How hard is it to get the shafts you prefer to match the wedge club heads you prefer? Can it somehow be customized for you, or not?

I killed a wedge to carry the uw @20.5 and a ut 18. Very disappointed with blue tees range finder. 300 rounds a year I just don’t love it. You can’t tell what you hit and I’m too paranoid to rely on it. Bushnell XE en route.
