  1. Who doesn’t want to go into the gym and make little or no progress day in and day out? Maingaining and making any noticeable progress is a pipe dream for intermediates.

  2. he did a mini cut for a change in his lifestyle. different mini-goal. helping him gain a hunger for better pumps, then proceeds to the bulk. when you do something too long, sometimes you get tired of it. a little change helps. whether it's in dieting, bulking, training, or at times hitting the gym in the morning instead of PMs. It allows us to try out new things and continue to grow in our fitness journey.

  5. bulk and cut is to prevent plateau… Main gain will not make the body switch and forced to adapt that quickly….

  6. He goes for a cut to reset his body, get a break from just constant eating he has to do on a bulk and not hit a plateau. He is 235 what he does works for him I don't know why you think everyone should do things your way. and stop sucking content out of his videos you literally made a 8 mins video about his brother like what purpose does that serve?

  9. Yes! To many people wait to long to do a competition. Do a show, find out if you like it. I know a lot of people who are say: " jeah bro, i'll do a comp in 3-5 years" . And they and up adding mass on mass and never doing a show. Like why tho 😅

  10. Sam is young and making money doing what he enjoys doing…no reason for him to go into competition bodybuilding. If I were him, I’d keep it status quo and let the haters keep hating

  11. coach greg he explained in one of his videos on why he doesnt main gain and i think its also why alot of ppl dont like main gaining. he said something along the lines that yeah sure he’ll make progress main gaining but he likes seeing the big changes from bulking to cutting. everyone has their own way of keeping consistent and this works for him

  12. bro said everyone likes training and eating. ive literally been trying to find a single exercise i actually like that isn’t incredibly monotone and repetitive, and i’m trying to eat 3200 calories a day, but wish i didn’t have to eat any more after 1000. eating is fkin exhausting man the first bite is the only part that’s actually ever enjoyable 😂
