Hi! I need spikes for 400-800m , This one is good for this distance?!
I’m not sure how active you are. But I’m looking to replace a set of Nike’s for exploring and climbing. Like you I’m not ready to give them up, but I have to. They’ve got a hole in one shoe, and the grip is almost gone. They’re not spikes. They’re like gym shoes. Just covered in grip. But do you think these would do well for walking/climbing trails? I will hit a fair amount of solid stone, so I’m not sure about spikes. But they might be a decent replacement.
Thats good for 1000m?
is this good for 60-800m and hurdles?
What race is this specified for? I’m doing 100 meters
How many spikes put in for the 400-1500
are these spikes rubber bottom or plastic bottom?
