  1. I'm not saying it shouldn't be a six game suspension, but only if, literally, hundreds of other past suspensions and non-suspensions were six games. D of PS is a joke.

  2. Perron's gotta wear that like a tear tattoo. Steppin up for your captain. I'm still confused how there's no discipline for someone who caused a player to literally be unconscious lol

  3. My big takeaway from this Larkin/Perron situation is how whiny and annoying the vast majority of the Red Wing fan base has become.
It's embarrassing for a storied franchise to have so many Karen's cheering for them.
They literally refuse to watch the several videos of the incident and rely on a few cherry-picked photos to paint a false narrative. It's like watching CNN if they covered hockey.

  4. Apoealling he's f***ing lucky hes not facing criminal charges . He attacked a person intentionally with a deadly weapon. That's not a hockey play that not an accidental high stick or a careless play that was a premeditated attack with a deadly weapon.

  5. To show rough Ted Lindsey could be, he tried to start fights in NHL All-star games! He also in trouble with the Wings and the NHL, when tried to start a players union in the NHL.
The Wings need to develop a whole bunch of players who can score 20+ goals per season. It seems like the magic formula for winning a Stanley cup.

  6. If Perron didnt want a big suspension he should have been a man and thrown punches instead of doing a superman crosscheck to the head of a player who clearly was signaling to the refs to stop the play for larkin

  7. Zub didn't even lose any teeth, nor did Joseph, while our All Star captain is out indefinitely. Sens are mugging the Wings game after game and SOMEONE has to step up and end some mofo's season or be outside looking in come April. I give Perron the "Fight to Win" award for at least REACTING appropriately when he saw his captain lying unconscious. Sure it was emotional and wrong, but someone has to SHOW commitment, fight and honor in order to build cohesion and morale. NHL should know that Kane, Cat and Larks represent a line in the sand. If you can't protect your stars, you're not a playoff team.

  8. If zub had missed a shift I would understand the six games but with what happened three at most would have been satisfied me

  9. in terms of hockey players that changed hockey FOR hockey players, ted lindsay by far is the most important one. not for detroit, but the league. he is the sole reason players make millions today
