Rotation is a swing thought I try to hang on to as well. More so on the backswing as you have gone through. Excellent.

The body motion you are showing at 5:50 the mark is what almost every amateur gets wrong. Saying turn your shoulders throws most people off… they turn wrong and collapse their arms. If you and Chris could do a video and explain the body motion after the initial take away, I think it would help a lot of people. I think most golf instructors have a hard time explaining how the rib cage and the upper body moves in the backswing. Great video!!

OK, please take this observation in the same way it is offered, with nothing but love. At the bottom of your swing there is this impression of you pushing the ball instead of releasing your hands through impact. Your takeaway looks fine so the issue must be in your transistion. I think you are not getting enough separation and thus your hands are arriving just a skosh too early. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but that's my impression.
Really great video. What you are saying makes a lot of sense. I have already shared this video with my two sons. I plan to work on the move shortly at my indoor academy. The golf courses and ranges are closed for the season.

with that swing. no way its 300. Thatll be 240 with the humidity where i live
