It’s crazy to think a 7 or 8 time world champion.. however you want to look at it -“should be the team leader”. Hamilton is a once is a lifetime talent.

It takes alot of time and class to win 7 titles .and the old dog has new tricks . Hamilton has patience and so much talent f1 young drivers underestimate the class of Hamilton alonso bottas .they been there done it .

What is just wrong with equal status, it is a philosphy Mercedes has worked with since 2014. They only start focusing on one driver when there is another team to fight against and the points start being crucial, but they give both drivers equal status pretty much consistently. Russell needs to find some balance in his approach to Lewis and Mercedes trying to hog up all of the attention when there isn't a title to fight for could leave him roasted. Equal status, until it becomes apparent only one driver can win the WDC against a rival team who is in the mix.

Hamilton can’t led himself never mind a team. He hasn’t a clue how to set a car up or how to make it better when required. Always complaint about everything and states the team should listen to him, why? Anyone who repeatedly states Mercedes do not make mistakes should just come out and say either they built a crap car on purpose or they do make multiple mistakes regularly. So cheating in USA was deliberate was it? As it couldn’t have a mistake as they don’t make them. Even the Lulu state running the car lower makes no difference to handling. Well take him at his quote and raise the ride height even more and see how he likes it. Even then he wouldn’t know that all it needs is to run lower. It’s a basic failure to have any understanding of ground effect and aero.
Clever is one thing Hamilton isn’t, it must annoy him each week seeing Max in his jet which is the one Hamilton bought new but Mx got it for around a third of the price he paid.
He wants teams banned from working on their current car after August 1st each year because they get, he says, an u fair advantage. Red Bull have barely touched their car all year. All their time goes on next years car and on his favourite topic of overspending, how do Mercedes built 2 totally different cars in one season and not overspend?….
The longer Russel is at Mercedes the more he whines and cries. He was expecting to be the number 1 driver rather than showing why he is the number 1 driver. He is terrible and Mercedes should get rid of him cause he is creating a toxic environment compared to bottas
