इस समय सावन का पावन महीना चल रहा है और इस बार सावन दो महीने का है. भक्त, भोले शंकर को प्रसन्न करने के लिए अलग-अलग तरीके से आराधना करने में लगे हुए हैं. दूरदराज से शिव भक्त जलाशयों और नदियों में स्नान कर जल लेकर बाबा के दरबार में हाजिरी लगाकर उन्हें प्रसन्न करने में लगे हुए. इसी बीच सीवान का एक शख्स हाथों पर कपूर जलाकर भोले शंकर की आराधना कर रहा है. यह शख्स कोई और नही बल्कि राजेश्वर पांडेय है.
