  2. You gave me an idea though.
    I can stand and do these movements assisting with my legs. No matter what I load on the cable machine, my current injury creates risk doing all of these movements.
    Nothing can spot for me like my legs.

  3. I feel like people reject calisthenics because itโ€™s a โ€œbody weightโ€ movement. Thereโ€™s not a lot of โ€œheavy weightโ€ doing pull-ups push-ups etc. At the end of the day, Pull-ups are the best way to build a huge, strong back.

  4. That exercise Robbie is doing lying on the bench and rowing is my favourite exercise for upper back. It really isolates the muscle and it's also a great way to learn to use your lats when bench pressing.

  6. This is an amazing group of super freaks. This is Amazing. Big Show is about 50, Mike is 55ish, Billy is 60, and Robbie is in his 70s. I donโ€™t know if the youngsters realize how hard longevity is in this game, but since day 1 youโ€™ve taught me and everyone else to trust the process and just be consistent. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  8. Man this robby is trash. What exercise is that even. Lying down and pull. Typical youtube neegar that likes to do some weird crap pretending it is impressive. Just like kali the heart attack muscle and ct the heart attack fletcher. ๐Ÿ˜‚
