Question…and way too late but maybe i missed this but we do have the Power 5 conferences right? So isn't having a 4 team playoff the same thing as the National League in baseball with "3" divisions, saying that only the winners of "2" divisions can move on to the playoffs? In other words, college football with Power 5 conferences has to have 5 playoff spots? A 4 team playoff is fine if college football was the Power 4 conferences? Surely this argument was made, I just missed the rebuttal/response to this question.

Playoff committee is all about money and TV ratings. The games don't matter. Thats fine for a professional sport but not for college level. Shame on the committee. They represent EVERYTHING wrong with college education. Students and student athletes come last.

It looks like FSU and UGA are playing snubbed bowl in Miami. FSU was snubbed by the selection committee. The selection committee did not see the 0 loss column and power 5 conference champion. UGA was snubbed by the referee. The SEC championship game was determined by three points. The completed pass should be overruled as incomplete pass if that play was reviewed. That's seven points.
