James struggles with consistency in golf and doesn’t get the distance on his shots that he’d like. Marcus , So what is the answer for shoes for golf , anything even remotely better than nothing for golf shoes ? Do cleats help or hinder the golf swing moves ? Cheers
Marcus , It seems to me when you get the feet ankles , knees , pelvis Hips, and rib cage going in the proper sequence , the handle drill , along with them swinging out to the right , activates the right
index finger to assist with the real throwing action, releasing pass the ball ? Can you elaborate a little on the right hands index finger ? Cheers
I must be odd one out! i can do full classic pelvis/hip disassociation drill without moving shoulders but cant do my new reverse kayak drill for upper body without hips/pelvis joining in!
