  1. perfect timing for this video. I definitely have this problem with excessive trail hip turn, which i think is why I early extend so much in the downswing. I'll definitely try the foot wedge thank you!

  2. Russell, would you say the that the hip move is more of a hip hinge vs a squat? I've been working out for a few years and it was only this year that I understood the difference 😉 You are my guy. Thanks for all your help.
