  1. MJ is the kind of guy who would WANT you to know he was the reason Isiah wasn't on the team. So if he says he wasn't the reason why I believe him.

  2. When Malone elbowed Thomas to the death, nobody blamed him because everybody hated Thomas.

  3. When MJ hates you, but still respects your game and says ur the 2nd best PG in history…that's still one hell of a compliment.

  4. Ya know, if you don't get along with anyone, and everyone seems to hate you…the problem isn't with everyone and the only person with any problems is you.

Isaiah never figured that out, or he figured it out and didn't care.

  5. Coach Daley didn't want him on the team. Mike krzyzewski said he wouldn't coach if Isaiah was on the team 🤪

  6. PJ carlesimo said if that fking Isaiah Thomas is on the team, I'm going to choke him out, and we're going to have problems!

  7. The difference is when isiah did not respect MJ when the bulls beat the detroit piston during the era ,the time the pistons defeat the bulls MJ humbly accept the defeat but when the bulls defeat the pistons isiah attitude is rude he leaves the court with pistons players and did not accept there defeat that's the reason behind, MJ is not interested to play with the dream team but the whole world wants MJ to play then MJ said let isiah play but magic did not want because he is the number 1 point guard, isiah has no winning attitudes doesn't respect defeat

  8. It was Magic, he heard Isaiah was saying shit behind his back, about the HIV stuff. Pippin also said if Isiah's there, he wouldn't be. Those Pistons teams rubbed a few guys the wrong way.

  9. As a Detroit native, I find it funny how all the other teams absolutely hated the Pistons during that era. I think the Bad Boy Pistons won 2 back to back championships around 1990 and were the most hated/feared team because of guys like Bill Laimbeer, Rick Mahorn, Dennis Rodman, and Isaiah Thomas. You could argue that MJ might not have become such a stellar basketball player if he wasn't pushed to the limit by teams like Detroit back in those days.

  10. Both of the point guards on the Dream Team (Magic & Stockton) were greatly limited due to injury through most of the Olympic tournament. They really could've used Isiah. He was an extremely good player and would have made them a better team.

  11. The Bad Boys were 2x Champs during the Dream Team era. But they were, for a lack of a better word, the NBA's first gang. This was a closed group. Only members allowed. They weren't looking for ANYONE'S approval back then. And, because of that, they made a lot of enemies from the rest of the NBA. And, I loved them…..

  12. Michael Jordan is on the timeline of becoming a real deal elder like Mike Tyson, who owns his decisions and even the ones that were only attributed to him. Legend.

  13. You damn right tou respect his game. Dude BEAT your sorry butt TWICE. AND beat Larry bird, whoch YOU never did.
    Team of the 90's my a55 😆

  14. The amount of excuses the jordashians got for mj in the comment section is astounding no other player had the final saying besides mj if he wanted IT on the team he would’ve been on the team

  15. Take it from someone who knew Anuka Brown Sanders personally. Isaiah was a toxic person, and is a toxic person. Period.

  16. You can try to explain all you want. But we all know you had a huge part in that. But yet you agreed to put a college kit on the team. That was no good. Never had a great career in the n b a and it's not look that as one of the greats get the f outta here MJ

  17. The fact that Isiah’s coach was the coach of the dream team and didn’t fight for him to be on the roster SAYS A LOT

  18. I respect Isaiah Thomas as being 2nd best to Magic and yes, i hate him.. And although i didn't want Isaiah on the Dream Team and did everything in my power to keep him off it, I never said his name or said it was him I was talking about… – G.O.A.T.
