With their Eyes seemingly closed to what’s going on in the world. Having No scruples and Greed, greed, greed. Not good for professional golf. It will all end up in tears as more and more life long fans like me stop watching and going to events. It hurts when those you once rated highly turn out to be just money worshipers.

LIV is a better product
Lets be serious, there is little the PGA can do if LIV are willing to spend stupid money to tempt players. The PGA do not have the money to make counter offers, where could they get $300m to keep Jon Rahm?
LIV have unlimited money and the Saudi's probably do not care if they never make a profit. LIV have not built anything, this is the Saudi royals plaything.

Need a PGA vs LIV event
Always laugh when Americans are "outraged" of players going to LIV because of Saudi human rights issues. The US are the greatest human rights abusers in history in their country and abroad. And still the only country to commit mass.murder with a nuke and somehow not end up in front of a War Crimes court.
Players are starting to look stupid for not going to LIV Golf. It's easy money and you can always justify it by saying, "It's what's best for me and my family." Good luck trying to compete with that PGA Tour.

At the end of the day Players are looking at the huge fees being offered and basically thinking, hey this is just too good to turn down, its a simple case of “CASH IS KING” 💰💰💰
Forget about the silly LIV format which is nonsense, its all about the MONEY!
The real problem is Rahm and others saying a completely different thing one year ago about LIV and the PGA Tour. I know people change their minds but damn. LIV need to have 8 events set on non big PGA Tour events and the PGA Tour should require LIV players to play in at least 10 PGA Tour events plus if they are qualified for the majors. However they get no WR points for LIV events and they are not eligible for the Players.
Neither are major winners so not on a par with the loss of Rahm. Hatton would be missed for the 2025 Ryder Cup Rory will fight for him to play, Finau earned around £5 million last season, so will definitely benefit signing to LIV. Let wait and see how much money they are offered and whether money is more important then majors.
Rahm admitted hes still not even a fan of the current format of Liv and STILL moved to Liv……. either they are about to make some format changes or hes happy to compromise for the cash

PgAT board has acted in the interest of itself and not the players. At least that's how it appears to me. Yet the players for the most part, are on the outside. So why should the stay.
I never watched a PGA event because of any of the LIV players on this list were in the event so I sure won’t watch a LIV tournament because of them. I not interested in watching WWE style golf! Sadly, PGA was the only professional sport not driven by player greed but now with LIV it’s no different than NBA,NFL,MLB where players are guaranteed large contracts just for showing up! Greg Norman and the Saudi’s exist under the same rock!
What about Quail Hollow and Wells Fargo pulling out. This is a signature event. I wonder now if actual tournaments will jump to live. After all it's about the charities and them making money for the kiddos.
Everything about Liv is better. You can tell by the announcers who are clearly allowed to say whatever they want and don’t have to stick to the same script like every announcer in every other sport does. It’s nice being able to watch something that isn’t owned by the same few corrupt companies that don’t care at all about the sport.

LIV is trying to gut the PGA tour ranks. They have the $$$ to do it. The players can and will take the payout from those filthy sandrats but never respect them. Sometime in the next 5-10 years the PGA tour will collapse or evolve. The LIV tour golfers will join the new PGA tour and the sandrats will be left at the alter wondering wth just happened.

I wouldn’t say these are two guys the pga tour needs so thank you for the bs headline. It doesn’t matter who goes where anymore after 24 it’s all the same guys can play wherever they want so who cares. At the end of the day let guys who want or in finua’s case need money go to liv the pga tour will be just fine.

I've never watched LIV and I haven't watched the PGA since they took Saudi money.
golf is balata, persimmon, tradition. all this money, greed, instafamous crap, has no business in the sport and golf is continually being ruined by all of this. as a 25 year club professional, the sport i love is less and less recognizable and it’s such a shame. not all change is good and i was really hoping that golf would always stay above the fray, but sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case. hogan, snead, nelson, jones, spinnin’ in their graves. smfh.

The problem with ALL of this is both the Saudi's and the PGA over-valuing the product. The ratings just don't justify ANY of this type of money. Even before LIV came into existence it was teetering with being unsustainable. Obviously the Saudi's don't care because this is part of their mission to cleanse their human rights reputation and deflect from their current human rights violations and they're sitting on 30+ trillion in oil so they'll spend whatever. PGA already losing sponsors. The big lesson here, kids? Money ALWAYS wins. Shocking, I know.
