  1. Damn bro. I remember many times (only on losing teams) where teammates on the sidelines would not get excited for big plays. And it showed on film that their minds were somewhere else. I never understood how some teammates don’t understand urgency and momentum shifts.

  2. Remember young guy’s, it’s their plantation and if you want to be on it, straighten up

  3. The reality of Niggas making it WITHOUT A BIG NAME IS 1/1million deadass lol 😂 if you don’t have the star power getting drafted is a no playing all those games to really go overseas couldve did that but FCK THAT niggas was getting stuck out there during Covid I be damn lol n nobody gets to see you getting buckets 🪣

  4. He ain’t telling the truth! Bro ain’t making all that money no more because he trash! He lazy and don’t work on his game! All he can do is rebound, he can’t shoot and barely can defend. It’s about the work bro

  5. Thts a facts cause it’s a business tht requires u to put in work every night. It’s a like pimp & Ho* relationship

  6. Alotta dudes with female emotions & tendacies. Just be professinal & consistent. Youre being paid millions. Big ups to drummond!

  7. How did this dude become a backup player before the age of 28, after four rebounding titles and I believe two All Star appearances, one All-NBA Third Team?
His quick decline when he should be at hia peak is astounding…
He did what a traditional big was supposed to do, smh.

  8. Intelligence is learning from the mistakes of others…
But the best teacher is making your own mistakes and learning from them.

  9. Attitude goes a long way. Anyone can have the skills or build the skills but if the team chemistry is not there, the team cant move as a unit, complete the goals as One.
Having a great attitude, willing to work hard, reliable, growth mindset of yourself and the team. Companies and teams would take on an individual they can mold, rather than a highly skilled worker with a bad attitude.

  10. Wise by lived experience and sharing that with a young Hoopers so they don’t make the same mistake Andre is a real one

  11. Andre was decent scorer early in his career albeit on crap teams and later just became a rebounder. He has had an above average career as a center.

  12. I'm glad he can admit that. It sucked as a fan seeing him wasting his potential when he really was a great player when locked in.

  13. The league is evolving, dont know how much higher the skill and size gap will get in the future.

  14. No, he knew the camera was on him and probably even prepared this speech specifically for that. If i was on that bench i wouldnt be able to roll my eyes harder at this clown. Gimme a real speech where you DONT think the cameras are rolling, thats keepin it real. This is keeping it Hollywood

  15. He is not wrong about maturity and being a good teammate. But let's be real he became a minimum guy because of his skill set. Teams will tolerate a pouting player if he's actually great.

  16. Bron effect!!! Drummond was averaging like 17 & 13 in Detroit before the trade to LA and this happened. IT went to Cleveland and can’t even stay in the league now!! Westbrook balled out in Washington, went to LA with Bron and recently signed a contract for a McNugget, large fry and a cup of water and that’s after having to play off the bench for the first time in his career

  17. He really is a valuable team mate on and off the court, that's the kind of attitude you want.

  18. Stra8 fu** facts. Drumm keeping it real w young guys. Glad to have him in LA for half a season. Played hard all the time
