’s on offering here just nice to show something different isn’t it it’s nice to do something different as well yes it’s completely differ what we normally do completely different restaurant than what we normally really nice very Nice okay where are we now then Jerry because this looks fantastic you’ve just driven us down to this amazing show home yeah look at this yeah we’re in the conservation side a Bella cleaner you’ve got golf you’ve got conservation and you’ve got lakefront properties this is

The Rick vogle show home here on pendo Drive in Bella cleer and this is a beautiful one-story show home so we can go inside and take a look and have a look oh nice we get to head in and have a look this looks absolutely stunning so this is single story

Yep view wise conservation is it yes a conservation all the homes in the Center of blean are all are all around a really beautiful conservation and then on the outside um there are two lakes here so all outside properties have got lake views and all the inside properties have

Conservation views wow look at this laor you’re going to be in heaven in here wow oh my God this is stunning look at it absolutely beautiful o where to start where to start well I would start probably in the master bedroom cuz it’s really cool it’s

Let get one of the most beautiful uh bathrooms and shower areas you’ll probably see in any house so it’s got its own little sort of mini kitchen fridge coffee machine just outside wow there you go Laura there’s your new bathroom oh my God imag have a nice bath

In the air and it’s got two wall showers one top shower and one body shower and see you get about 12 people in there it’s amazing and this wow gorgeous top level finish that top level yeah like the shape on the bath as well a unique house Rick vogo builds a

Really unique house I’ve been in several of his houses and they’re all they’re all just they’re just stunning from start to finish even the light fit in as well yeah well if this is just the start just a start master bedroom straight through and you pass by the two even got

The little his and her walk-in glass closets oh yeah so I get all my shoes in there Laura got a lot of shoes in there and you could get all yours as well all your Lounge fly bags and all that from Disney Lely in there that’s absolutely isn’t it just

Unbelievable and then the master bedroom I mean look at I’m not even going to spoil outside yet but out there looks phenomenal as well so so there’s a little living area in in your bedroom just in case you’ve not got enough just in case you haven’t

Got enough space just in case you don’t want to leave your bedroom everything’s in your bedroom oh it’s just even the ceilings I love those little cutouts with the lights in and yeah they really make a home don’t do those different ceilings what are they called tray ceilings TR

Ceing they lit up LED lights a lot of them they’ll change color if you want to put an Ambiance in wow abely beautiful so show home but I’m sure someone’s going to want this it looks absolutely stoning well what usually happens with these in fact we’ve got a

Client that’s doing this right now is they’ll come and see the show home and that will be their Bas because B cleaners are all custom homes so you basically build whatever you want and a lot of people find it you know really confused and where they start and what

To do so um that’s what the show homes are great for cuz then you’ve got a feel you can say I like this but I need another bedroom or I like this I need a gymnasium or a theater room or a games whatever it is so you can start with

This as a as a template and then you can redesign it for whatever house you like but you really got to have a starting place and you got to give your architect something to work from and that’s why these show homes come in great some people I’ll say I just want this house

As it is because they are really well designed but usually somebody’s get something they want in for whatever particular reason and then that’s we can create a great custom home do you want to you going to create one Laura just move into this move isn’t it gorgeous

Yeah so we’re going to go back through this way are we back to your right love the high ceilings as well makes it feel huge she got a little here’s your office Laura you mentioned an office now that’s an office that is gorgeous isn’t it won

Mine sitting and doing a bit of editing in there wouldn’t be bad I yeah be gorgeous the living area as well I love the that table’s stunning it all just sits and F Well doesn’t with each other everything not matching but matching and the outdoor space

Kitchen this is the big kitchen lost for words really it’s just amazing to see I watch all these videos all the time on YouTube and you know you just like a picture you know a thousand words as they say uh these gorgeous homes they sell themselves people know it’s a

Kitchen it’s just a beautiful kitchen and um you see yourself cooking in there Laura I see yourself ENT the take off B in any a breakfast nook over here uh this uh next room um is probably a utility room might use it as a bedroom might use it as a gymnasium uh Rick’s

Just used it as a presentation room and you can see actually the floor plans uh the way he’s got that designed and you’ll bring in different floor plans here um sometimes you’ll come in here and meet with the CL clients and go through the changes cuz you’re going through the

Process the design process can take several months just going backwards and forwards and doing redesigns sitting with the architect and just moving walls a little bit uh just to get it exactly the way you want it so um you there’s a lot there’s there’s a lot a lot goes

Into actually creating the the the actual design of the house even before you start choosing anything you got to actually have a floor plan and that’s the fun part is you know we talked about that earlier it’s working out yeah you settle on a plan and then you’d see

Another home and go oh actually I’d like to add this room or change that room and do this and well I mean even the bathroom it’s the level of finish it’s just everything’s just perfect absolutely and then you can go from here in the nice sliders see if

This one’s open you can just slide right out into the laai area and this one has uh this one’s got a Double L you’ve got a double area and one of the nice things that they do and this is Again part of the design process you want to do this

Is you can build in the drop down screens so the fly screens yeah especially certain times of the year it can get buggy and if you’re sitting in here with your friends and you’re watching a game or you’re cooking the barbecue on doing the barbecue you want

To be have a bug free dining experience and so later at night once the sun goes down it can get a little buggy so you can just drop down these screens and you can isolate the entire um laai area so that you can sit in here and be bug free

Just fully relax and then look at that you got like a second outdoor living room there the fire on sit in the wall listen to that pool you can do watching TV oh be nice gor and then out to the pool itself which looks very tempting today

It’s a hot day out here in Florida at the moment look at that absolutely good to see you on those Sun beds Laura relaxing reading a book you see in a h top Ed the videos gorgeous isn’t it yeah this pool’s been designed with various shelf layers you can see the different depths

Of it so you’ve got a a light shelf lay you can actually sunbathe on this one this one’s a little deeper probably for the kids so the kides can paddle around in here and then you’ve got a deeper end in there so the pool’s actually designed in different levels for different people

Then you’ve got a um a walk up Sund deck which is really nice and of course your spa just that little elevated area just makes a difference with the trees surrounding it and and the sound of the wildlife behind of course love that aspect what’s another thing about Bella

Cina uh the way it’s designed and built there’s a lot of space whether it’s the lake view and the you’ve got you’ve got two Lakes you’ve got the smaller Lake which is nice cuz you can see round about it but the larger Lake is so big almost feels like Ocean View yeah so

It’s nice to be able to get Ocean View in the middle of middle of Florida yeah you don’t have to go out to the beaches and when you see those views in the house he’s built there and you just the lake is just so big but you can see uh

Rick vogle they’ve actually put astr Turf down here and the mid a little nice concept yeah they’ put the little uh putting green in the back y but then if it’s custom you’re not into your golf you can put wherever you want back you want back out you kids you do a kids

Play area or sure wow it gives us a nice view looking back here it’s just the level of finish on it is uh stunning the outdoor speakers as well you can put a little bit of music on or put the sound system on for the TVs one thing I’ve noticed that I really

Like is the the windows the long length Windows yeah y letting in a lot of light I think what we see now in in the modern homes that’s one of the things people people generally like a lot of light in their house uh and Florida fortunately

Has a lot of light that but the The Good the good news is there’s a lot of light but light can also bring a lot of heat so a lot of people have these windows in fact these ones are they’ve got a special tint on them which reduces the

The um the heat coming through those windows by about 85% um but it’s the benefit of being able to light up the house and give that really Airy Florida brightness but at the same time it’s not running your AC units at maximum all the time cuz uh

They’re able to cut down a lot of that by doing the special film and a special glass glass on the on the homs it’s all so clever isn’t it you think you just got nice windows and then you explain all that everything that goes into it

Yeah I could just do the little dip could just have a little dip after lunch you go I’ll hold the camera but we are going to be carrying on and showing the we’re going to show the the club house a little bit later on yep uh as we drive

Around I’m going to take a few shots and have a look at those the lake that you’ve mentioned yeah I think um I think um I think what it would be nice to see is is both lake views maybe a shot of um um Lake Sienna the smaller Lake

Freshwater lake um and Lake of poka which is a big lake and just seeing the difference between how those different views look so you can really ban is unique in that respect you can get the big lake view you can get the small Lake View you can get the FI conservation or

You can get the golf course it really has every kind of possible property type view other than the Hanging Gardens of Babylon you have just about everything else but either way you’re getting a nice view though either Golf Course or this lovely the conservation or the lake

View it’s either way you’re getting some form of a nice view it’s that’s the thing that makes it unique is uh everything is private everything is set to a situation where I don’t believe there’s any homes that are actually backed on other homes that all either have conservation views or lake views or

Golf views and that’s one of the beautiful things about B cleaner with a little bit of wildlife around as well you can hear all those beds I love all that stuff all that makes it big difference in the back natural Florida conservation beautiful right well thank

You very much for showing us this we’ll jump in the car then we’ll uh continue our little tour Yeah in my heart feeling in my heart feeling R in my heart feel in Heart Okay so we’ve just pulled over been doing a lovely little drive around there’s so many different homes to see all at different stages and you’ve just pulled up a good example here we’ve got one that’s complete just behind you yep one in the middle that’s being cleared

Ready to be built on yep and then one that’s about 3/4 of the way finished yeah so this is Lake a popka this is the Big Lake I think it’s the second biggest lake in Florida it’s pretty big so for people who want that you know almost

Like Ocean View as you can see that’s uh I see exactly what you mean now it does almost look like ocean yep you got that feel of of vast water space yeah house on the left as you can see it’s probably about to reach drywall so it’s probably

About 65 to 70% done there’ve got a completed house on the right hand side and they’ve just started leveling out the ground here so um once you have this leveled out what’ll do is they’ll come and Peg it and then they’ll pour the the base uh Foundation and then from there

They start building the house so you can see all all three uh yeah all three status in this particular scenario here which is pretty cool and a lot of the driving along a lot of the the plots had sold on them they’re going to be ready

To build on you explain it about the plots themselves who owns the different plots who’s got the land the majority of the land that’s left is owned by the developer and uh so basically if you would you were coming to build a cleaner you would go to the Developers sales

Center and have a look and see what lots are available we have a lot map as as agents we have the lot map of all the numbered lots and where they all are and what’s available how much they cost so we would have to figure out which lot

Somebody wanted first uh and then what we do is basically this we come out to the lots and you can have a look and see if you like this view or this view or that view um more of the Lots not all of them are owned by the developers a lot of the

Lots are owned by the the builders the builders came and bought a bunch of to their own lot so in some cases uh if you wanted a particular lot you’d have to use that Builder yeah um that can happen as well they’re all featured Builders they’re all vetted Builders so there’s

Only a handful of them that can actually build properties in here and two or three of them original Builders they borrow a lot of land originally so they hold on to that land so it could be either or there are still uh some lots are individually owned people own them

Themselves so there’s really three different ways you can buy it from an individual you can buy it from developer or you can buy it inclusive with the build with the the Builder so that’s kind of how the land goes so I mean we’re just wandering around fascinated

Just completely out of interest but if there ever was a viewer interested in any of this obviously I will leave Jerry’s information down in the description cuz as I always say you never know who’s watching we’re just loving coming around and we watch all these videos on YouTube Don’t We La of

Jerry you’re uh is it the the title over there or is it the gator yeah this is Ali the gator over here that’s one thing about Florida is we do have Al Gator the good news is is contrary to what most people think I’ve been here for 35 years

And I don’t even I’ve never seen or heard or even know any that’s any problem with Gaters they pretty much stay away from you y um that’s why they say don’t feed the Gaters because if you feed them then they associate that with associate you with food and that’s the

Bad thing you’ll see a lot of signs that will say don’t feed the Gaters but alligators this won’t come anywhere in area um no but they’re here and you just always want to be you want to be see as a ni ni piece of yeah it’s wild is it’s

True genuine so where are exactly all so this is the the second Lake now this is the smaller one you said about so this is Lake Sienna and this is a freshwater lake uh and it’s not it’s a decent size but we’re standing on the boring pier

And the boring launch so um you can come down that’s a boat launch right over there you can you can launch your boat from here uh and then there’s all the houses around so this is the inside Lake in fact right across you look right across over there and The Far Side

That’s um that was um Nick falo’s house uh it’s his golf course here and his house is a white one right across the other side of the lake wow it’s nice view so you can come along you mentioned fishing as well yes this this this is a Bass Lake and it’s

Actually uh it’s it’s they actually um put bass in it several years ago and uh they’ll have times where you can come here that you can only fish in here if you’re a member yeah but um it’s loaded with with bass and fill it up with bass

And there’s a ton of them in there so freshwater bass fishing you can come down here and and drop your rod in from right here and do a bit of fishing do a bit of kaying yeah do a bit of fishing have a few Frosty liation Bo of boats

Out here yep you can get your boats out here I’ve actually even seen planes sea planes touch down in here wow yeah that’s pretty cool they use this Lake sometimes for touching goes for practice yeah you’ll see the SE plane coming in and dropping in and stopping it and

Taking right off again wow Prett neat that is a big Geer that looks as he’s about a 12 isn’t he yeah he’s just tooting along just toting along I don’t hear him tick toing so we’re not too bad and then all of these homes on the right y some of

These new builds all these finished yeah there’s a mixture right there as you can see there’s several of them are finished several of them are are look as though they’re about there’s one there it’s just start just putting the roof up and and the frame so it’s it’s probably

About 20% of the way and there’s a couple over there I see about half done and a couple of them that are a little further along so that’s one thing about Bella cleaner there’s been so much building going on here over the last uh four or five years uh you really can’t

Look anywhere without seeing houses at various different stages which is really really neat you can see them at various stage in their in their uh in their uh creation so and just out of Interest what are you sort of looking at pricewise for one of these over here one

Of these big I know they’re all different they’re all custom it depends what you choose to go for but what you what you’re looking at R yeah so prices are are really they’re so subjective to different things it’s a lot of it’s first of all you’ve got to buy the land

Um the way Bella cleaner works is you buy the land first and then you design and put a house on it uh the Lake Properties here you’re probably looking anywhere between 500,000 to um maybe 900,000 depending on this the size of the LW and the location of the lot uh

And then on top of that it really comes in square footage in size and finish yeah you could have two houses that are literally the same size but different price because of the finishes um but square footage is usually the number one thing so you probably expect in here

These are slightly smaller Lots than the the than the uh the big lake side you’re probably looking at most of the houses in here anywhere between 2 and2 million to maybe 3 or 4 million uh on the on um Lake of pop on the large lake side uh

You’re probably starting off because the land’s a lot more expensive so you you know you really want to develop the land and put a bigger house on it just Mak sense if you’re spending that much money not necessarily but a lot of people will build bigger houses so you’re probably

Thinking I would say starting off about 4 million and anywhere up to whatever you know maybe even up to 10 million on those really big ones so it just depends a lot on the location the land the size the finishes etc etc etc but yeah houses on the lake side anywhere from um

Probably 2 and a half million to 10 million on the golf side anywhere from you know the 800,000 to the maybe as much as 2ill million just depending on again the house and the Finish just depends on finish aspect location so where are we off to next then Jerry

Let’s go to the clubhouse see we’ll round off our tour at the clubhouse have a little look around and I’ve really enjoyed this thanks very much for inviting us down so interesting and so different to see well here we are then at the clubhouse how beautiful is this

You can see why they have weddings here yeah absolutely gorgeous very grand entrance second most popular location for weddings in uh in Florida and you I’ll actually show you out back this is a I don’t know what this place cost to build but they imported in fact you can see

All the tile roofs three layers of tiles on there all of that roof and tile was imported from Italy as was a lot of the stone um tens of millions of dollars in creating the clubhouse has a has a two restaurants has a spa um beauty spa salon right in here on

Your right hand side you go in there they’ve got the the traditional big copper tubs go in there and you get a massage and Etc you want you want to see inside yeah we’ll have a quick look at that see if there’s I don’t I don’t know if there’s anybody in

Here we’re surprised guesting them there you go yep we’re just doing a quick look around today is that okay ladies we don’t need to go up the stairs or anything so this is the spa at Bella cleaner what services do you provide here we do massages and facials massages and facials do you

Still have the big copper tubs yes love those copper most popular the coup yeah the Coupes the couple’s copper tubs nice there you go you’ve got something to do next time you’re here you can do a couple’s Copper Top and a massage as well massage as well that’ be nice nice ladies of

Course right so we just come out from the spa now look at this for review I can certainly see why there’s some weddings here wow E look yeah so um I had a had a had a an NFL footballer friend who get married right in there um they did it inside

This little area here and then they do the um this whole area over in The Far Side is all AstroTurf so they’ll actually do outside they’ll set up all the tables and the chairs and the band etc etc and they do that right over here in this corner and

They have that all as astro turf which is pretty nice but the view stunning and then they’ll if the weather’s correct they’ll actually use that top part there to do the vows U with the lake isn’t it the golf course and Greenery so just in the distance there

That’s like a communal pool is it area a big pool um they’ve got the fitness centers over there we got the big pool the Big Tub the big Spa there’s a whole Sund decking area U it’s beautiful over there that’s their that’s our their their full length

Olympic swimming pool and and it also has a pavilion you can have a private party over there they’ve got a cooking serving restaurant area over there as well plus the fitness center is attached onto that all the restaurants um the the members restaurant and the and the

Golfers restaurant is on this side and then the main big restaurant and the and the Pavilion for uh the functions and events is also on the right that’s almost straight ahead of you there look at that love this little fire pit feature as well sitting around there with friends having

A few drinks and it’s lovely at night they have it lit up at night and you can set the fires going at night you don’t really need the fire in the middle of the summer of course when it gets a little cooler you can sit out here by

The fire and enjoy the view really it has a stunning feel at night when it’s it’s all L up they do a really nice job of oh can imagine liing it oh yeah you would certainly say if you just took a picture of it and everything you would certainly say it

Wasn’t Orlando if you said where am I now not many people would say Orlando Florida yeah you could do an Italian movie right in here and nobody would know the difference right oh stunning and like you say the roof tiles you can tell are all 100%

Original see the aging on them yeah this this was definitely a no expenses uh spared the the Bell Cina story is really fascinating and how it came to be originally and what it was supposed to be and kind of then what happened to it with the real estate market and the

Crash during 2006 Etc it’s actually fascinating the whole program it was right before then I mean everybody was buying everything at ridiculous prices and uh Bella cleaner was going to be that playground for the Rich and Famous but uh look at the detail the groin wall the brick work the light

Fings and everything what do you think Laura oh my God it is absolutely Sten I’ve set up the air with a Nicean oh nice look at this the level the level of detail this is stunning this Jerry yeah so this is the um this is the member side of members restaurant and um members bar they don’t have this open but they have the other ones open usually unless there’s

Well so is this where you’d have like you know people if you had the wedding or the you could do uh we had our actually in this little room behind the the fire we had our Christmas with our whole family having Christmas dinner in there one year in the back had our

Family in town and and they gave us this little room in the back and we had with Christmas dinner in there which was was really cool but there just little function areas what they’ll do special events like Mother’s Day and Easter dinners and breakfasts and stuff yeah Thanksgiving and yep

Wow yeah it’s a nice place for your Christmas dinner in here that was uh yeah it was a nice Christmas dinner had the fire gone and roasting chestnuts spying up in fire oh very very cliche but I like it sorry I was a little cheesy

Properties down um down in Wind West Side actually and I brought them up here him and his wife were big golfers and they come up here one day and I said you can come and play Bella CLE and they come up here and they were blown away by

The by the the resort Community but um one of the uh one of the um things that he found to be most amazing was the men’s clubhous the men’s Clubhouse locker room and and B CLE is he said it’s the most extravagant men’s locker room I’ve ever seen in any golf course

And he’s beenen a lot of golf course big Dame golf all over Scotland of course yeah and all over the world they said that the men’s locker room in B Cina is by far uh the the the most amazing so maybe I’ll pop in there and we when we

Finish up you can see yeah have a quick look in that it would be pretty cool sure want see what’s the next section we’re going to Wine Seller let’s go see the wine seller o wine seller go straight lower let’s have a look at the wine seller so welcome everyone to the wine

Seller we got some nice soft music on and uh wow it’s just so can you pick out any of these wines that you’re fancy or is it how’s it work sure they serve that I think there’s a lot of wines that actually belong to the members as well

Yeah but um if you’re drinking up in the or eating up in the main restaurant you can have uh some of these wines chosen um they do wine testings in here and they’ll have days where you can come down and actually do wine testings and you can try out different things down

Here and in the in the Sellar it’s just a loving cool down here as well these aren’t your 10 pound a bottle wines oh now these are uh a 12 p a bottle here very nice yeah these are nice bottles of wine stunning little unique

Room so just to show you here one of the uh function Suites this is where you’d have your wedding reception nice meals going on I think they’ve got it set up as a little example there of what you can get they have got the partition up

At the moment so you kind have a double the size of this yeah there’s a couple of different table settings there unless it’s a yeah different examples of what you can have isn’t it so saying popular time for weddings over here spring April yeah it’s very busy usually in April around Easter

Right before right and after we’ll sometimes have two or three weddings a week and it’s nice you can come here and everybody’s in their in their in their B and their and their Tuxedos and sit in the sit in the bar have a beer and and what happens is it’s

Actually pretty funny cuz what happens is you’ll be sitting there having the beer and a bunch of the guys at the wedding they’ll just want to get away for a couple of minutes and all run this big bunch of guys and ters and they just

Run up just slam TOS R then run back again like oh yeah the way didn’t group up of Escape for 5 minutes you the lads you know they managed to slide away for a couple minutes and chug chug down a couple of drinks and then run back out

Again it’s pretty neat but when you’re walking around the courtyards um it’s nice cuz everybody’s just chilling out and it’s a wedding so it’s a really nice feeling um and then and I’ll drive up cuz to drive in up here and everybody will be out here these are the two

Patios for the weddings they’ll be standing out here and you can give them a little wave and they’ve got it all lit up with the lights it’s really really Pleasant so it’s a great feeling coming up up here when there’s a wedding going on the music’s play people having a good

Time you know yeah that’s the drive up this is the drive in to B clean up the club house so when you’re coming up here you can see them all out here in the in the patios all in their all in their best wedding stuff yeah it’s good stunning that’s B

Clean a condos over there um just just on the Treetops and if you just wanted to come I don’t I I’m surprised more people don’t use these because you can rent those on a daily basis they’re actually short term the right hand buildings a short term it and you’ve got

Two and three bedroomroom condos there and you can come and stay in B clean it’s still only uh 20 minutes from Disney yeah yeah so you can come and um stay in those you can play the golf course you can en enjoy um a couple of weeks in bellalina and enjoy all the

Things that are going on here and you don’t have all that hassle you a lot of people uh I talked to a lot of people who love coming to Orlando and they love coming to Disney but they don’t want to be right in the middle of the whole

Vacation yeah part of it they want to enjoy and there’s really nowhere else people don’t know you know they just go and stay in you know a Disney hotel but you can come and stay in the Bell clean a condos are not not particularly expensive and you can you know how much

They are roughly obviously depends on season and everything depends on seasoning session a couple hundred bucks a night they’re not too expensive um some of those higher ones as well must have some nice leg views on the front side the the views the middle especially the middle section ones the

View is just perfect I’ll tell you what it feels like it feels as you’re on a cruise ship you’re just up high enough and you’re looking out you can see the the lake but in but instead of you know more water you can see the houses at the

Far end it’s just a they’re just very very pleasant so if anybody’s looking for a place to stay in Florida and you don’t want to be uh in Disney or you don’t want to be where all action is but you still want to be close enough then

You can come uh rent yourself a b clean a condo for for a week or whatever it might be and then enjoy all the SPO of bell clean and coming down here in the clubhouse you can use a golf course yeah our lunch was delicious I must say it

Was absolutely gorgeous that food yep that would be a lovely place to stay even if you just came for a couple of nights just to mix it up and break up the vacation and yeah if we have clients in town this is what we suggest to stay

If they were just coming out time for whatever reason they can stay in the Bill of cleaner condos nice over here what my buddy suggested is the best um the best the best golf locker rooms in the world apparently right in here I’m looking forward to seeing

These let’s have a look then 19th hole at the right door here we go thank you so this is the men’s locker rooms at Bellini you’ve got all the the members lockers on the right hand side where you get to obviously keep all your golf clubs Etc sometimes they have the big

Old fire up there and inside you’ve got a a a Turkish bath you’ve got a saer and You’ got showers I mean just literally everything you would need after a hard day out in the golf course and then you can go and have one of them Bella

Burgers yes Al so even the chicken sandwich is delicious chicken sandwich is stunning locker room stunning I can see why uh it gets such a a good reputation I me sitting here by the fire and yeah got the fire on it’s beautiful it’s a little a little hot right now for

The fire it’s just the detail stunning I’ve done the probably the fanciest locker room I’ve done would be Bay Hill in Bay Hill but this is uh different level different theme and You’ even got the big Gator on there 11 ft long jeez big a little bit bigger

Than the one we saw earlier not much though that was a pretty decent Siz GE we saw Yeah Okay so another little section of this amazing Clubhouse we got a Vineyard over there where they grow their own little grapes they do they grow we grow our own grapes here in Bella Cina and um this is the clubhouse pool area and you can have function out here you can

Actually do a have a restaurant food Etc this is a fulllength swimming pool giant Spa gabana area beautiful so if you were staying in those condos can you come up here and can yep sh and relax use the pool you can use facilities that’s part of the the condo program you can get

Around the golf and you can come and enjoy the pool and the spa and bar and the restaurants nice very nice out here imagine it’s quite nice of an evening time as well around here and it’s generally quiet you know that’s one of the nice things it’s

One of the things that people don’t realize about when you you know when you go to the the resorts and there’s a lot of people around and if you’re the kind of person who would just like to for the most part be left alone and enjoy your

Your uh your time yourself and your family then yeah there are other options out there don’t necessarily have to be right in the middle of all all the Disney fever all the time you can get away so B is a good option for the condos or if you looking for a property

Here second home a lot of people like to get themselves a little golf home as their second home and that’s very popular as well so yeah that’s a nice option just tempting for a little swim there today now it’s getting really warm out here yep very inviting could just
