    The guy has too much of a good nature to ever claim that title, but in world cup games i feel its fair to say its up there if not the greatest ever 201 injured not out against a team which skittled our top order and batted well

    In terms of historic significance, Mujib's drop might just be the most impactful drop in history of the game. If he held to that catch, Afg probably makes it to the World Cup Semifinal, and from there, who knows, it is just two knock out games to becoming the world champions. One drop cost everything for that fledgling cricketing nation.

    As an Indian, I hate the way the Aussie team sometimes cheats and always sledges, but this is totally and unconditionally deserving of respect and admiration. It's one of the greatest innings ever, period, irrespective of formats, eras and opposition. It's like Kapil Dev's 175 in the 1983 World Cup. For a moment, my mind went to match fixing, but then I saw the cramps and the injury and the "stand and deliver" spectacle. That's literally impossible and he did it.
