  1. The 1-season contract an arbitrator earlier this offseason awarded Leafs' tendy Ilya Samsonov, with US$3.55 million the cap hit, given his performance last season compared to Campbell's, looks like a bargain.

  2. I dont understand why GMs sign a goalie having 1 avg, 2nd great season to a 5yrx5m Like the Korpasalo signing in OTT, like his last big signing, I guess dats why they have agents lol
    Anywho i wouldn't have paid him 5, but 2 at 4.5m

  3. I dont think Rodrigue would be the callup in that hypothetical i think fanti would be the guy

  4. In his playoff percentage you are neglecting to show how few shots he faced to get that percentage, come on man get with the program or get off the air, I used to like your content but not if you aren’t doing the research

  5. The oilers wont be able to trade Campbell even if they wanted to. But he will have a better season next year

  6. Good luck. How much are they going to have to give up to dump this contract? the still need a competent veteran back-up.

Demko is another one coming off a terrible year. And Grubauer and Merzlikins and Spencer Martin and Markstrom and Binnington and Cal petersen and Jonathan Quick and Kahkonnen and Martin Jones and well many others had terrible years.

  7. In last years playoffs he was really good i was thinking they should start him over Skinner. I hope he has a bounce back year he is a true team player, i believe he was just nervous in his first year coming over.

  8. Edmonton goaltending has been a problem for MUCH longer than Campbell's tenure with the Oilers. If he doesn't improve this season, I'd be looking behind the bench rather than on the ice. Just saying..

  9. The guy everyone told me was gona be 10x better at least then Kostinen. So the guy who was never half as good as the guy the chased out is not working out eh. Lol. Whats next from the fans? Demanding MacTavish be GM again? Eskins being head coach to save the team? Wow, what a disaster.
