Watching this after the regular season has ended is a little heartbreaking, when he goes into how great their team was that season. Not soon after this was shot, injuries ended up just absolutely decimating everyone and they had a totally heartbreaking August.

Yes 700M was smart, had Ohtani made 5 or 600M it would've still been impressive but topping the highest paid athletes made news world wide and that kind of publicity you can't buy unless you make it news.
Mike trout if you’re reading this please leave the angels… you already tried and couldn’t win with that organization… how many more years are you going to waste your career until you realize you won’t win a chip with the angels.. please demand a trade and go to any team LITERALLY ANY OTHER TEAM, please for the love of god, DEMAND A TRADE and go to a team that will give you an actual chance of getting a World Series ring. Dodger fan here. Watching this the first time after all the fiasco since last weekend on the sweepstakes for the unicorn. Trout expected him to garner between 400-500M. I can't see Trout being upset at Ohtani for leaving. But I feel for him with the way the Angels ownership has not done enough to make the team better.
Would love trout to join dodgers with Betts and freeman and othani man that will be a sick killer hitter lineup in history angels don’t deserve trout he deserve to win a World Series before he hangs it up
