  1. Trouba reminds me of Scott Stevens sometimes, except Troubs usually avoids head contact. That no-look pass from Panarin though, he knocked the defenseman's stick away and made the pass all in one motion, like he did a little circle with the stick. That's a hat pick.

  2. That hit is perfect. Problem is at todays speeds if Kadri or Trouba are slightly off or leaning more or whatever, it becomes a tragic hit

  3. its not concerning that kadri hit his head off the ice when he fell with no helmet 😂

  4. How does McDavid end up losing the accuracy competition when he records the lowest time and goes 8 for 8? What a joke!

  5. I hate that Trouba delivers a clean hit and has to deal with retaliation immediately. Take the hit like a man, and play on, get back at Trouba with a hit or goal legally like he did

  6. Athleticism tending of the year by Gibson. Again, dont like the cookie-cutter do this for that goaltending and this was a phenomenal show of individual skill. Knowing how to move and making sure with everything it doesnt go in!

  7. I still remember an all-star game from the .. early 90s? I think? Where Ray Bourque went 4/4 on the accuracy, I think it was the first time an NHL player had, maybe? I honestly cant remember, other than the commentators making a really big deal over it and how much he celebrated

  8. As a Flames fan, I can honestly say that the Trouba hit was clean. It was frustrating as all hell to see, and especially with the Flames retaliating and getting an extra penalty, but the hit itself was clean

  9. "The better player is always lucky" — J.R.R. Capablanca (World Chess Champion, 1921-1927). He also said, "it is not enough to BE the better player. You must also play better."

  10. How are you gonna talk about the panarin no-look pass and not the kreider no-look pass. That said, allround this was a great week of hockey, so many good games. I hope the ducks pick it up next season and get gibson that vezina, he's been terrific. Or, y'know, give igor another, im fine with that.

  11. You know Truba's hit was perfectly clean when Kadri just eats it and is like "damn bro, when you learn to hit? I'm leaving now. Okay byyyyye"

  12. Kadri is one of the dirtiest players in the NHL, I love watching that hit and kept rewinding the video to rewatch it

  13. Trouba learned how to hit/check from one of the toughest hombre's to ever lace up the skates, Dustin Byfuglien. Buff was a freight train.

  14. McDavid went 8 for 8 in accuracy shooting, but that obviously means he loses. I guess that's a Dang It.
