  1. I was at the race, still kinda remember it since we were close(Front Stretch I believe) but I can’t remember how people reacted(But I can imagine it was bad)

  2. how halos weren't invented YEARS ago is unbelievable to me. i mean just look at 0:43 and think about what if he landed right on his head…

  3. I was at this race and it was right in front of me. You could hear everyone go silent for a moment because everyone though he was certainly dead. Then moments later he just gets up and walks away as if he didn't just fly hundreds of feet into a fence. It was insane and terrifying

  4. When I was watching this live I was certain I just watched a great driver die before my eyes. Incredible testament to the safety of the DW12, now with the visor I will always choose safety over aesthetics.

  5. Scott Dixon catapults into a catchfence surviving by the skin of his teeth

"Hey I'm Leigh Diffey. If you truly enjoyed what you just watched, you can get more!"

  6. My wife and I were watching the race together and were stunned watched Heilo drive under. How did he not land on top of him.

  7. These cars are so safe. Fifty years ago Scott would have died. I am not really a Scott Dixon fan but I am glad that he got out of the car and walked to the ambulance. I wonder what Heilo thought as that happened.

  8. that happened right in front of us. they had to red flag the race to fix the catch fence , the lucky part is he didnt go through the fence and down to the tunnel below
