  2. Left, Right, Left. If you were to Strike TJ in the Left Oblique he would react by drawing his Right Quad toward the Strike. Pebble in Pond Analogy. From there you rebound with your Right Lat. (Back Chain) This weights toward the Heel. As you rise to the top you now fall toward the left heel. Right Drafts behind Left. It is a Simple LRL Oscillation. Love what you doing!

  4. Somehow this whole video immediately made sense to me. That "Hip around the hula hoop to start the backswing" feel is mind-blowingly good.

  5. this was a bit confusing. what i got out of it but maybe im wrong is that dont move your right hip behind you at the start of the backswing and spiral up. Instead shift weight onto your right foot a little with the hip still closed and then sprial up and then the right hip goes behind you.

  6. Very informative video! Golf is a confusing sport, the more I play it the more confusion I have.

    My biggest question – can you guys do a video showing principles of iron and driver hit? For example, how club head should travel, how body should apply force, what’s the principle behind that etc.

    If it’s a bat swing on a parallel surface, it’s straightforward. But golf is like 45 degree angle, together with your body 3D move, the principle is confusing. Thanks!!!❤❤❤

  7. Forward action of the hips initiates momentum into the club and then, if we don't interfere with the instrument and are aware of where we want the low point to be, the swing becomes automatic. Great stuff guys!

  8. Awesome insight into the backswing focusing on the counterclockwise movement of the hips around the hula hoop. Gets weight onto trail side, raises trail side and puts you into an excellent position for the transition and shifting of weight and lateral movement of upper and lower body onto the lead foot. WOW!!!!

  10. How do you step out of a pivot when 80% of the weight is on that pivot foot you are trying to step out of?
    What am I missing here?
