This is huge. JON RAHM HAS LIV GOLF DEAL AGREED? but there is one major sticking point which I will go into in today’s breaking golf news video. Jon Rahm is reportedly in ‘late stage’ negotiations with LIV Golf.

There was been a lot of talk from Jon Rahm over LIV golf in the past, it is clear that he has not agreed with the decision and did not want to join LIV golf, Jon Rahm also did not hold his opinion back when he spoke about other golfers joining liv golf.

  1. Who else has seen an obscene amount of money? no matter how big that pile of money is, it is never obscene, just a lovely massive pile of money.

  2. In some way it may light the fire to win majors , then you stay on the list for 5 years again. Win plenty of money by whooping Phil’s butt and 3 day events too.

  3. Poor John really needs that easy money, after all a man's got to eat! Good riddance, plenty of young talent ready to fill the void. 😏

  4. Liv is more attractive some people set number of tournaments for a salary which means he could actually have an off season

  5. Tell me, if someone offered you 10x what you're making at your present job and you only have to work 6 months of the year or 2 days a week for the year, what would you do? Stay at your job or move on?

  6. The problem is money or how much money you want. In the case of LIV it’s about sports washing their money to be able diversify their economy. It’s not just golf it’s all the other sports as well. However I would respect anyone going to the LIV more if they just owned up to the fact that it’s about the money. And it’s only money for the elite players. This added to the fact that golf should inherently remain an individual sport rewarding typically the best player over four tournament rounds is what concerns me. As for Phil him going to the LIV was typical Phil. Money money money. This is the same guy who trashed his Ryder cup captain after losing. Typical FIGJAM behaviour.

  7. Pretty sure he has sat on the fence during the golf war? 600 mill? No brainer. Good on him if he does.

  8. Alex. What you have refused to accept from the outset is that the existence of LIV is the response to the dysfunction , arrogance and exploitation of the PGA Tour.. No one would go anywhere if the PGA sincerely represented global golf.

The PGA Tour , like much of the USA, has made it clear that they could give a sh** about anything outside of its border.

International players are sick and tired of the image that golf rises and sets in the USA. Why has the tour not made regular stops in Australia, Asia, India, etc…

After a while, it becomes clear that the PGA Tour is a monopoly that cares about itself, and nothing more.

That sounds like an absolute for ground for somebody to come along and steal the show .

Good job PGA tour you’ve brought this on yourself.

Much like the hate that the United States is going to experience from there, arrogance in the rest of the world .

Alex of all people should’ve embraced live because they actually represent golf outside of the USA. They want to promote the game in your country and many others. But I suppose you could argue you get a stop and a major in the UK so you’re good.

There’s so much more it’s too bad you and the PGA monopoly couldn’t see it.

What surprises me is that not all of the international players have not left …

  9. I've got to be more careful what I'm clicking on, this dude deals in hearsay and speculation and posts click bait titles. No facts, just rumor and hype.

  10. Carloz Ortiz has left Sergio Garcia's Fireballs GC. this is the plan that create a spot for Jon Rahm to lead Spainish LIV team

  11. Right on Jon! Go for it… Who wouldn’t for that kind of money but then it gives you more time with your family in the bottom line is go wherever it makes you happy. There’s a lot of great guys on LIV and it’s a great place to be. Absolutely! 👍

  12. As far as I am concerned I am aware that LIV golf exists but I have never watched a tournament and have just noticed that a few players are missing off the PGA tour.
Until LIV is on TV it doesn't really exist. shrug Shame the players don't have any sort of moral compass though and are prepared to take Saudi blood money

  13. From where I'm looking you have just been bated hook line an sinker by a journalist hearing something 🤔

  14. Pro golf is no longer worth watching. So glad I’m healthy enough to still enjoy playing. Keep this worthless greedy spectacle. Now that I think about it, you could probably apply that to any pro sport nowadays.

  15. Its unfortunate for the PGA
Loosing him will weaken the field.
Watering down the field is not what I want to watch.

  16. I could care less about the PGA and its governing body. Theyve earned a fantastic living and NEVER hit one ball.
A 501C3 (NOT FOR PROFIT) that barely gave 10% to charity, yet they hand out "appearance" money. The commissioner and all involved,….they should have to disclose their salary.
The bottom line is, no matter where you play your golf, we should be more interested in taking the game around the world. Lets talk more about reducing the cost of playing and equipment.

  17. Phil has no business saying this. How about repect for Rahms own announcement?
Phil is selfish and wants to think he is relevant.

  18. John Rahm knows Father Time is undefeated and money talks. Don’t hate on him for setting up his family and also allowing time to work on his game to dominate in majors.

  19. You nailed it when you mentioned that Rahm won the Masters this year. He gets to play that for as long as he wants and is now exempt to play all the majors in his prime for these next few years without worrying about where his world ranking is to get in. Upfront money, bigger payout, all expenses taken care of, gets to play around the world than just mainly within one continent, play less and be more ready for the majors—the best case scenario for a global professional golfer.

  20. BREAKING NEWS! Mexican drug cartels are starting their own tour. They’re gonna offer more than Liv -Phils on his way over there, trying to get the rest of the guys to come over. These guys don’t care where the money comes from. As long as you give me more I’ll be there. If the players were that unhappy with the PG tour, there were other ways to deal with it unionize Strike taken money from the Saudi, not good

  21. The whole argument about schedule and LIV allowing more time to spend with your family is moot. LIV is a 14 event schedule plus 4 majors. The top LIV players are locked into 18 tournaments with no flexibility in their schedule and requires much more travel than a PGA schedule. The shorter week is negated by the travel. Before LIV, the PGA tour had a 15 event minimum schedule with a lot of flexibility in what events a player chooses. They have since blown that up with designated events and now require a 20 event schedule with little flexibility.

  22. Your last point is really good. He could join LIV and then play DPT events when schedules don’t conflict. Several other guys are doing that now too.

  23. Your videos are too long. Probably to generate more revenue. By default I skip the first halve, hoping by then you get to the matter at hand. Because of that I skip them all together. Just saying…

  24. Im not sure why you are suprised the majority of comments are pro LIV golf, the way I see it the majority of your audience are international and LIV has brougjt top tier golf all around the world, as for the history and such of the PGA tour, well im not american so I relly dont care, I support LIV because the brought golf back to Ausralia at the highest level, I attended LIV Adelaide and loved it.
    Regards

  25. I think Liv have got the PGA by the balls and they will be the force behind golf in the Future. I'm all for it and I think they will end up with all the greatest players
